In 1956, Carl turned the ownership of the business over to his son Henry and C.W. Schultz incorporated in 1976. In May of 2006, Henry passed away and his wife B.J. Schultz took over as President of the Company. In 2018, C. W. Schultz & Son celebrated its 97 Year Anniversary. In 2013, George Schirra and Ed Wilson became the new owners of C.W. Schultz & Son, Inc.
