Being new home owners, we have come across multiple issues in our new (to us) home that have required repairs and replacements. KMP has been our go-to service for every repair and replacement! Josh, one of the many excellent employees, has been nothing short of outstanding for each visit. Not only does he take care of the issue we need repaired, but he is always willing to answer questions and give advice on how to prevent future problems down the road. He is awesome and a huge asset to KMP! Thank you!

KMP will get my business from now own. Had a back up sewer line and they were the only ones in Mansfield to answer the phone. They originally scheduled me for the afternoon but got a tech to the house within 1.5 hrs when they had cancellation. Henry was great! Very knowledgeable and personable. Had us fixed within no time. The phone staff is also very nice and tries to answer your questions unlike other companies. Great job, KMP.

After 17 years the gas jet in our wood burning fireplace needed replacing. And, due to a wind storm, a natural gas line to the outdoor grill needed work. Duffy from KMP Plumbing did the job quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly. We have used KMP on several occasions and always received good service in the past. We weren't disappointed this time. Josh was very knowledgeable and polite. And so was his colleague. They were in and out and they didn't leave my house in a mess as some repair people do. I only wish the price of the faucet installation was cheaper and that I didn't let them take the box for the faucet I bought myself. Basically was my second time using this company and I would call them again.

Zach showed to my house last week, performed the walkthrough and everything that he stated would be done, he and his partner did. The service was excellent. They were professional, clean, courteous and they worked very hard on a Friday. I would recommend this company to anyone that know. And when the day was done the original price was still the same with no markups. Great job. Great effort.

Don is a great plumber. He was able come in, diagnose the problem, and let us know what the repairs were going to cost. While he was here, he even took to time to talk with my dad about life in general, but still got everything done with in two hours. Thanks Don, we really appreciate you, your work and showing us your heart for service today!

Very impressed with the service from KMP Plumbing. The technicians that came to the house were very professional, organized and on time! They gave me a very clear estimate without trying to add on any addition, non-necessary services. The service was completed in a timely manner and the area was cleaned up when they left. I would highly recommend KMP and will definitely call them first next time I have a need.

Henry, The KMP professional plumber was knowledgeable and polite. He showed up on time to the emergency appointment and was very helpful. Henry changed out the faucet and explained the process. He answered any questions I had. Thank you KMP for sending Henry to help myself and my hubby Andrew fix our outdoor faucet! It was a great experience!

Josh did an outstanding job. He was very courteous and professional. He examined the hot water tank and explained what was wrong with it and the cost to fix it versus installing a new one. I had a hot water slab leak which another company came out to address on four occasions. They were unable to locate the leak and continued to charge for services and diagnostic fees. I finally called KMP and Zane and Steve came out the following day. Within an hour they had located the leak and completed the repair the same day. They did a fantastic job and were fast and efficient. Thank you for turning a horrible experience into a good one. I will definitely recommend this company in the future.

Had an emergency flood from a toilet valve that burst. KMP Plumbing was able to come out within a few hours and the service guy, Duffy, was GREAT! Very professional and fixed out issue right away! We will use KMP Plumbing for any plumbing issues going forward for sure. I was out of town for work and quickly pulled up Yelp to find someone while He was trying to get the water to shut off. Saw positive feedback from yelp and called and they were able to be out very quickly.

They were great! From the office to the technicians. Juan did a fantastic job of taking care of my water main leak in the yard. We are so happy with the service we received from KMP. I would recommend to everyone!

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house. KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could.

They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. Thank you, KMP! We will be recommending you to everyone we know!

I called KMP to do leak test on my water system and drain system. They told me the service call would be $29. I knew the test would be more than that, but another company had done the same testing a month prior (I needed a 2nd opinion) and I figured KMP's price would be in the same ballpark. They charged $564. The tech was Donald, and he did a nice job, but he was here about an hour.

When I looked back at the cost from the other company, it was $295. I called KMP back to ask why so high & was told that's their price, period. They refused to make any adjustment, even when I advised them of what the other company charged. I have no problem with the quality of their work, but suggest you compare prices first. I saw a similar review from another customer.

I had a water heater failure that caused quite a mess in the garage. From the person that answered my phone call to the actual service call, the service was terrific and reliable. We were given clear options for repair or replacement, but we knew a replacement was a long time coming anyway so we went for a replacement. KMP sent Zane, who called before arriving, helped clean up the mess as we had physical limitations, and even texted us later on to be sure the water heater was working OK. It was great to have such quality and caring help in a stressful time. We will definitely be using them again.

We appreciate KMP and Don Lilly so much! They helped us and we felt a little hopeless after going back forth from plumber to electrician!

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter. So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening. They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.

They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system. I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

I have never been so aggravated over needing a question answered Alejandro which obviously answers for several locations she repeatedly said could not answer one question is this regular business hours on the weekend? Is there a extra fee for having you come out on the weekends? These were questions that she could not answer she could not answer what kind of safety precautions we are taking because of the covid19 spread at this time you have a great day and I will not refer or call back to your business

When we saw water running down the driveway on a Saturday afternoon, we knew there was trouble. A neighbor had (a different) plumber at their home who was kind enough to come over and help us get the water shut off at the street. But his dispatch team couldn't get anyone out until Monday afternoon. I called KMP and crossed my fingers. While Henry couldn't make it out Saturday, he was at my house at 8 am on Sunday morning.

I provided the fresh coffee and he provided a best-case solution for a broken pipe --- not under my slab and not under my driveway. No jackhammers! It was in the flowerbed, but he didn't even have to dig up any of my bushes. I was fully expecting a $1500 invoice (weekend emergency service) but was pleasantly surprised. It's never a convenient time to have a plumbing issue, but Henry and KMP made a bad situation much more tolerable.

Top notch service! Received service for a leaky toilet repair. The technician was on time, repaired my toilet and treated my home with respect (not leaving any trash particles behind). I would definitely use KMP again and refer all my friends!

I called over the weekend with a leaking kitchen sink (not an emergency). I got a call back first thing Monday morning to schedule the repair. They confirmed it wasn't an emergency and fit me in first thing Tuesday morning. Donald C was amazing! He called when he was on his way and got right to work on the sink. Not only did he figure out what was wrong within a few minutes, he also took the time to explain what was broken and how he was going to fix it. Donald also went out of his way to teach me basic garbage disposal maintenance which was very much appreciated.

This has been one of the most pleasant repair experiences I've ever had. He was friendly and extremely efficient. I mentioned an old toilet in my guest bathroom that had been running constantly and he didn't hesitate to take a look at it since he had some extra time. He fixed the toilet as well in about 10 minutes and again took the time to explain what was wrong and what parts he would be replacing. The price for the work and replaced parts was extremely fair and worth every penny. I would highly recommend using KMP and be sure to request Donald C!

Called midday Saturday to have urgent repairs made to my broken water main. They arrived within an hour, charged 79 for coming out, confirmed the repairs to be made as well as the price they wanted to charge (fair and reasonable in our opinion) we agreed and the work was completed with an hour or so. Very polite no BS and trustworthy. 5 Star service. Will use for any future plumbing needs.

I am selling my house and the buyer's inspector convinced them that our water pressure was too high (86 psi & he said 80 was correct). Pressure is like money to me-the more the better! Anyway they specified we have a pressure Reducing Valve on our side of the meter. Donald was dispatched and he was great. He shook my hand when he introduced himself, called ahead to give me ETA and was even a little early.

He located where the valve needed to be installed, dug up the yard and got everything done efficiently. He even hauled off the excess dirt & returned the sod to it's place. Donald adjusted the pressure using his gauge to 78 PSI. I had a great experience and used an online coupon for $40. If the work had been $100 less I would add a 5th star. Plumbing is only cheap if you aren't paying the bill.

These folks came out to my house to replace a sewer line. They started digging on the wrong property first, then they started digging in the wrong place on my property severing the tree roots of my silver leaf maple trees that died within a week of this mistake. They told me my sidewalk would not be damaged but ended up tearing it up anyway causing me to hire a mason to pour a new sidewalk.

After they did more damage then I had ever imagined and I disputed the bill because of this they sued me. In the end the back fill of dirt was done improperly and pulled the sewer line down causing the sewer line to break in about a year. I had to hire another company to come out and dig my front yard up all over again and repeat this job that should have been done right in the first place. AVOID KMP LIKE THE PLAGUE! Three thousand dollars down the drain. ( no pun intended )
