A few months ago we had all new sink fixtures installed by another plumber. It had been very expensive so we were heartsick when, in only a few weeks, the faucet flow had begun to slow down to a drizzle.

Had Lonnie out today. Our 4 year old Glacier Bay toilet wouldn't stop running and the push button flush valves needed replacing plus who knows what else. This is an honest plumbing service which we have been delighted with for a couple of years now. When you call ask for Lonnie or Keith to handle the work. On time, very friendly, knowledgeable, fair and no Up Selling. Exceptional.

They were efficient. They did their best to keep my cost down. They cleaned up and made sure not to track dirt or mud in and out of my house. However they do not fix any drywall or wood they have to remove to get to a leak or pipe in the wall. I was happy with the work and job they did. Contacted Woodie Woods Plumbing to correct a couple of plumbing issues. I was given as estimate of the cost before they started, $268 to replace a toilet shut and flex line and $115 to replace a sink trap. I assumed that the job would take at least a couple of hours. I also asked the plumber about replacing the in-tank flushing / filling mechanism he said that would cost $161.

I decided for the fifteen minutes it would take I would do it myself. The total bill ended up being $475, the above items plus roughly $90 for cleaning a pipe end that the trap connected to. The kicker was that the whole repair job took one hour, $475 for one hour's work. Next time I'll spend more time shopping around.

Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!

I had a major blockage with my plumbing over a holiday weekend. Everything was backing up in my bath tub and shower and the toilets wouldn't flush. Woodie Woods got me scheduled quickly and sent someone shortly after I called. Clint did a great job with diagnosing and fixing a difficult problem. He was really friendly and explained everything to me. The pricing was reasonable and fair. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!

Our office needed plumbing work done in a new training room. Woodie Woods sent out Lonie to move water lines and drain for a new sink and toilet. He arrived on time and completed the service in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them to other businesses and friends.

We were having our kitchen sink replaced by Woodie Woods Plumbing and the employee/plumber they sent cracked the counter granite in several places and said it was our fault. Upon inspection, the employee had not removed or loosened the adhesive/cement that was holding the original sink in place to the countertop. He simply pushed on the bottom of the sink trying to force it up and the result was cracked granite.

I had water puddling around the waste-water pipe in our wall between a bathroom and bedroom. It flooded the bedroom and I had to pull back the carpet and open up the wall. I had one plumbing company come out and tell me it was a foundation leak and quoted me 4 options ranging from $2500 to $8000. I had Woodie Woods come out for a second opinion on my issue and their guy located a pin-size spray of water coming from the cold water pipe at the base of the wall. He replaced the pipe for $225 and I was ecstatic. I will definitely use them again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

We have used them for years. A service man came by today and didn't even charge me, even though he was here for at least 30 minutes. He said he needed someone else with more experience with 88 year old plumbing to come by (for our 1926 home). They have always been honest and fair, as the technician was today. Highly recommended.
