I had a new shower head installed and a toilet set. I had no complaints on the work completed; however I did feel I was overcharged based on the conversations I had with the Rolland Reach team. I called in and spoke with Kyle and he actually made adjustments on the final invoice. What a wonderful surprise. I would highly recommend this company and I'm grateful to Kyle for listening to me and taking action.

I had a water leak in my garage. I first hired a leak detecting company to isolate the leak and they couldn't. I had a plumber to detect the leak and he couldn't. Than based on the recommendation of a friend I hired Roland. These guys in no time isolated the problem and fixed it quickly for a reasonable price. I have nothing but words of admiration for them. I very strongly recommend them. I am sure that you will not be disappointed at all. You will get the best quality work at a very reasonable price.

December 23 2021 a plumber from the Rolling Reasch Plumbing replaced my water heater at the Evergreen Apartment Club. Because I had to go out of town, I was not able to babysit the maintenance team at my apartment complex or the Plumbing company to ensure the job was done. I called the property manager at the Evergreen apartment club to make sure my unit had hot water.

They assured me the water heater was replaced and I had working hot water. When I retuned to my apartment after vacation, I was still without hot water. The Plumber from Rolling Reasch installed the hot water heater abd didn't check its function before he left. The Management at Evergreen Club apartments in Jacksonville Florida didn't follow up withbthe service and dropped the ball as well, leaving me without hot water for 8 days. Rolland Reach and Evergreen Club Apt failed to uphold Florida section 11 of the required tenants rights to dwelling that is fit to be lived in with working Plumbing (hot water)

Two guys came out for minor repairs to toilets then line had to be opened every task they added more to cost which came to over $400. One guy was not happy with his coworker. I didn't call them back because didn't want them to return. One toilet still does not flush/work properly.

W recently had our flooring replaced from hardwood to LVP, and our toilet no longer fit securely. We needed a plumber last minute and quickly. Rolland Reash sent out a plumber named David who was absolutely fabulous. Knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to place the toilet correctly as well as make it aesthetically match our new flooring. He took the time to work carefully in such a tiny space so as not to damage our new floors or our walls. Honestly not sure how he did it, but extremely thankful he did!

I needed a disposal replaced and some of the plumbing into the wall from the pee trap wasn't done correctly. Consequently I would have frequent back ups in the sink and tiny food particles on my dishes. They fixed that without me even asking and explained to me why I had food particles and back ups in my sink. Everything runs smoothly and clean now. Thanks!!!!

Let's start with how rude the girl Emily was to my father on the phone. I know that we are Hindu and my dads accent may be a little hard to understand for some people. But this girl was condescending and impatient from Beginning. Thankfully my dad was more focused on just getting help rather than this girl's demeanor. My father had it on speaker so I could chime in in case there was something that he may not quite understand, I heard everything.

When he got off the phone I told him to call someone else but he was convinced that Rolland Reash was ok. Everything was mostly straight forward as far as price until the tech hit us with a bunch of hidden fees for gloves, tools, etc that no one mentioned on the phone. The repair man was some what knowledgeable about trying to find the leak but I'm not sure he was experienced enough to do much else.

He looked stunned when asked another question about plumbing our tub valve. I asked him how long he had been plumbing and what kind of licensing he had. He said plumbers don't have licenses anymore. I was shocked. Probably will call someone else in the future.

In 2014, I had a slab leak under my kitchen tile. I was advised that re-pipe would be more cost effective than tearing up and replacing the tile to find and repair the leak. I called Rolland Reash plumbing, and the owner himself came out, met me, and gave me his professional and reasonable estimate. Out of the 2 or 3 estimates that I got, I chose him and his company to be my plumbers, and I'm so glad that I did.

The repair was handled promptly and expertly. He even sent his son to handle the minor carpentry and painting part of the job that usually isn't handled by plumbers, for a small, nominal extra fee. Since then, I have had a slow drain, and a problem with a kitchen faucet needing to be installed by a licensed plumber, and their level of service consistently blows me away.

They have come to my rescue at least 3 times now; like knights in shining armor. According to my experience with this company, there is absolutely no need to ever call anyone else. There is no comparison to their low and reasonable prices, and their above and beyond level of customer service places them beyond compare, which has made them my go to plumbers for life!

We had a pipe burst last night. We were the second call for the next day. David was professional and so knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and quickly. We also realized we needed a new water tank. That was replace and installed in the same manner. We will be using this company from now on Services: Repair pipe, Install water heater

Our experience with Rolland Reash Plumbing was very pleasant. We replaced our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. The associates that came out were Fadi and Denis and they were excellent. They showed on time and completed the job to perfection in a very timely and professional manner. We were also pleased with how affordable our service was. We definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Excellent experience! In a time when all home vendors are backed up for weeks and I even had a plumber tell me that they are no longer accepting new clients (like the dentist does!), these folks were kind, professional and go the job booked quickly.
