Meridian Quality Water Systems

Water stinks. We have to use more than two bags of salt a week. We have called Kinetico multiple times and they have sent a repairman three times and it just gets worse. Last time was this morning and they said there wasn't anything they could do. We are on a septic and I hate putting two bags of salt a week into the dirt. Horrible company!

My system stopped charging, so I made an appointment for service within a 12-4 time frame. The technician showed up around 10:30 am, completely nonplussed about the time. He was here 10 minutes and asked for hot water to pour into the unit and charged me $135.

We have had our system for some time now and are very happy with the product. If you are have hard water and nasty drinking water. You really need to get ahold of this company and the person to contact to is Tim McKay. He is a very honest person and has the utmost integrity.

We have had Kinetico softening systems in both of our homes. The quality resin is long-lasting and does a fantastic job filtering/softening our water. Although our current home is 6 years old now, the showers, water fixtures and sinks show no signs of hard water at all. We recommend Kinetico for your new or existing home!

Called to get some parts for my Kinetico softener. Lady on the phone had no clue what I was talking about. She said she would find out and call me back. One week later never got a call back. From my experience Kinetico doesn't want to sell you a part. They want to have you spend hundreds on a service call or sell you a new machine. Stay away from Kinetico and order a softener from Amazon and save yourself a load of money. Kinetico service is terrible considering the premium price of their equipment.

I did a lot of research for water treatment systems. I drink over a gallon of water a day and realized that my home water was less than desirable. I also have dry skin and itchy scalp issues in general. After much research I know what I wanted but needed the best company to put it in place. I got the whole house softener and the reverse osmosis water filter system.

My gallon of water tastes fantastic and I know I am putting something that helps me in my body. I recommend doing your research. You will find Kinetico tops the list in quality and in price. This is the best purchase we made for our new home. Well worth the money. Our little girls wouldn't even drink the fridge water so we knew we needed to get a whole house water system. It's an absolute game changer and I don't know how we've been living without one in the past. Sherika our sales rep was awesome. She is super knowledgeable about water and is the reason we ended up going with Kinetico. Highly highly recommend!

Kinetico is the best soft water ever! I would definitely get this system again. Very low salt use and great water!

After my salesman came to test my water, it was found to be soft. I expressed my concern to him about my experience up to that point. He was responsive to my concerns and shared my feed back with his office. In turn, he contacted me and offered me free delivery and 4 bags of Kinetico salt for my water softener. I certainly feel better about my purchase and the responsiveness of the company to me, their customer.

Excellent customer service! I went into the office to purchase a new filter for my reverse osmosis. When I got home I had difficulty removing the old filters. I called the office for assistance and they were very helpful. However, I still could not remove the filters. They offered to have a technician that was in the area come by. He arrived within 15 minutes and took care of the problem. They went above and beyond to help me. Very impressed. Thanks Kinetico!

We have owned a Kinetico Soft water system for about 15 years and LOVE it! We change the filter about once a year and add salt when needed. We've had ZERO problems with the product or the service! I would highly recommend Kinetico water softening system to everyone!

Great tasting water unfortunately every time I go to replace the filters Im shocked how horrible their customer service is. The woman there (whos always there) is completely rude and is every single time. The filters are about $80 every few months and between that and being treated this badly (and no one else in the valley sells them) its not worth it. She must be an owner because no one would employ someone that rude and today another man was right there so its acceptable to treat customers like that to them.
