Michael Gunnoe came to replace my toilet and he did a great job I would recommend Delk plumbing to get the job done. I have an older home that has not had any upgrades done on the plumbing and sewer systems and so I had some major plumbing and sewer issues going on. Steve and AJ replaced both systems for me. If you have to have any plumbing work done I highly. Joseph arrived on the early end of the service window, quickly assessed the issue, and had it fixed the same day. Mike at Delk Plumbing is the best. He is friendly, explains everything, respectful and kind. He is doing work on our house soon but, today I had an emergency as our sewer line got busted while digging out backyard for our new pool. I called him and he was here in less then 15 minutes and had it fixed asap. I will recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work!

Technician AJ came out to look at some issues with two of our toilets. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He was on time and gave a curiosity call before arriving. AJ was able to provide us with a quick follow up appt as we have a bit more detailed work needed with affordable pricing! AJ came two hours early, which was really good for me. I have had the water shut off for a long while and was finally ready to hire a plumber. I Called them on Tuesday and they scheduled an appointment for me about 24 hours later. AJ solved the problem and fixed it in a very short time and offered solutions for possible future situations. Based off of the experience I had with this company I will definitely be contacting them for future plumbing needs.

Service was awesome! Great communication to let us know they were coming early. Had a small gas leak and Mike had it fixed in no time. He also took the time to show me some other common potential future issues around the house and what basic maintenance I could do to avoid them. Friendly and fast, more than fair pricing. I recently wrote a bad review for this company which in my opinion was true. But I was immediately contacted by the owner who made things right. I wI'll only say that once on the clock they should inform the customer. The owner informed me that they usually charge $125 per hour. I was only informed by the person who made the appointment that his coming out to give me a quote if work was needed it was a free visit. So a price was never brought up till the end. Ryan was Great! He worked hard and efficiently to get the faucet and piping to work in a very odd Vanity frame. He had to cut through the wall and repipe. He finished the job in the time allotted. Phenomenal company. We had a water main break and and they came out quickly to assess the problem and would only fix it the proper way instead of doing it halfway which we couldn't be more thankful for! The price was better than we expected and they really did go above and beyond. Hopefully we don't have any more problems but if we do they will be the our go to company. Between the work ethics and price you really couldn't ask for a better company.

Today all I needed was the release valve to my water heater connected. Not a big job, one man, took between 6-10 minutes. When i was given the quote of $200, before the work, I called Delk & explained i believed that that was excessive for such a little job & he took off a token $20 bringing it to $180 for this minuscule job i should have just done myself.
When I asked if i could literally just walk across my street to a retired neighbor for 2 minutes & ask him if that was a honest price, the Delk employee said if we did, he would leave. Will I ever use Delks again? NO. Will i ever recommend them again? NO. Awful experience with this company, it is not one I would ever advise anyone to use unless you have so much money you don't mind giving it away for minimal services.

Dusty came out and gave us a quote of 200+ for re plumbing a new kitchen sink and 1500ish for running a gas line to a new cooktop. When the 2 guys came out to do the repair they said that they could not do the gas line because they saw some feces under the house and were scared of a possible animal attack. They also told us that they could not do the kitchen sink until we had someone remove the exterior siding of the house and that it would be very expensive to replumb.
They did connect 2 bathroom sinks charged us 200 for that. The sinks were leaking after they left, but our brother fixed it. We did not even want them back in our home. We called CC Myers and Andy came out and did both jobs.the re plumbing (did not have to tear the siding off the hours and it works great) and ran the gas line for less than the 1500 they quoted us for the gas line only. Do not recommend this company at all. I see from the reviews that it is common to have a bad experience with this company.

I called Delk Plumbing for my toilet that kept running, They came and looked at it and told me it was a rare toilet (Jacuzzi brand) and they did not have the part on their truck they would have to order it. They charged me $49 service call and did nothing. Told me they would call me back with a price and a date they could do the work. 6 weeks later still had not heard from them, I called them to inquire, The receptionist told me she had been out for a year and the replacement let it slip thru the cracks. she said she would check on the estimate and let me know.
A few days later she called and said they could fix it for $175 but would not charge me the service call again, nice of them right? I ordered the flapper from Amazon for $22 with free shipping the exact part and put it on my self, they were going to charge me $175. Not impressed with this company!

Delk came in and reworked our plumbing from our washer. They never patched the big ugly hole they put in the wall. We had the water turned off for 6 months while we were away and when we came back to the condo our downstairs neighbor complained of a bad leak coming from the ceiling under our laundry area. We called another plumber because our warrantee was expired from Delk.
He opened the wall and found fittings that were not properly crimped, one hose was only crimped half way on. We were told from the new plumber that all the other fittings that Delk had put in Were going to need replacing as well. We called Delk just to let them know how bad their plumbers were and of our troubles (having to replace the drywall in the downstairs neighbors house as well as ours) hoping they would at least apologize.the woman on the phone said nothing at all. They just don't care. Beware of this contractor.

We have a tankless water heater installed by Delk plumbing. The hot water heater had a problem and it took several calls and several visits before they figured it out and finally fixed the problem. We ended up calling out and paying a different plumbing company to check it out. We were told by the second opinion that the water heater wasn't installed up to code because Delk never grounded it when they installed it. Sloppy work. Not recommended at all. As you can see by other reviews this is not a one time only situation. Also they left huge holes in my wall when installing the hot water heater.

Wow, I'm not sure why this business has such low reviews. I had a kitchen faucet replaced earlier in the year and the crew that arrived was super courteous and installed the faucet quickly. Fast forward 6 months and the faucet still works great. One of the gentleman that did the installation also gave me some helpful tips about the type of faucet I purchased (I pre-purchased it), including the manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
He recommended that I scan the receipt or photocopy it before it fades and keep it on hand. At any time (even 50 years from now) if there is a fault with the faucet the manufacturer will replace it. Since I know nothing about plumbing (I'm a new home owner) this little bit of useful information has gone a long way. The only reason that this business is not receiving 5/5 stars is the slightly different cost I was charged instead of the quote I received over the phone.
For a simple installation that required no additional work the original quoted price should have been the final cost. Fortunately, the price difference wasn't much, but I still would recommend a more fixed price from the outset.

Terrible. They gave us a quote to do a job. We had to sign a contract, email it to them and give them a deposit of half the cost before they would start. They came out & dug for a few minutes then left and said the job was misquoted and the cost would be almost 3 TIMES AS MUCH as the original quote they gave us. I asked them if they thought I was born yesterday.
The water was off so I guess they thought they had us over a barrel and we would agree to any price. I told them we would find someone else to do the job. We did find someone else who did it for much less than the 2nd quote they gave us. It took weeks & several phone calls to get our original deposit returned to us. The gal who answers the phone kept giving excuses about why they hand't return the money yet but they finally did. I would never use them again under any circumstances.

I inquired via Delk's website to have a gas line added for an outdoor natural gas grill. First, they emailed me back and wanted my phone number. Then I had to continue reaching out to them for a week. They eventually said that they could send some one out on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, I emailed again and no response. Eventually I gave up on emailing, as it didn't seem to be a convenient way for them to communicate.
After a few calls they were able to send a technician to my home to give me a quote. The tech was nice, but I was hesitant to do business with them at this point considering my frustration in dealing with their office. I waited to get a quote from Plumb Pros. Even though the quote from Plumb Pros was a little more expensive I went with them because of my experience with Delk's office staff.
