Tried to schedule service for our store who is with no heat and was first told that due to the holidays the tech couldn't be out today and when I asked about Friday or Monday they stated it would be double time. I told them I did not have a problem with paying more as it is very important to get our employees some heat and then she said, "sorry, but due to the holidays we are not taking any new customers". I don't know why they simply refused to help us out, but I will make sure to never contact them again. SMH

Currently use this company on a commercial front and they have a few really good technician like Dave. C. The service manager Rusty is horrible to deal with. At first he was very friendly but, once the work was done and I needed to set up a payment plan his attitude changed for the worse. I pay on time and pay extra but, was treated like garbage there on after. Also, I had a different technician out on site this past winter and being a union company you pay a little more but, the technician was horrible.
I had him on site on a weekend so I could get my business heated by the up coming work week. After two days of work the technician kind of accidentally admitted that the problem could have been resolved sooner but, he messed up something simple. Overall I would recommend trying other local companies before them unless you know your getting a good technician.
