Terrible service from beginning to end. Over three hours late for first visit- with no communication. When installing a toilet, they chipped the porcelain on the base and didn't notify me. The toilet was loose and leaking. They had to come back two times to correct their mistake- and each time they were over an hour late with no communication. Would not recommend them for even the simplest job.

Mr. Blinkhorn and his plumbers have saved us on many occasions- they have done small pipe work, installed garbage disposal, instant hot water appliance, water heater and more. They are always respectful when they come to our house and since it is small most of the time I see the same plumbers on our various calls. I recommend them highly and share their info with my own clients. Lastly, they are a great, small, locally owned option.

Outstanding experience in every way -- called early in the morning with a major problem, just as everyone was coming home for the holidays. Sam came within the hour. He was excellent -- professional and creative -- found a way to solve the crisis in a way that avoided a likely, expensive alternative. Would recommend them -- they will be my 1st call, whenever I need a plumber again.
