Tried to reschedule on me for confirmed installation of hot water heater. When I could not, I was told no problem. Instead of a journeyman sent to do the job, I got an apprentice-level technician. Installed the water heater crooked not using shims from the previous one, and was told it was acceptable per code. When asked to level it, I was told this would be an extra labor cost. I spent an hour leveling it myself after he left. No attention to detail. Would've left it looking like the Leaning Tower in my basement.

I called Kenosha Plumbing to fix a clogged tub and replace the drum trap with a P trap. Due to my work schedule, I needed them to get the job done first thing in the morning before I left for work. They showed up on time and got the job done with an hour to spare! As if that weren't enough, since they were only there an hour they charged me more than $100 less than I was quoted! I can't recommend them enough!

Super nice and beyond a blessing. Not only did they find out our problem and fixed it right away, but also found another issue that can be easily fixed as well. Couldn't ask for better service nor no need to look elsewhere when looking for an amazing plumbing company. I appreciate the entire staff I worked with throughout my experience.

I am new to the area. I just bought a house a month ago and woke to the hot water heater leaking this morning. I called at 11:15 am and they were are my house installing at 1:00pm. Kyle and Mike were professional and quick with the install. I am not one to write reviews but when a business goes out of their way yo get the customer taken care of I believe it warrants a review. Kenosha Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our failed sump pump. A plumber arrived within 45 minutes of my initial phone call during their after-hours time. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. The pricing was fair and super-reasonable compared to competitors in the area. The office staff was kind and responsive. Excellent 24- hour emergency service!

I generally won't write reviews. But we had occasion to use them twice in the last week, once for a new water heater for another member of our family, and once for a non-emergency sink repair. Both times they showed up as scheduled, and both times did their jobs promptly and cleanly, were polite and actually charged less than the over-the-phone estimate. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Highly recommend the team at Kenosha Plumbing. We discovered a water leak under our kitchen sink over the holidays. One call, a few texts and very nice guys showed up to evaluate the problem. it was a quick diagnosis and they waived the OT fee for the 5 min visit. We quickly scheduled an appt and they arrived on time, installed the new sink, and off they went. looks great! they were quick and responsive. The lady who calls to confirm appts is the sweetest and we are so appreciative of their services and professionalism.
