We called James to get an estimate to run electric to our new pool, gazebo & add spotlights to the house. He provided fantastic customer service! The estimate was very fair. Electricians Tim & Sy worked very hard & efficiently. They were very respectful of our property, cleaned up their materials every day they were here. They were very professional, personable, & knowledgeable. There is no doubt that we would call Mancill again for any electric needs in the future.

I had an urgent electrician need this past Saturday, called Mancill and I believe I spoke to Scott. I explained my situation to him. He told me that he could come and told me what the charge would be per hour. Scott and Bobby showed up approximately one hour later, had the problem diagnosed and fixed in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this company.

They came, they saw and they conquered! Without them, we would have been without lights for who knows how long. Other electricians wanted 4x what Mancill charged.

I had ARS come out with their $20 special to check my AC unit as it wasn't running right. The guy was here for 5 min, ran a "test" and told me I had a huge leak & recommended that I have one of their sales guys come out to give an estimate to replace the whole unit, I declined. Mancill came out an hour later, after doing a through check of everything it was found that I just needed to replace my thermostat. I highly recommend Mancill for their honesty & professionalism.

I am super happy with the service we received from this company! We had an issue with a clogged pipe, and we'd called a different plumbing company before finding this one. The first plumber that came out refused to try and unclog the pipes and blamed the issue on our washing machine. He said unclogging older pipes, like the ones in our house, can be very difficult and would "be a lot of work for him".

At this point we're frustrated and confused. Thank goodness we found Mancill. I did not get the man's name, but he was very friendly, professional, punctual, he even made a point to clean up after himself! Most importantly, he was able to fix our problem! No complaining about how much work it would entail, he came in and got to work, and now we have no more worries! Thank you so much! And, another bonus, we received our bill and it was much lower than I was anticipating. Great service all around!

Service technician and his helper arrived quickly and were professional. I just received my bill for their services. I was billed $369.82 to replace 3 breakers. I reached out to the company to dispute the charges and I am not satisfied with their response. I was billed $90.00/hour X two hours for this job. I was billed $189.82 for the three breakers.

Any homeowner could purchase these parts from a big box store for around $90. I feel the markup on the parts is excessive. The technicians spent approximately 15-20 minutes diagnosing the issue and approximately 15-20 minutes replacing the three breakers. They did leave after diagnosing the issue to run to their supplier and pick up the breakers as they didn't have any in their van. This is in my opinion one of the easiest jobs an electrician could face besides plugging something into an outlet. I would not recommend this company based on their pricing.

I have never seen such a shady ran company in my life. They put money before safety any time they can. Senior Management flat out ignores employee concerns. They rip off customers by doubling the cost of materials. Pay raises are nonexistent. Employees are treated like just another number. Damn shame senior Management is willing to run the company into the ground because they are blinded by pure vainity.

Terrible service in the Plumbing department! We had a sewer leak, they came out numerous times and told us they fixed the problem but it never went away and come to find out they never fixed it but billed us $1,400 and then they sent someone back out that said they fixed the problem and then later that night the smell came back and we had to call them out and they charged us another $1,400 when they claimed they fixed the problem the first time!

These guys have no clue what they're doing or they make you think they fixed the job and never do! Now the worst part is Kevin the manager told us not to worry about the other bill since they didn't do the job right the first time and now they want to take us to court! Total ripoff! The electric department is amazing but don't bother with the plumbing department these guys definitely need to go back to school!
