I called Wayne regarding a leak in my tankless hot water heater. Even though he couldn't come out he was kind enough to call me twice to give me advice on how to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. I did not end up using him for the fix but was very impressed with his knowledge, responsiveness and willingness to help me. I would certainly use him in the future.

Spent a night with no heat. Called Pisanchyn at approximately 10:30 am, and was told they would put out a call to one of their repairmen. We got a call maybe 15 minutes later from the tech, telling us he would be at our home within the hour. About 30 minutes later, he showed up and spent 30 - 40 minutes repairing our furnace. The price was so reasonable, and we were astonished by the rapid response and courteous, professional service. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat to anyone needing their services, Thank you!

Update: Owner contacted us and concern resolved. Labor Day weekend, Friday evening just after p.m. and we discover a problem. No hot water. We called this company and asked about them coming to check out the problem. Someone took our contact information and told us we would get a return call shortly, which we did. We were told someone would be at our house in a little while.
No indication that we would be charged holiday/ after hour rates. It was less than 15 minutes from diagnosis to replacing a small $30. part - Total charge was $180! My husband expressed his concern that the charge was extremely high for only a few minutes of labor. We were told it was the company, not his choice. At this rate, the labor charge was around $600/ hour.
We called this company because of the 5 star rating and left confident we would be charged fairly. So disappointed. We would have waited until Tuesday morning, if such high rates were explained. Would not recommend this company.
