Not very user friendly. Their online ordering system doesn't actually know when they can and can't deliver. Put me in a bind.

I usually get my mulch from Lowe's but I decided to use Norfleet based on a friend's recommendation. My first impressions where there is no place to park at the facility and the customer service at the front office wasn't very friendly. I stood there after extending the greeting for good morning for about 45 seconds and someone finally acknowledge my presence and said can I help you. The one Saving Grace which is why I gave it three stars was the customer service support from the gentleman who loaded my mulch in my car.

If you need mulch this is the place to go! Also have compost.

I had an issue and the owner emailed me directly and resolved my problem almost instantly. Good business. Been a customer 20 years. Best pine bark mulch on the market.

Good prices but terrible customer service. The way the property is setup is a nightmare and they refuse to drive the tractor to your trailer to deliver mulch. Lady behind the counter roller her eyes when I asked if they could bring the mulch to me. Ended up spending 15 minutes trying to back out that place. Go elsewhere

I worked here for about 8 months. Great atmosphere. The pay could be a little better for machine operators but all in all this company has a family feel and i enjoyed being apart of the team

Iv worked there now for almost a year and norfleet is like family to me awesome place to work and genuinely awesome people to work for. The owner Dan he goes up to his employees and actually ask how their day is going awesome guy and very generous the people at this company actually listen to what the employees have to say. I had a horrible experience with a bulk delivery service that delivered clay mixed with gravel and called it topsoil. It hardened into a cement like substance. It all had to be pulled up. If I had gone to Norfleet to start with I would have avoided a lot of trouble. It was suggested by a respected local landscape company. The owner told me that he doesn't buy products anywhere else.

He showed me a sample of the manure composit mix he used. When it arrived it was clear that this was a superior product and exactly what I was hoping to do find. The phone service was very helpful and friendly. I'm definitely getting my mulch from them when time comes. In closing I'd say don't use a delivery services where you don't know what type of product you are going to get. It was shocking to discover how unscrupulous some people can be.

During some recent volunteer time for the Brisben Center, they were doing some landscaping work and needed some mulch. The Brisben Center works purely on donations. Given this, we turned to Norfleet. They were more than happy to donate some mulch to help out. Without hesitation, they had a scoop in my truck in no time! : The staff was awesome and the whole experience was great. Will be using them for mine and my family's mulch needs from now on.

Stopped into Norfleet Quality to pick up some mulch for my home. Service was friendly and fast. It was cool to see the production operation during pickup.
