The wreckless driving of the individual that tailgated me all the way from Monroe to almost Duvall will cost this company a lawsuit in the future. This guy is a very aggressive driver. I sent a video corroborating this to their email (with a concern that the file may not upload). The only response I got hours later was, I am sorry, it never did download.
And that was it! No, could you try to resend, nothing. I then sent it from my phone to my email and voila, it worked. So their cavalier attitude about how they handle customer concerns with aggressive driving is not taken seriously at all. The van that tailed me was #42.
