Michael and Tom came out and diagnosed the leak coming from my bathroom quickly. They were efficient and friendly. During COVID-19, they took precautions by wearing masks. The company also has a fantastic receptionist who schedules appointments and uses a tracking app that lets us know exactly when the plumbers will be there. Their rates are also very reasonable. I have every confidence in having M&M plumbing as the one we will call anytime there's an issue that needs plumbing services!

M & M Plumbing and Heating is wonderful! Within the last year, we've had them replace our furnace and hot water heater. They even came out the day-of when our hot water heater went. All of the work that they did was professional and affordable. I highly recommend M & M Plumbing and Heating. They've been life-savers for us!

Had an unexpected heating emergency today.thankfully Mike and his team were able to help me out! And as always providing me with my Military Discount. As for the Review by GOAT YT BOSS.you really should have called the office and reported you were still having an issue with your heating system.they stand behind their work and are always professional.to BLAST THEM AND GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW WITHOUT REPORTING IT TO THEM THAT YOU WERE STILL HAVING A PROBLEM IS WRONG.with my dealings and all of the people that referred me to them.they would have definitely come out to re-attend and resolve the issue and probably without a charge, but if you didnt call them and report it. HOW WOULD THIS COMPANY KNOW THAT YOU WERE STILL HAVING ISSUES OR THAT YOUR PROBLEM WASNT RESOLVED, THEREFORE NOT GIVING THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE IT is unfair to this Company OR any company for that matter. YOU REALLY SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED THEM TO GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE RATHER THAN ASSUMING THAT YOU WOULD BE CHARGED AGAIN.AND NOT JUST THIS COMPANY BUT ANY COMPANY IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED.BUT YOU CHOSE NOT TO SPEAK WITH THE COMPANY OR EVEN PROVIDE THEM OPPORTUNITY TO RECTIFY YOUR ISSUE, instead you decided to COWARDLY BLAST THEM IN A REVIEW RATHER THAN DISCUSSING WITH THEM. Extremely disappointed with service. The 2 guys that came out were very very nice BUT i didn't call them to come be nice, i called because my furnace kept going off and not lighting. I explained what was happening and for about 30-45 minutes they messed with the furnace and thermostat just to tell me there was nothing wrong. (Of course when they came my furnace decided to light) I was charged $94 for literally nothing.
They didn't find the problem or fix anything! Side note a few months prior they came out to replace a wire that was supposedly no good which was supposedly the cause of the furnace not lighting before. So of course when they left it went out. This time my friends husband (not a certified hvac guy just very handy) came to look at it and within 3 minutes found 2 problems but more importantly the main problem which was my thermo cup needed to be replaced.
He fixed it and it's been over a week with no more issues. They must have thought I'd keep calling and getting the run around. Really disappointed because i liked them but after charging $94 to say nothing is wrong and there was really turned me off.

After 4 phone calls I was finally able to get an appointment, because the person who answered the phone was unable to commit to an appointment without approval. The day of service to clean my boiler THEY decided to sell me over $50 worth of tank cleaner without asking me and put this into my tanks. The thing about this is my tanks were almost empty and tank cleaner works in conjunction with filling a tank!
Over a 33% markup on an unnecessary product! When I called to ask about this I was met with an exceptionally rude Carolyn. Overall a terrible experience would not recommend and will not use this company again!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! These people are "RIP OFFS!" My furnace was short cycling in Jan. this year. I noticed M&M was the company the prior owners used to install this system that was acting up. They came out quickly, sent 2 guys that were nice fellows, however, without telling me 1 of them CUT a lead wire on the unit after they said "this is dangerous", don't want to use it.
I found this out when the next HVAC came to compare. Mind you it was the beginning of Jan. 2018 freezing here in the N.E. I questioned what they found as a problem caused by their crappy install. They charged me almost $200 for the service call and was told they would work with me off the price of a new unit. Weeks later they finally sent me an email saying they were still working on a "quote".
I started to have others come out to check it. I was told be several others that the install M&M did was less then, and dangerous. They never got back in touch with me, I am going to POST here, "social media", BBB, and file a small claims. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! To this day they still never got back to me!
