Definitely serving the Heart of Texas! First time using BBB and I can confidently say that they take care of business! Prior to involving BBB, I was getting nowhere with my company dispute. The moment I filed a complaint with BBI my company reached out right away and provided me with a plan and they started reaching out with all updates! Today the billing issues I've tried to resolve since last year has finally been resolved within a month or less of involving BBB. Thank you so much BBB for being so helpful in this process.

Its been 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. I am not even given access to my complaint. Do not trust Wal-Mart online. If you use it for curbside and they have access to your bank they will arbitrarily sign you up for membership at close to $100 and will not refund. Theft. That's why I filed complaint with BBB. Which hasn't helped at all.

My first time so I was a bit hesitant, but the reply at ag car shipping really helped a lot and handled everything for me without any hassle. Sarah Emmanuel was taking care of shipment of my vehicle. she is very courteous and she updated me every day about the shipment. thank you AG car shipping for the superfast shipment.

I took my car to Toyota Plano i thought i will them a second chance after so many problems at the old Preston Location, but no nothing has changed they recharged my AC which i fixed for the past 2 years last the entire year and less money. My AC did not even last 1 month, also while my car was in the shop they lost my wheel cap i had to go back and let them know, so they ordered for me i had to go back for the third trip.
In addition, after fixing my car the second day i found a paper on my windshield that someone left for me stating your hood is open. just goes to show how much they care about their guests very disappointed with the quality of service and the pricing for this dealership. I highly don't recommend it. Michael

Positives: The work completed was fine. pipe no longer leaking. Also, the company arrived on short notice (day of call) which I appreciated. Negatives: After accessing the leaking pipe (had to bust out a couple of tiles with hammer) the owner, Mark, explained to me that the job was significant and would require a lot of work (pipe cutting, rerouting, etc.) because of the awkward location of the fix.
He quoted me a $1200 price which seemed very high but I was again reminded of the complexity and significance of the job at hand so I reluctantly agreed (.mistake on my part and I own that). He had a team of two plumbers on hand to complete the job and he left. I also left to run a quick errand of no more than an hour. About 45 minutes later the guys say to my wife, who was still at home, "all done.that'll be $1200". What? $1200 for 45 minutes with zero part costs!
When I got home I called owner to ask for an explanation and express my dissatisfaction with the price as it was less than an hours work and that I was led to believe job was much more complex. His response: "what can I say, my plumbers are good. I guess I could have had them sit around doing nothing for a while to make it seem more justifiable. That's just what it costs".
If he had said something like "i overestimated the job a bit and will knock something off the bill" it would have went a long way. Instead he surely laughed all the way to the bank. So, yes he did quote me the price in advance but still feel massively taken advantage of. The owner new exactly what he was doing when he described the job, he knew the position I was in with an active leak, and capitalized massively on the situation. So.all I can do is write this review, never use his company again, and hope you can learn from my mistake.

I did not have high hopes when I was forced to resort to a BBB complaint to seek resolution on my issue with a vendor. After countless phone calls and several months of patience, I was basically told by the vendor that I was out of luck. I elevated the issue via BBB and suddenly the company was willing to work with me. Their system was very simple to use, though it does take a personal investment to document all of the details of your complaint. Very satisfied with their support!

This was our 1st time using the BBB and we were very impressed with the "electronic dispute system". It helped for both parties to respond and reply to the issues at hand. Also having "due dates" for us to complete everything helped to keep the issue moving and not get lost. Our issue was resolved and we really appreciate how the BBB assisted us along the way.

Thanks to the Better Business Bureau as my unsuccessful attempts to get a refund (due to Travelocity's processing error) has been resolved. The representative from the Bureau was very professional and proficient. The representative contacted me not only by email, but called me personally to follow-up on my claim. I had gone in circle's with account representatives at Travelocity (from July-September) whom made empty promises that they would forward my concern to a supervisor. But, within only 2 weeks of the BBB handling my case, the issue was resolved. Thanks so much BBB for your proficiency, getting my case resolved and my $$ back.

BBB has been an extremely useful resource and helped me in ways that I could never achieve by myself. I had repeatedly tried contacting the business to resolve the issue (the business refused to honor their advertising promotion even though I adhered to all their fine print rules) and the business kept giving me the run-around. I contacted the BBB after a month of this back-and-forth nonsense. BBB was very responsive and forwarded the issue to the business. Within a few days, not only did I get the refund due me, the business apologized! Thank you BBB (and Vicky Ruff at BBB) for helping me! Your service is excellent!

The BBB has been exceptional in helping resolve my issue with Travelocity! The travel company ignored me for months, but responded to the BBB the next business day and refunded my money within 10 business days after their initial response. I appreciate the BBB's professionalism and promptness in serving their customers. The BBB reminded me that some businesses still value good customer service!

I switch energy provider and my provider did not respond to my complaint regarding a shorten period of meter reading. The customer agent on the phone refuse any attempt of resolving the issue. I contact BBB as my last resort. The process was easy and I received response from the President of the company. The company offer partial credit which was a fair deal. Going forward, I will use BBB to register any complaint.
This way it will help other consumers when reviewing potential providers of business. I would definitely recommends BBB and use their website as reference to company. Thank you so much for your help.

The problem, when dealing with a company that doesn't really care about its customers, is that you really have no leverage to pursue legal action usually! The BBB provides an alternative method of getting a business/company to come through on the services promised/owed, or provide the support they should. The BBB came through for me when dealing with a company providing terrible services, and not up to par with the premium being paid. I have received a refund, and my premium has been lowered. They work for you, and businesses sure don't want the BBB on their case! Great job BBB!
