As a 32 year Hyattsville resident, wanted to support local business. Despite having a website, the company is too small to check inquiries and requests and to reply promptly. This fact should be made clear as a disclaimer on the website. After three days, a call to the business to ask for an estimate was met with rudeness and defensiveness. Perhaps the business does well enough not to be concerned about civility and customer relations.
A competing business responded immediately with courtesy, provided info, set up appointment, communicated consistently, and completed work efficiently. If 0 was available, that would be the rating. No excuse for unprofessional behavior in 2019.

Don't ever call CL Hibbard. He is totally untrustworthy. He removed an old radiator in a bathroom and never came back to install the new one despite assuring me in repeated telephone conversations, over a course of six months, that he had ordered the new radiator and would install it. I finally gave up and got another plumber, Jiffy, who responded immediately and within a week we had the radiator. We have had a number of homes and have dealt with many contractors, and this is the worst experience we have ever had.

This is the best company by far. Everytime they come to my home. They are prepared to do the job. And I never have to call them back. If something eles happen why the job is being done. They will fix that to. And they will not take advantage of you. Price.don't care.they treat you like family. Thinks for everything. I will always have you on speed dial. As long as I have a home.
