Services
We've been pumping septic systems longer than any other provider in the Snohomish, Skagit, Island, King, and Whatcom counties of Washington state. Let's face it, your septic system is probably not something you think about too often. It's simply something that's supposed to work - out of site and out of mind!
Today's septic systems are more complex, more temperamental, and need more attention in order to function properly. This inspection will allow the seller a chance to bring the system back up to operating standards prior to changing the title. Full Disclosure is of the upmost importance from a realtor's perspective and a septic system inspection reveals much about one of the most expensive components of the home. This inspection will give the new owners a base line in which to judge performance over the life of the septic system.
If you're planning to install a septic tank system then you're going to need an expert team to help. We can help you by making sure you avoid costly mistakes that come from not being aware of local codes, issues with soil types, and improper allocation of materials or installation methods. Septic drain fields, also called leach fields or leach drains are used to remove contaminants and impurities from the liquid that emerges from the septic tank. A septic tank, the septic drain field, and the associated piping compose a complete septic system.
Do you have a septic system and are experiencing slow water drain from your shower, bathtub, sink or other areas? You may need ourseptic pumping services! If you experience slow fixture drains or gurgling noises in your drains, do not ignore them. These are normally the first signs of problems. If you notice that the sink, bathtub or shower is slow to drain, it may be something that can be fixed easily or the start of a serious problem. If you experience slow drainage, your first thought may be to use a drain cleaning product, don't.

Last Aug 17th 2021 I had my septic pumped and inspected and paid a filing Fee of $35 with Ace Acme. Now i'm selling my house and found out they never filed the report with the county. Tried calling them to get it filed and they now claim they didn't file it to do me a "favor" I asked what she was talking about. She said my dogs dug holes in my yard and they recommended me to fill the holes and re- seed it.
She convinced me I needed to pay another $ 425 to have it re inspected and then they would file the report. This company never told me any of this. I have the report and it passed with flying colors. I thought this sounded wrong so I called the health depth and Tri County Septic. Both said cosmetic yard issues did not matter and Ace Acme should have filed the report last Aug regardless if it passed or not it is the law.
I called Ace Acme back and told the owner Kelly I needed the report filed immediately, that I had spoken w Steve Rice at the health district and tri county septic and they had verified it should have been filed and they could get into trouble for not doing so and they were slowing down the selling of my home and i could potentiallylose my other house i was purchasing.
The owner started screaming at me and said "great now you got me in big trouble! I'm canceling your appointment and now I have to reverse that paperwork! Then hung up on me. I am furious. This could potentially hold up the sale of my house and they still won't file the report! I have a copy of my paperwork thank god or else they could.just lie and say it never happened.
Now I have to pay Awesco 479.00 to re inspect it on Monday. So infuriating. NEVER USE ACE ACME. They are fraudulent. Take your money and filing fee and never file w the county. Basically making it look like it's never been serviced before and you can't sell your home until the report is filed w the county! Don't use these scammers!

My first exposure for a septic pump with Beau went very well. My second a year later with Dan who they said would come with a camera to determine if my septic and drainfield were salvageable went great untilDans arms were just a little to short to reach into the pipe to give me the report after videotaping. Cost $325 and I specifically asked exactly what would be done and camera was a selling point in making me hire them He told me he'd have to bring digging equipment so he'd be lower to the opening but that way even though another $630 in addition I'd know for sure if I was looking at a Repsir or a $20k plus new septic system He dug the hole lower - got his arm in the right place and THE CAMERA DIDNT WORK!
He called the office and told them it had worked the day before but not this time so I paid an extra $600 plus to watch his machine dig the hole a little deeper. I contacted the office and got no response to my email. I waited a week and wrote again and they told me the camera was a "courtesy". I said that's not true that was why I paid almost s $1000 instead of the initial $325 and asked for a partial refund or a courtesy pump at a later time.
They refused! Ones reputation and honesty are important and to lie and say camera was s courtesy is phony as THAT WAS THE SOLE REASON FOR HIS REPEAT CALL TO COME BACK AND VIDEO TAPE I don't know what recourse I have but when I get back into town I will be making a small claims suit against them.

As a past customer, I called Saturday to schedule a septic pump. Never got a call back. Same on Sunday. Called AGAIN on Monday to try to schedule. Was told I'd get a call back. Also asked who the Co. owner was now as I had been sent a bill for a no charge service some time ago. The woman REFUSED to tell me the name of the owner!. NEVER got a call back to schedule my septic pump so called AGAIN after 4pm. woman who answered was VERY hostile about the bill I had mentioned to previous phone rep ( I have ALL the paperwork to verify my previous charge).
Also she NEVER even addressed my request for an appt. to pump! She then HUNG UP on me! Sadly, after over 20 years with Ace Acme, I will NEVER do business with them again. Obviously the people I used to deal with are no longer with/ or own the company. I called A Wesco and they came out 4 hours later, did a very professional and courteous job and charged LESS than the quote from Ace Acme. To the owners of Ace Acme, SHAME ON YOU! This used to be a great company. Seeing the numerous bad reviews tells me you quit caring a long time ago!

We've wasted many years and money with these people. I'm embarrassed to say we fell for the maintenance program. It just kept getting worse because they got lazy when it came to us because now they know we were gullible. We now have a new company here letting us know the pump that AA put in was not right for our system. It's sad that we didn't connect the dots when the house actually came with a septic company.
And it's sad that our neighbors need to know how to turn our septic alarm off just in case we're not home. And my husband gets nervous me having my lady friends come over.

They came to pump my septic system and that first interaction was good and the tech was explaining the system and it's functions. He expressed some concern with the draining aspect of our system and requested a tech to come try to scope our system to make sure all was good and would be a complimentary service. The second tech came out to do the scope and began to dig down to the drainfield pipe but was unable to to due to some roots.
He gave up and said we should be receiving a call or email to follow up on his discoveries and our next plan of action. We heard nothing from anyone and started digging to expose the area they needed to do said scope. Once WE reached out to them to schedule a tech again we were told that a service fee of $297.00 would have to be charged for someone to come and scope the system despite being told it would be complimentary.
We still agreed to a fee and had an appointment between 2 and 4 and on that day we did not hear one word from them. After it hit past 4:30 we called into dispatch to get an ETA and was told if would be an additional hour or more before he could leave the job. Being understanding that stuff happens we rescheduled, we set another time slot for the following week between 2 and 4 again. 3:30 rolls around and just in case I again reached out to them for an ETA but they were unable to get ahold of the tech and would call me back.
By 3:50 the dispatch called me back and informed me that it would still be an additional hour before the job site was left again. Again I had to reach out to them as they are apparently unable to notify people when they are running hours behind.

I hired them less then a year ago to do routine septic pumping. Now that the weather is starting to turn and I'm spending more time outside I have been noticing a lot of drain flies on the side of my house, very unusual. Examining our septic I noticed 2 of our riser cap lids were not installed correctly. The technician stripped out 2 of the 4 screws on each cap needed to fully install them.
Instead of replacing them they just left it. So basically there was never a good seal which can allow for things to escape in and out. When I called them to have someone come out they were going to charge me another 295 to just have someone come out here.

The previous owner of our house had Ace-Acme pump and inspect the septic system prior to closing on the home. I contacted them to do the same service recently and the experience was great! I received a response minutes after submitting a form on their website, had all my questions answered and received a very competitive quote to pump and inspect our septic system. Nick was awesome, knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the system worked and what he had found during the inspection. I highly recommend this company for your septic service, inspection and repair needs!

I am a 70 year old lady, and I was very disappointed with Acme Septic, they did quote me their price for coming out to inspect the problem. But for $300 the problem should have been fixed then and there! $300 to diagnose a problem - I feel I was ripped off!. A couple days later a different septic company fixed the problem for $300. Really bad busy practice!

Very happy with the service from Ace-Acme. Prompt service, with professionalism, and knowledgeable. I will recommend them to friends and family. I give a shout out to Dan, he was prompt and even called prior to confirm his arrival. He came out same morning we called. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! THANKS DAN Service: Sewer repair

I would give this company zero stars. We had an appointment scheduled to have Ace Acme come to our home to pump our septic. The appointment was confirmed the day before. When nobody showed up my wife called and talked with a female, who turned out to be the owner, to inquire about the status of the appointment. The female proceeded to start screaming at my wife on the phone and stated an employee quit and destroyed there records and that there was nothing she could do about it and they we not coming.
She then hung up on my wife. I called and asked to speak with the manager or owner. (this is how I learned she was the owner) I asked about our appointment. She said they were not coming and if we didn't like it we can call another company. Problem solved! I would definitely advise all to stay clear of this company customer service is non existent and that is from the owner. Absolutely atrocious!

I should have checked the rating on Yelp before I called! After a very nice chat with their scheduler, Eve, she was to call me back to schedule an estimate for a cap on our septic and a check/service. Eve, although not very well trained or informed, called me right back after getting a hold of dispatch. Eve had me scheduled out two weeks (not a problem) for a pump (only) $400+.
I mentioned again that I wanted to get an estimate for the cost to install a cap and that I felt if they could install the cap the same day that would be reasonable - but if not it was putting the cart before the horse. She placed me on hold and checked with dispatch. When Eve returned she was quoting me $300+ to come and do a service call! For what?
I clarified that I wanted an estimate for the cap and $300+ for an estimate was ridiculous. Eve checked with dispatch again $ returned stating that is what they charge for the estimate. I passed. What a joke. No wonder they are at 2.5 stars and they place coupons for $40 off. $40 off ridiculous is still ridiculous. Hope someone that owns this business realizes the problem with this business model - wish you guys the best - but doubt you'll do very well if you don't make some changes.

The worse customer service i have ever seen in the industry. I wanted these guys to come and re inspect and do the needful and i told them that the area has been dug up already. And the very unfriendly lady manager said they don't do laborers job. When did i say u do a laborer job. I needed them to come and inspect and do whatever is needed to fix the septic. That's it. And the manager was absolutely not I would even speak with ever. I had given them business before but now blacklisting them on my contacts.

My clients had Ace take care of their septic service when they sold their home. Several weeks after the new homeowners moved in, there were some problems. They did not call Ace but were really feeling treated unfairly. Ace heard from the sellers, went out to the property and took care of the new homeowners at no charge. Their generous assistance made the sellers feel good about the Ace business practices and has a real estate broker who will always be confident to refer Ace as a professional, trustworthy company for all my clients. Thanks Ace for your excellent community spirit and knowledgeable service.

Hi all. These guys are great! I've used Ace-Acme a number of times and will hire them again. We have two 1000 gallon tanks and a sloping, difficult access driveway and they master both. Not only is the volume high but the distance from the truck to the tanks is 80 additional feet down hill.that's a fair number of connections. and the BIG truck handles it with ease. Hats off to the two workers who tackled my job with smiles and determination to get the job done! I was recommended an additional service for high pressure lateral pipe cleaning on my mound system which will approve as soon as I receive their quote. Tom

I was handling this task for a friend of mine. I was not impressed with the office girl Lisa. She was very short with me and not very friendly. Might invest with some customer service classes for your office workers! Nick, the gentleman who came out to perform the work was incredibly nice and courteous. Nick went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and I was satisfied. Such a nice man. 1 star for office help 5 stars for Nick!

I would avoid this company at all costs. I was hoping to support a local company from a small town, however they tried to rip me off. I called Ace-Acme for a septic pump and report to sell my home. Their prices were cheaper then the other guys. They came out that week for it all and sent me an estimate for a repair to my UV light that was $995 plus tax.
However my alarm to my light was not going off, and when you opened the cap the light was clearly shining bright. In the meantime I had my boyfriend investigate the problem and he saw no issues himself. The company threatened to send the county a report that I failed and wouldn't give me a receipt for the pump that I had already paid for. I then had to reach out to another company who came same day and was able to complete the report and told me they saw no issues with my UV light that it was running just great. Shame on you Ace-Acme Septic for trying to take advantage of a small community.

These guys are awesome! We have had so many septic issues since buying our home. In the midst of them fixing everything they had to come out several times and pump 3 times. They didn't charge for the labor, service call, or pumping after the first one. They're always friendly and taught us a lot (Dan is the man!) So we can avoid future problems. Customer service and pricing is #1 here.

As a new homeowner and never been on septic before when my toilet started backing up and there was sewage in my bathtub I was panicked! I just googled septic companies near me and called the first one. They answered quickly and answered all my questions and help me get set up for Pumping! FOR THE SAME DAY! I had a pumper out within two hours and I ended up needing a mainline cleaning and a separate technician had to come do that and he also came out SAME DAY! Both of the guys were friendly and taught me a lot about my system and the do and don't of septic. Thank you so much to all of you and your hard work.

Don't schedule appointments with them! Cancelled the DAY-OF. Had absolutely no regard for the customer and how I needed to take off work, schedule this with my tenants schedule, and have vehicles moved for their septic pumping vehicle. Now I'm calling every place in town to try and find someone who can do the job they previously scheduled to do. Ace: FIGURE YOUR SHIT OUT! You seriously need to learn the basics of running a business and keeping customers happy by just doing the job you said you would do. This is just the basics!

This company pumped our tank for many years. When the tech, was trying to open the lid, which wasn't on correctly, the tech had said "I hate it when I have to clean up after the past guy" - The handle was also broken. Long story short - the guy couldn't lift the 110 pd lid. Ace scheduled to come the next day, which we thought was to clean it. Apparently, he knocked, we didn't hear it!
He just came to look at it and went back to his office to bid a price. In the meanwhile, I called Cuz Septic, a very helpful guy there by the name Greg, told me if my husband was handy that he could left the lid with just an old rope. My husband lifted the lid by himself, not any bigger than the Ace man, just alot older. My husband made a lid and we are now waiting for Cuz Septic to come and pump it. Done with Ace Acme. They probably just wanted to stick us with a big price.

Don't expect to get good service from this company. When their truck broke down before our appointment, we were not next in line, rather we had to wait until later in the evening or tomorrow because they had a "big job" that was a priority over ours. But here's the kicker for us, we canceled a big job to wait for Ace Acme! Ace Acme fails at customer service and needs a lesson in plain decency.

I really don't understand the poor reviews of these guys have received. I've done business with them for 20 or more years they been very professional and gone above and beyond the call of duty and I will continue to do business with them as long as I live in this home. Dealing with the septic system can be expensive, frustrating and traumatic. But that's the nature of the beast.

I wish I had read all the reviews before I hired these people to pump my tank. I would not have hired them. Live and learn. They said my system didn't work, that the pump was flooded. I called All Ways Excavating and they came out looked at the pump found out that the electricity had been disconnected to the pump. plugged it in.works fine.

My 105 year old Mother called them to have her septic pumped. She lives alone and got the "senior descount" they charged her $1,200. and thanks to a daughter who has never.never worked Mother is basically living on very little. I called the woman in charge and told her that I thought that was way out of line. Mentioned that I am a Realtor with Re/Max, my husband is with Re/Max and my daughter is with Windermere and "she said I was threating her.really with what.then she said the pumper fellow "did not know." "Know what?" She hung up! Never would I ever do business with this outfit.now how Mother decided on this group I do not know but she likes to think she can take care of her affairs.this is sad!

No one likes to deal with septic issues. But this Team is outstanding in the business! They are on time, present the options and talk you through it. They are very client centric and do anything and everything to make sure you are completely satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company and a person shout out to LISA. For going above and beyond. Super great team to work with!

Made an appointment with Ace to have our septic tank pumped. First the driver calls and tells me he is going to be late. Then when he gets to my house all he does is complain about how he has to do a back flush, and that he has to go and get another truck. The driver then proceeded to tell me about the extra fees he has to charge me on top of the 435.00. Told him to leave. He pulled up his hose and rinsed it on my drive way. This is not a good company

So these guys came to pump my septic. When inspecting pump, they said I must have a block in my lines. Gave us a estimate of $ 1400.00 to repair. I was very suspicious as my system is only 5 years old. When describing situation with a local.he said it must've Ace Acme! They're known for taking people to the cleaner. It cost me $40.00 for valve replacement on pump. Be careful folks.
