We have had a great experience with Belred so far. Their electrical team (Thomas Kim & Dylan Jonas) is excellent. They addressed all our concerns professionally and gave good advice where required. We will surly recommend them for projects around the house.

Mark, Gyramil and Tanner installed a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump that included significant duct re-work. They worked efficiently, and provided a good quality product. I appreciated their attention to detail. They were willing to explain the new equipment to me and answered all my questions pleasantly. I would be happy to have them work for me in the future.

Alan was our HVAC tech today. He came to check on our gas furnace which had stopped working. Alan was very courteous and professional. He called before coming as I had requested. Our home had an odd setup from 14 years ago that needed correcting. Matias and Jared cleaned up the wiring (including a new circuit) and replaced all of our circuit breakers ("panel refresh") in a few hours. Our furnace was 30 years old & ceased functioning one cold night. The next day Evan from BelRed visited w/ fine options to replace what we had. He was succinct & knowledgable in-person & helped us feel confident in our selection. Within 24-hours the new furnace was installed by a pair of excellent technicians who took away the old & instructed us re how to use & care for the new model. Jordan & Morgan were a thoroughly professional team who completed the installation in less than 4 hours, including cleanup. Honest service by Daniel Tinkler to complete the portion of work related to the furnace in the new $20,000 system we purchased. Very smart and well informed. Tech savvy. Keep hiring and promoting good technicians like him! Unfortunately the job was going to be a day but the compressor/heat pump still is not ready to be switched on after three days.

I'm out two extra days wages. This is not Daniel's fault and he explained the mistakes made in scoping the work (before the work was started) really well. I hope the work will be completed and we will not be left with an incomplete system!

Hector was very experienced and thorough in servicing our 2 furnaces. He also made time with installing a new thermostat as it was a last minute request. At the end of the appointment he took the time to address what he did and what issues needed to be done. Marshall and Chase came out to give us an estimate on installing a wall charger. They were very thorough and was extremely empathetic when sharing the news that the installation would unfortunately require the upgrade of the fuse box. Marshall carefully walked me through the steps and even attempted to give me the worst case scenario cost to our project. Really appreciate him for taking every step to make sure I knew what cost could be coming.

Chad was as genuine and kind of a "salesman" that you could ask for, and Rodrigo, Russ, and the whole team were professional and communicative. The a/c unit was brand new, but didn't work properly. After having it installed. Kyle was able to pen point what the problem was and order the right parts. Jeremy Perro from Fox Plumbing, working through BelRed Energy, installed a water pressure regulator and new ball shut off for a home we own in Issaquah, WA. We live in Vancouver, WA and my only interaction with Jeremy was over the phone and by text. I have a very positive feeling with Jeremy in the way he communicated with me, explained what was needed regarding the repair/replacement, and that he takes pride in his workmanship. Jeremy did a first rate job and was very conscientious and professional in keeping me informed of what was needed and his opinion as how to proceed.

The water pressure regulator was something Jeremy said was needed to reduce the city water pressure of over 90 psi to a safe level of 60-65 psi. The photos he sent me of the before and after repairs speaks volumes. It is nice to work with a skilled plumber who know his trade, honest, and customer focused.

Today the BelRed crew came to replace my furnace and install a new AC unit. Michael and his team composed of Russel, Daniel, and Justin were very efficient, definitely top notch work. They were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with their work. Daniel checked the electrical panel thoroughly (not just the AC switch). Michael made sure that the large furnace fit in the old space, and checked and sealed the unit for leaks. Russel went out of his way to route the AC drain away from the walls. Justin was very patient explaining the surge suppressor function on the switch. BelRed will come back next week to complete the wiring and program the thermostat.

Rodrigo (and crew) did a fantastic job with our furnace and AC replacement/install. We had a few tricky variables to deal with (limited space and complicated line set situation). Sean was very professional and efficient; he was also very personable and receptive to questions I had. We were notified by text that Sean was en route to do the inspection, and he arrive not long afterwards. Throughout the inspection, Sean was informative and demonstrated extensive product knowledge regarding our heat pump and furnace, and offered suggestions as to how to maintain the units for longevity and maximum efficiency. Excellent, professional work. After a very complete (and free) assessment of our home's electrical system we contracted with BelRed for this work. Thomas and Dylan contacted us ahead of the scheduled day to confirm their arrival time and coordinated with the PUD to shut off our power. Once on site they removed our 47 year old panel and replaced it with an upgraded, modern panel. Thomas and Dylan also installed an EV charger and a second ground rod, so everything is up to code and ready for our conversion to an electric heat pump.

The site was clean and working perfectly by mid afternoon. I'd recommend this team to anyone. They have the expected electrical skills, but also the work ethic and customer relations skills that are the reason we so appreciate a solid company like BelRed.
