I called Specialty about fluctuating water pressure, and they had someone on my property within an hour. and I kind of live in the boonies! The person I spoke to on the phone (I believe it was Kailey) was also personable and professional. This is the second time Cameron has come out to the house to do some pump repairs. It's rare that someone coming to offer support services brightens your day, and Cameron is one of those rare people.
He's professional and efficient, and a great communicator to boot! It's also rare that I actually take the time to write online reviews; Specialty's service this week merited a positive review.

Just had another great experience with Mitch from Speciality! After reviewing our concerns & answering our questions, I feel we received fair & educated information. Mitch presented several options to us which allowed us to make the best decision for us & our family. We were also able to come up with a gameplay for the future based on future needs & equipment longevity. Look forward to working with them in the near future!

James was the on call tech on a Saturday when we needed help. Quick, extremely nice and made sure to get the job done correctly the first time. Through the years Specialty Pump has been the place we trust for anything related to our well. I didn't realize however that they do hvac as well so that is really good to know! Our well-pump stopped sending water to the house. We called for help. Cameron showed up the same day, came up with a plan like he did this everyday. Now we have a new pump in our 196 foot well and most important we have water. I made it sound easy only because they made it look easy. Truth is the access to the well did not have a clear path- it was super tricky to get the truck close enough for them to do the job.
So in addition to the great completion they navigated the tricky path like experts and ZERO damage. Thanks to Cameron, John, Daniel, Andon and somebody named Goat! You are a true Team. We are happy. Pam and Don

I called Specialty Pump & Well when the pump on my rainwater harvesting system failed. They were able to get someone out same day and diagnose the issues on a relatively unique system. Cameron and team were great to work with and get the pump replaced and installed within the week. I would highly recommend them for any pump related issues.
