We had an expansion tank on our water heater break. The dispatcher called right away and was pleasant and friendly. She scheduled for later in the day, but then called back when there was an earlier opening. Brian called when he was on his way, showed up on time, and was very nice. He provided detailed information to my husband and me so that we understood what he was doing.

Technician Travis was at my door within 15 mins and he quickly found the problem. He was able to snake the sewer line under the house and clear the small roots and clog in short order. Nathan came out and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink/disposal. He also did a quick fix with our toilet in which we barely had water in. He was a nice guy, on time, and professional. After 24 hours of toilets not working, and many other companies called, we found Rooter-Man. From the time I called, Travis was here within an hour. He called when on the way, and showed up when he said he would. Travis assessed the issue, gave me a quote, with reasonable prices and set to work. Our main line drain to the street was clogged. Travis was kind, understand, considerate and very helpful. He had us repaired in just a few minutes. I WILL call Rooter-Man again if I have a plumbing issue. Our kitchen drain stopped up on a Saturday. We called 6 plumbing companies and only one called back. Not only did they call back, they were out within 2 hours and fixed the problem. Robert went over and beyond to correct our problem. When snaking the drain didn't work, he bellied into the crawl space below the house and took care of the stoppage. Robert was courteous, professional and efficient. I had a leaky toilet and he replaced the necessary parts. I also asked him to replace the same parts on the other 3 toilets to avoid future leaks. Kim was responsive to my text at 8:30 AM in the morning and I was able to schedule Robert for 2 PM the same afternoon. I received a text 10 minutes before he arrived as Kim mentioned when I made the appointment. Rooter Man will now be the business I call for all of my future plumbing needs!

I contacted Rooter Man after being dissatisfied with another plumber's estimate and approach to my problem. I don't appreciate a bait and switch, where the advertised price is drastically different than the estimate provided once the contractor is in the door, especially considering you must pay a Service Call fee. However, when I called Rooter Man and explained my issue, they put me in touch with Alex, one of their technicians. Alex was extremely helpful and took the time to talk through my specific drain problem, the likely causes and solutions, and potential costs.

They were extremely professional, courteous and resolved the drain problem in about 30 minutes. There was no bait and switch on the costs and in fact, the pricing was very reasonable. I appreciate their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing or drain service.

Travis was extremely helpful today. We had a sewage backup and it was "fixed" Friday afternoon by unknown, and when presented with a reoccurring issue this morning at 8 am, I called around 10 am Saturday morning since we're in the middle of getting stuff from storage a few towns over. Travis was able to set realistic expectations with setting up a time to reevaluate the issue that would work for both our schedules.
Not only that, he allowed me to see what the issue was and suggested ways to prevent it from continuing to happen. In and out with a half hour, which was great since I have a toddler and a house to tend to. If you need service done, ask for Travis! Thanks!

We had a clog in the main line of our home that was preventing the toilets from flushing. I spoke to Kim who arranged for 2 of their service techs to come to our house on the same day of my call. Travis and Milton were outstanding. They were able to come to my house even earlier than I expected, diagnosed the problem, quoted the cost of repair, unclogged the drain line and used a camera so that we could see the condition of the lines under the house. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional, Travis and Milton were the whole package. With great service at an affordable price, I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend not calling this company for any plumbing job. I guarantee, you will regret it! 2 guys came out to unclogged a bath tub. The charge was as much more than lawyer fee per hour and owner tells me that was after giving me discount. REALLY! It only took not more than 30 mins to unclogged the tub.
