I love you guys! Thank you for helping me with some knowhow to get my well pump back up and running. It was a relief to me when I was not totally sure what I needed and the gang at the counter helped me find what was needed! They stock a lot of items!

Price gouging at its finest. A part on line shipped $26. RJ Walkers price $69. Same manufacturer, same part. SMH.

I bought a boiler from walkers that failed after about a year and was under warranty, and they replaced it. I've been buying from them for all my buildings for 30 years.

Needed to replace my well pressure tank and wanted to go down one size. Counter guys came up with everything I needed to connect to my existing plumbing.

Update: I found out that we had a new sales person and somehow our quote information was lost. The sales person quickly sent out another quote and was very pleasant to talk to. My husband and I walked in to the showroom to purchase items for our bathroom. It took a while for someone to help us. The lady was nice, but it didn't seem like she was actually listening to us.

She told us she'd give us a quote that day through email. Now 4 days later, still no quote so I call them. I get, "oh she's busy, I'll have her call you back." Still no phone call or quote. Guess our money means nothing.

By far the best staff in the area. The showroom staff and the parts counter staff are not only knowledgeable, but also extremely friendly and helpful. There's prices are more than fair and they stand behind the reliable products they sell. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES HERE, IT WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
