We have used Overall several times in the past so when our water heater went out, we called and Ron, who came out same day and quickly and professionally replaced water heater. We had other plumbing updates we needed done and Ron was able to go through and give us a quote. We agreed and Ron and his crew came in and replaced all interior fixtures, and replaced and updated all old pipes.

Our main shutoff was out in the yard, making it difficult when main needed to be shutoff, they redid this so that shut off is now inside with easy access. Our list of things needed was large and Ron and his crew completed the work in 2 days and did as agreed on. They were on time and did a great job. My house now has all new fixtures and updated water lines. We would recommend Overall plumbing for fast, courteous, and honest service. Thanks Ron and crew!

Our water heater died. We called Overall out as they had done work for us before and did a great job and we were hoping for another great job. We were not disappointed. They sent out a tech first thing Tuesday morning. After inspecting they presented us with 4 different purchase options. There was no hard pressure trying to upsell us to the higher repair cost.

A great relief to be able to review a written estimate with multiple pricing options and being able to choose without feeling backed into a corner. It's stressful enough when this happens to be pressured to spend a ton of money doesn't help. Dustin and his apprentice (unfortunately I forgot his name) we're both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

During the install they found a leak in the water line to our house we are so glad they let us know immediately upon discovering it. They had our water heater installed in no time. Thank you guys so much! Would definitely recommend Overall for plumbing needs.

Ron from Overall Plumbing came to troubleshoot my water heater. One of the elements had gone bad and he offered the possible solutions I could choose from. Initially I chose to replace the heating elements and after trying to remove the bad element for quite awhile it was clear it was too far gone. Despite it being late in the afternoon he contacted the office and they brought out a new water heater and had it installed and tested very quickly. Ron was very thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him and Overall Plumbing to anyone!

These guys are not to be trusted. Non professional is the best I can say about them. The father is an OK guy, but the son is an as***le! Gave me a ridiculous bid for a tankless and when I questioned him on the price and installation, his response was to just shine me on. I even gave them an opportunity to do more work and the son told his secretary to tell me to go somewhere else. Pick another plumber.

They went above and beyond to get us our hot water back. 3 days without hot water is nuts! This was not the company that my Home Warranty referred (that company was 4-5 days out before a tech could even take a look) Overall plumbing definitely made us a priority and was very responsive! Same day! Their team is AMAZING ! I understood that they were very very busy. But they heard my plea for help and saved the day! MY SUPER HEROS! MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!

There was a small leak (drip) at a connection in my dishwasher. The dishwasher was new and installed by Overall Plumbing 2 yrs prior (2019) The tech replaced a brass fitting which he said was the problem. The brass fitting is fine, checked by my engineer son and another friend who does repairs. I saw the drip at the connection it was not the fitting. They want to charge me $250 for the service call which was their error in installing. So I disagree with this charge.

I appreciated the quick response to my request to replace a cartridge in the shower faucet in my rental unit. It was done professionally and with courtesy to my tenant. My only issue was that the charge was a bit steep for such a simple repair, but perhaps that is the nature of plumbing charges typical for Boise.

I was convinced of my diagnosis prior to the arrival of the technicians, but was 'thrown on my head', figuratively, when they diagnosed the actual problem correctly. I expected a blocked air vent, but they confirmed a blocked main pipe leading to the septic tank within minutes. These guys are so knowledgeable and experienced, I will never look elsewhere for another plumbing issue. Justin and Ryan were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. they stayed overtime (without extra charge) to complete the project.

I've used Overall Plumbing on several occasions over time and have never been disappointed. I now regret hiring a 'quick-fix' plumber one month ago to try and fix a gurgling toilet for several hundred $$ (which failed again) when I now know Overall would have got it right the first time.

I called Lacey with a plumbing emergency, she picked up the phone on the 2nd ring, and I didn't have to go through an extensive menu list. She got Shawn on the horn and he was at my home within an hour (I even received a text that Shawn was on his way with his photo, and his credentials). As social workers sometimes we face some tough challenges. My agency recently began services with a hospice patient and we learned he did not have running water into his home due to a split pipe. He was going to a neighbor to fill buckets with water to use his sink and toilet. I and my team started to frantically call charities and plumbers to see. who could help.

Overall plumbing was great all around! The gal I spoke with to make an appointment was super friendly. Ron came out to look at a leak we had in our garage. He told me all the possible way things may have to be done, depending on the extent of the damage to the plumbing. It ended up being a quick and easy fix! Hundred percent disagree with having to pay a $45 trip charge just to get a quote on a thermo coupler replacement on the water heater. If they can't give me any kind of guesstimate over the phone I'm not interested.

They are very professional, honest, and they care. Completely up front with costs, and always try to find the most economical fix for the customer. I have used them several times for both home and business. I won't use anyone else! Plus, at Christmas time you can order super yummy chocolates!

I called them asking for a quote on a comfort height toilet installation. Told that I must pay them $45.00 for the quote, as it requires a tech to come out! Seriously? It's a new home. Plenty of room. And I'm not paying for a quote. Wanted cost of toilet and cost of labor.

Been using Overall plumbing since my former landlord decided to upgrade her 100 year old house with new plumbing and fixtures. They are always so professional and trustworthy. I could trust to leave a key while I was gone and they'd keep the home safe. Now that I'm married and a homeowner now we still use Overall and won't use anyone else! In. the winter of 2016, Ron came and did some work for us at the end of the day to save us from a possible frozen pipe situation. If you are looking for a plumber Overall is the one to call. Very prompt response and they know about getting it done right. You may find a cheaper plumber but when it comes to price of mind you can't put a price on that. If you cut corners the results could be way more costly than the savings. Overall installed our new whole house water softening system and it working great.

Had a major sewage problem identified after a bathroom remodel and getting tired of the contractors 'guys' I decided to call who I knew and Ron came out to investigate. From the first visit to writing the check I cant express more the skill and professionalism of the team at Overall. Don't even think twice when making this choice. Wanted a local company to quote roughing in a sink for my garage. Contacted Overall Plumbing and received a quote for the work. Requested the work to be done and it was completed faster than quoted and very professional. I am happy with the work done and the employees of Overall.

I have a rental home in Boise that had a minor plumbing problem with a toilet a few days ago. The tenant called a national franchised plumbing company which I will I not name but it is two words that start with R. They showed up 3 hours late, did not actually fix the problem, and either intentionally or incompetently caused a portion of the homes crawl space to flood.

He then told me my main water line froze and that it needed to be replaced at a cost of between $7-8K. I only spoke with the guy over the phone but I he did not instill confidence. Looking at spending a small fortune on a plumbing bill I decided to call for a second opinion. I had never used or heard of Overall Plumbing before, who was referred to me by ABC Septic, but I'm sure glad I called them.

He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed that I did not have a break in my main and fixed what appeared to be the likely source of the leak, which turned out to be some valves in the irrigation riser tube that the first plumber had messed with. At this point my bill with Overall Plumbing came to $125. I then remembered the initial reason for the plumbing call by my tenant which did not get fixed and asked him to take a look.

He fixed the problem with the toilet and did not charge me extra. Bottom line is that Overall Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars on an unnecessary plumbing bill and will absolutely be who I call the next time I need a plumber.

The temperatures in the Valley was in the 100's for several days, so we were worried about the AC keeping up with the heat. We never expected our water heater to go out on a Sunday afternoon. We went straight to Yelp to see who serviced water heaters in the Treasure Valley and were pleasantly surprised that Overall Plumbing had 5 stars and located in our area.

We called and scheduled an appointment for their next opening which was on Tuesday, heck it was 100 degrees out and a cold shower felt nice so waiting two days was ok. To our surprise they called on Monday with an opening in the afternoon and arrived just before 4pm. They provided us with several different options; try to fix the problem and hope the 13 year old water heater would hold out for another year or two, and four different replacement options.

The replacement options included the energy efficient water heater and a couple different yearly service plans. We were able to find an option that worked for us financially. So when should we expect this new replacement; today was his response. Now that is customer service at its finest and why they have 5 stars. They went to work removing the old and replacing it with the new larger one that fit snug in the space.

A couple hours later we had hot water. The days since I have come to realize how bad our old water heater was and how effective this new one is. Our water is HOT! A huge warm hug goes out to the guys who spent their evening in the 100 degree temp giving us hot water. If we ever need additional plumbing needs you will be the first people we call.

Before closing on our house we had a competitor come out and scope the sewage line. They told me it was clear. Well we ended up buying the house and a week after purchasing the home our sewage line had a major clog in it. So I called Overall Plumbing to come out and fix what their competitor screwed up on telling me. Brad and Ron showed up on their fully stocked trucks.

These gentlemen were clean, professional and very nice. I can't say enough good things about Overall. They took care of the problem and more. They went above and beyond for us. I would recommend them to anyone. $1,000 later and we are happy. I didn't have a problem spending a $1,000 with Overall because of their top notch service. Overall will be my go to plumbing experts!

After two other companies failed to find the problem, Overall spent enough time to explore the situation, and then gave me three solutions and the cost of each, so I could make an intelligent decision.
