Wow! Dedicated crew worked on new sewer pipe installation. Marc Ryder, Robert, and Marcos did a great job! Gave detailed facts about the job, and worked for two days almost non stop. Cleaned up the entire work area (garage and massive hole outside) perfectly and restored area to normal. Completed the job on time. We would give them a 5t - very happy with their work! Plan on using Perfect for future work. :)

Thomas Bullock was amazing and knew his stuff when he came to the service call at my house for my A/C. Not only did he figure out what the issue was and get us all cooled off, but he educated me on a couple other things that need to be done in regards to my A/C that are covered under warranty and super important to get corrected! He was super friendly, kind and absolutely skilled at his craft! Thanks Thomas for making a fabulous experience. I appreciate it more than you know and today's day of service that is not always such a great experience.;-

Inspection of heat and AC system - filter replaced and repair & replacement recommendations made. Josh A was great at showing photos and explaining everything, especially where the system was in tolerances and outside of tolerances. Update: David and Sergio installed a heating and ac unit for us. They were on time, clean, professional, and courteous. David took the time to go over normal usage of the new heating and AC system, as well as how to care for it and maximize its lifespan. I recommend them and won't hesitate to use their company again. And everything was done in one day.

I had contacted Perfect Plumbing to replace a dying shower valve. The Specialist, Thomas came out, looked at the valve, prepared an estimate for me, and scheduled an appointment to replace it. On replacement day, Thomas and his apprentice, Shaun, arrived during the arrival window and, after being approved by the dogs, got to work. The work was completed in a more than acceptable time frame, especially since they had to get adapters because the original valve had been installed to different specifications.

Both Thomas and Shaun behaved professionally and worked efficiently. They took care to keep my house clean, including wearing booties, etc. I would happily hire Perfect for future plumbing needs, and I would probably ask for Thomas and Shaun by name.

They did a great job! The pipes coming out of our water Main were leaking, Perfect Plumbing showed up on time to inspect and quote, then got us on schedule quickly! Ken and Henry came out and did a fantastic job, very professional and friendly, got the big job done quickly and had our house back in business! Would recommend and definitely call this company again, they gave us fabulous service!

Was wanting to have rough in done (hot/cold supply lines & drain for outdoor sink). Still waiting on a few more quotes so normally wouldn't leave a review at this point but was so impressed with timely response and communication from company that I just felt obligated to post a review. The technician (Brent) arrived on time and his professionalism, knowledge and courteous manner was impressive.

He took the time to explain our options and was great at explaining how the proposed job would be accomplished. While we have not yet decided on our course of action at this point and have not yet selected a company to do the work; I cannot stress enough at how impressed I have been thus far with Perfect Plumbing and was even more impressed by the technician (Brent) who was sent to evaluate the job and give us a quote!

The team at Perfect was fantastic! Travis was very thorough and helped us find the best solution for our older/larger home. He was very prompt in response time and took the time to really listen to our needs and go over our options. Travis really set the foundation of trust with Perfect. The installation team, David and Hayden were knowledgeable and efficient.

We are pleased with their work and how seamlessly everything is working. Josh also came by the day following installation to take care of a few minor things. It was great to have that level of service on demand. We also had Jeff take care of some plumbing needs. He did a great job with installation and repair! Finally, Tiffany was super responsive in the office and submitted all of our rebates on our behalf. She was a pleasure to work with! All in all, I would highly recommend Perfect. The team is very responsive, professional, and they do quality work. Thank you, all!

From the Tech who came out the first day To the 2 install guys they were awesome. My design guy Travis who came out and quoted me on a new gas furnace, gas water heater and my new central air system was so patient with me and answered the million questions I had about everything he never made me feel pressured. Also I want to Shout out to Travis (the same design guy) who helped us figure out financing and also the 2 guys who installed you guys rock and thanks to the whole team I can sleep better at night knowing my family is safe. No better peace of mind than that. 100% would recommend this company

Grant came out to inspect our furnace when the system stopped working overnight. He did a thorough job, presented us with pictures, options, discussed the results of everything without pressuring us into anything we didn't need. Ultimately our heat is back working and the price was very reasonable for the work done and the time spent. This is the second time we've used Perfect, and both times we've been very satisfied and impressed with the technicians sent to assist us. Grant is outstanding, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs service. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
