Karlsen Plumbing, Inc. was established in 1978 in Racine, WI. The focus of the company was new residential construction. Since then Karlsen Plumbing, Inc. has transformed into a multifaceted plumbing company. We now handle residential, commercial and industrial plumbing construction, service/repair and design build plumbing projects. The team at Karlsen Plumbing, Inc. is well rounded and able to give the devotion that customers deserve.
The Karlsen Plumbing Service and Remodel division will handle anything from a simple fixture upgrade project to a newly located bathroom or kitchen. We can work directly with the customer to choose the right products for their project and we can also team up with one of the many supplier showrooms we work with.
Karlsen Plumbing has been a premier plumbing company in Southeast Wisconsin since 1978. Now we average around 200 new homes per year. We have a strong relationship with numerous builders and general contractors in the area. We perform plumbing installs for custom homes or work with builders who offer an array of models and packages.
Our multi-family division can accommodate 2-family homes all the way up to multiple unit condominiums and apartments. We work with general contractors and builders from all over Southeastern Wisconsin. We can assist builders and general contractors with their plumbing design. We offer plan/spec projects and design build as well.

I was remodeling my house and was looking for a good, fair-priced plumber in the Kenosha area. I was extremely lucky with Karlsen Plumbing. The price was fair, and the job was done quickly with great attention to detail. Joe and his foreman Bob knew their trade extremely well and thought ahead, advising "how to save money" without cutting corners on my large project.
They did not play the "Change Order Game" - typical for many contractors today! I highly recommend Carlson Plumbing for new construction or remodeling. Finding a good plumber today is not an easy task.

We moved into our first house which was experiencing leaks from the main water shut off. Karlsen was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint! Joe came over early and fixed the leak and returned the next week to install a complicated waterline for our new fridge. Even though the work involved drilling through our cabinets, I was shocked at how clean the job was! I would highly recommend this business.

Richard was sent over to do work for our remodel. We added a shower to the basement, added a new water heater, new plumbing to kitchen, new hot/cold hose bib, all new plumbing for our main bathroom. He did a great job. Very thorough, asked questions about what our plans were before doing work if he was unsure. I highly recommend Karlsen. Edited. This work was done around a year ago, we had two minor issues that were honored under warranty. No arguing or anything. Karlsen is truly a great local company to work with.

Scott came over on an emergency when the water heater gave up its entire load onto the basement floor. He had the new tank we wanted, installed it, took out the old and made sure everything was good before leaving. He was pleasant and efficient, and incredibly nice. After a stressful few hours of dealing with this mini disaster, it was great to have such a positive experience.

Fast and friendly, reasonably priced. I use them any time I have any issues regarding my plumbing. They were called to replace a gas valve on my stove that was ancient and were done in 15 minutes ( it was an old iron one that was twisting when it was being moved and the gas had been leaking. I got it off but didn't want to risk anything exploding trying to get it back on ) Thank you for coming out
