Only months into moving into our newly bought house the sewage came flooding through our kitchen sink and bath tubs. I snaked the drains and it did no good. Flow came out and told us, we had no septic lines, they had rotted away. They sent a crew asap. As they tunneled more and more pipes crumbled, I saw them pulling out the broken chunks bit by bit. After replacing all the pipes no problems. We've had them out since then to repair our kitchen sink and a running toilet. Always a great experience.

In 2017 Flow/Metroplex plumbing dug up my concrete to repair a sewer line. The did not correctly attach the new pipe to to old pipe that leads into my master bedroom. It became separated and now it needs to be dug up in the house, go through concrete to fix the connection. I called them and they told me that their work only comes with a ONE YEAR Warranty.
So am just out of luck. This is not the professional work that they claim to do, as how would one know about the workman ship when it is under the house? I have Military Plumbing of Royse City who provides a 10 warranty! Don't use FLOW/METROPLEX PLUMBING.

I am very disappointed with Flow Plumbing and will never use their services again. I called to see if they could unclog a clogged downspout (listed as a service they provide on their website). On the phone they told me they might not be able to do so as if the pipe is too thin they might break the pipe - but if they can't do the work they would only charge us the $59 visit fee.
When they came to my home, they told my wife she had to initial a form for them to look at it, took a look with a camera for 5 minutes, decided they couldn't do the work, and said it would be $300. I don't know why they needed to use a camera to decide the pipe was too thin to do the work. Clearly they just took advantage of myself and my wife. When I complained to the management they were absolutely unapologetic and refused to help. There are plenty of plumbers out there - use someone else.

Ok, I need to differentiate between my experience w/ the office and my experience w/ the actual work performed. I had three toilets replaced along w/ the three angle valves supplying water to the toilets. The Work: Five Stars - The two plumbers did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly and hauled off the old toilets. The Office: One Star - I originally contacted them through TGCL.
I received an email saying they had scheduled me for 4/12/21 between 12 & 5. They scheduled me before even talking to me to find out exactly what I needed. Since I never heard from another plumber on TGCL I went ahead and took a half day of vacation so I could get the job done. I contacted the office to try and get an idea of how much the job would cost.
The only response I could get on that is "the plumber will go over it with you". And THAT'S where the problem started. When the plumbers arrived I went over with them exactly what I wanted and he produced a quote of $1,300.00! To say the least this created a bit of sticker shock. The plumber went over the quote line by line with me and was actually able to "pencil-whip" the quote and got the cost down to $1,045.00.
Since I had already taken off a half day of work and needed the work done I went with it. So again, the men doing the job were great! I couldn't have asked for a better job. If you do choose Flow Plumbing I suggest you insist that the office clearly explains their pricing structure before the plumber arrives.

We had major outdoor plumbing issues and they were able to help us with professionalism and were very courteous. We received written estimates in advance so we agreed to all charges in advance. Dillon and Sixto took great care of all of our needs, which also included rework of fixing what previous plumbers did incorrectly. We definitely recommend this company. The office staff went out of their way to trouble shoot what they could to bring peace of mind on the phone until the actual work could get started.

Just had someone come out after they had work done after they charged us an arm and a leg. Called the front desk people not only were they rude they were very dismissive of our concerns. They only offer a one-year warranty on the work they do when most companies offer a five year warranty. For your own sake please steer clear of this company and know they overcharge and do bad business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just be careful

I was originally very pleased with the work that flow plumbing did as they seemed nice and honeest. Now, 5 years later, the pipes that I paid $20k to replace are leaking due to the fittings that they used and they refuse to do anything about it. They only have a 1 year warranty on their work vs. the 5 years that other companies offer. That should be an indicator of their work.

I had leak in a pipe in my yard. Leak was fixed the crew was nice and responsive. I am not sure if they did a good job yet it has only been 3 days since the fix. Currently the leak is gone and looks good. I am giving them a low rating because of the horrible customer service I received from the owner/manager when I called in about my downstairs toilet now running after the fix they completed in the yard.
I asked them to simply send someone out to check and see if there is anything that needed to be adjusted since the fix they made. The man was absolutely HORRIBLE telling me they would have to charge me $39.00 to check what is going on and another large fee for something else. I was quite dissappointed with their customer service and now I am worried that is anything isnt right with what they fixed If they wills stick to the warranty agreement.

Very disappointed, I scheduled an appointment for this morning for a stoppage and when I called the office I was told that there was no record of this as well as being booked up for the week. If I could rate it lower that one star, I would. I don't think I could trust to do business if you cannot keep up with a service appointment.

We had what we thought was a simple sewer line blockage probably caused by roots. We've had that a couple of times thru the years. This time it was something more serious located beneath the slab, requiring breaking through the slab to get to the problem. The two man team that actually did the work of breaking through the slab and finding/correcting the problem were very hard workers. Professional, friendly, they kept every step of the process clean and safe.
They took many buckets of dirt out of my house but never any dirt on the floor. They even covered walls and furniture to prevent any dirt or damage. They were also timely. They showed up when they said they would. When on Friday it looked like the inspection wouldn't take place until Monday, they took action and somehow got my inspection moved up to that same day!
A different team - the excavation team - came out the next day and had the dirt back in the hole, cement poured, everything cleaned up and on their way in about an hour. It was a major job but the price seemed reasonable compared to other estimates received. Would definitely use them again although I hope I won't need them for a very long time and definitely recommend them to others. A friend has used them and were equally satisfied. Will post some pictures later.

Amazing plumbers! Neil and Matthew went WAY above and beyond fixing an old mess of pipes while saving my kitchen tile - two other plumbers said it couldn't be done! But we heard that Flow Plumbing was the best and they were. Super friendly and helpful office staff too. Great experience from start to finish. Would give them 10 stars!

The good news. The bad news. The worst news. I'll start with. Bad news: They have a very dishonest plumber named John working for them. Last year, we had this company come and do some work at our house. He spent all day at the house basically doing nothing and charged us $1000 and he wanted to come back the next day to do "more work" and charge us more money.
The funny thing is, he never figured out what was wrong. (We ended up hiring a different company and they did a wonderful job!) The good news: They have excellent customer service representatives answering their calls and scheduling appointments. The two women I talked to were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. Prior to my encounter with John, I met another plumber named Dwayne, who was very professional and did his job in a timely manner.
No fuss, no frills. Just get in and get out. I didn't think anything bad about the company. So why not make a follow up appointment right? Wrong.! The worst news: So after my experience with John, I tried to reach out to Flow Plumbing (several times) to try to talk to them about what happened. Nothing happened. No call back. Nothing. All I heard were the sounds of crickets! I'm actually glad this happened because if it didn't, we wouldn't have found the company that we hired and loved! I guess things happen for a reason.

Flow Plumbing is excellent with customer service and communication! Toni in the office is fantastic and super friendly! As a business owner- our facility had two slab leaks in a matter of a week. Flow made this a painless process and their bids came in tremendously lower than other plumbing companies! I recommend! 5 stars!

I noticed an area of my hard wood floors that had cupped. I was told by a hardwood floor specialist that it was imperative that I have a good plumber check to ensure I had no leaks in my house especially in the foundation. Since not all plumbers perform an extensive leak evaluation, I asked for a recommendation. I was referred to Flow Plumbing. I called them immediately and James had someone come to my home that very day!
I was thrilled with their service. I greatly appreciated the fact that the technicians explained each and every step to me and that they were courteous and efficient. While I am happy that no leaks were detected, i also am happy and comforted to know that I have a trusted plumbing service to turn to in the future!

So many issues with them- not sure how they got voted a top choice by anyone. Constantly changed crews and none of the crews could be bothered to arrive before 10am. By the time prep was done and they were actually ready to work, it was 10:30. And of course, they stopped work at 3:30 to leave at 4p, all while taking a long lunch in the middle. And I got pushback about wanting an invoice for the exact work being done.
And they jackhammered in the wrong room of my house, ironic after wanting that invoice. And they handled that situation poorly as well. And the concrete work they did after they repaired the plumbing work was incorrect. I asked about it, and they defended the concrete not being level with the existing foundation. Which, of course, the flooring guy had to address their poor workmanship. Be smart. Use anyone but Flow Plumbing.

I had slab leaks (a total of three) and was very dissatisfied with not only the customer service, but also their time management and work. The initial repairs were red-tagged by the city due to an unacceptable clamp that was used (it was not acceptable under a slab) and rather than get a crew out to fix it, they wanted to argue with the city. The start of our experience to resolution of the leaks was a total of approximately 3 weeks.
During that time, we had holes through our slab in our house and down usage of a bathroom. They were constantly changing out of crews, lost time and delays due to poor planning on Flow Plumbing's part and combined with not doing the job properly the first time, a very inefficient way of doing things. I even had to pull their equipment out of my sewage line because they couldn't get someone out to pull it out before the day ended (or we would have had no bathroom facilities due to a balloon in our sewage line).
I had to be pro-active and stay on top of communication because their office did not keep in contact and were not pro-active in keeping the people they were sending out to my place in the loop as to what was going on. We asked for a call from the owner to voice our concerns, we never received that call. They were a preferred vendor from our insurance carrier and we voiced our concerns with them as well.
They did not want to share information with us and tried to use the fact that it was an insurance claim as reasoning. As the owner of the home, I am entitled to know what costs are accruing on the repairs and estimates, and only after talking to my adjuster, would they release that information to me. There are coverage limits we were trying to manage and we even debated switching providers mid-repair due to the unprofessionalism and lack of project management.

We have worked with flow plumbing on all of our plumbing needs over the past 3 years. They have always been prompt, thorough, and very flexible with my schedule. If we ever did have an issue with a job they did, they were always very fast at fixing the problem and ensuring that we were satisfied with the job. There staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and kind (they always wear booties over there shoes).
I honestly do not have any major complaints with their performance, staff, calendar, or any other part of this company. Highly recommend and will continue to use flow plumbing for all of my plumbing jobs!

My sister recently lost her husband and i live on the west coast. i got a call that makes me sick to my stomach. they charged her 400 dollars to rebuild her toliet what a rip off it to 2 guys 2 days. It takes me half a hour to rebuild a toilet. the parts are 25 i feel that people should be able to make a living but what a rip off. i dont know how people like that sleep at night.
