Had a leaking shower facet, my house is an older home and didn't to make the leak worse. So after calling and checking around decided to do with Mullins. They came to my home check the problem gave me a quote which was fair that decided to have two toilets replaced, to ( remember older home). They showed up the next morning and let me tell you amazing work. Showers is working great, since it was an older shower they had to go to the plumbing store to get the right part for that model.
Glad I didn't decide to be a do-it-yourselfers. For the toilets one needed extra work done to it, leaving it. Both are working great, they do a fantastic job, clean, professional, and they warranty their work. We talked about remolding my bathroom which will be a future project.

My sewer chose the worst possible time to back up, right in the middle of the worst winter freeze in decades. I contacted Mullins Plumbing via Yelp and they were surprisingly quick to respond, again given the weather conditions. They showed up the next morning and in no time had the sewer cleared. Unfortunately they didn't know what clogged the line, only that it was "something hard" as they were not able to obtain a sample.
But they were fairly confident it wasn't roots. With all the bad weather, power outages and 50+ calls they were working for that day they were still able to schedule me in for that morning. Definitely two thumbs up! Thank you Mullins Plumbing!

Cameron, the owner, came out to assess my plumbing issue. Communicating with him was easy and effective. When he arrived he asked a few questions and then checked everything out. Turns out my septic just had a lot of rain water and nothing needed to be done. Cameron said the issue would resolve itself, and so far it has. Cameron didn't charge me a fee for his diagnosis. He treated me right and gained a customer. Thank you Cameron!

My hot water tank started leaking a week before Christmas and Cameron was booked solid for the week. He arranged to come over Sunday afternoon (12/23) and change out the water heater. He did an absolutely perfect job by himself in just a few hours. These are local people in their second generation and I'll never use anyone else.

I'm a tight wad who does a lot of research on repair men if I can't handle a repair myself. I've used them a total of 3 times now and they have gone out of their way to get the job done quickly and economically. The first time I used them they were the best price of 4 plumbers. Roto router quoted 80% more.

Where do I begin? The staff here is absolutely amazing. For me, customer service is everything, and these guys have got it going on! They're friendly, knowledgable and always do an amazing job. My husband and I have used Mullins Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed. For those of you looking for a good reputable company that you can always rely on (because let's face it, you never know when you'll need to call them, but when you do, it's often an emergency!) you can definitely rely on Mullins Plumbing. I've just moved into a new home and am hiring them to take care of all the plumbing repairs and installations, and I know fully well I'll be taken care of. :)
