The absolute worst company I have ever had to call. 3hr response to his first call out wants $685 to snake a drain pipe. Refused to attempt the repair after wanting the trip charge first. Tech Gary stated the house was plumbed wrong 45 years ago and would need to be replaced he was not even going to try to use a tool. What happen to simple business practices. Just want to steal your trip charge money. No tools = no money!

I verbally contracted Jordan & Sons to take up toilet and replace wax ring and to replace two bad wall receptacles. After paying $75 for a trip charge to quote the price for completing the work, they then quoted to me $375 to take up the toilet and over $300 to replace the two electrical receptacles for a total of almost $700. Believing those prices were a total rip off, I refused to let them do any work. Replacing the two recepticales from Lowes cost approx. $7.50 and the wax ring was less that $5.00. How can anyone morally charge that kind of labor. I do not recommend this business.

AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY ARE OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY AND DO REALLY SHODDY WORK SO THAT THEY HAVE TO KEEP COMING BACK OUT (AND THEY STILL MIGHT NOT EVEN SHOW UP THEN). THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOOSE ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY BECAUSE TO SAY THIS COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!

Great company to deal with !! The people that they sent out were unlike any other plumber We have ever seen. Clean and polite, and on time. The people in the office kept us informed the entire time and even called the next day after the service to make sure we were pleased with everything. The protective shoe covers they put on there shoes has made my wife decide to buy a box from them and she said from know on every person coming to do any work in our home will have to wear them.
