Not too sure what has changed in the company within the past couple of years, but SOS used to be our plumbers of choice. We called 2 days ago in which they scheduled service on our main line for today 1/26/22 between the hours of 3pm-5pm. We called them at roughly 3:30pm to see if we can an ETA for our plumbing technician. Their response was they should be there between 3-5pm.

At 5:15pm I called and was lead to their voicemail in which I had left a message regarding this situation. It is now 5:56pm and no technician, or no courtesy call regarding them not coming anymore. This wasn't the first time an issue like this occurred. Should've learned the first time. These Yelp reviews about responsiveness and professionalism seem to be misleading.

We are a management company and SOS Plumbing asked to be added to our vendor list in 2020. In 2021, a check meant for another business called SOS was sent to them in error. They never contacted us, just cashed it and kept the money. When we contacted them about this, they did not respond to our letters, emails and calls to return the money. We will have to sue for our money back.

SOS plumbing has been the best plumbing contractor i have ever had the opportunity to work with on many projects over the course of 10+ years. From big jobs to small quick fixes, they are a reliable, trustworthy and my go to plumber when it comes to plumbing needs

Called out many companies over the weekend and SOS was the only responsive company I found and couldn't be happier. They were very Prompt, officiant, professional and very reasonably priced.

We had our entire home re piped by them in september 2019 and we are now experiencing a major leak in our shower, I never thought we would be going through this again so soon, very disappointed!

I've been using them for years for various projects. Their prices are fair and their service is second to none. I can't recommend them enough for anyone looking to solve home/office/industrial plumbing issues.

SOS has been servicing our factory for several years now and we are very pleased with their service. They also service my residence. Had them repair my main drain line and replace the kitchen sink valves. Had them install a new faucet also. Prompt and very professional. Courteous and very clean. Would highly recommend them. Great Service! Honest and reliable. I was referred by a friend and gave them a call Last week for a leak under the kitchen sink. He came and fixed the leak within few hours. Very reliable and professional.

Hands down the best, most knowledgeable and reasonable plumber I have ever encountered. Sam came out to fix a leak in my kitchen and knew immediately what the cause was and fixed it. It was a pleasure having a plumber explain everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on. So glad I found them and will use them only going forward and recommend them to everyone

I called these losers to fix a water leak in my house and the guy came and put what looked like some kind stethoscope thing on the floor in my kitchen and said my house needed re-piping so they did it once the water was turned back on the house flooded again. Turns out it was the main line clog up due to tree roots. These guys are the biggest crooks I've seen. RUN FROM THEM RUN FAST they only want the money you pay.

They say they give a warranty but when you request to have a detailed warranty on paper they never provide one to you and when I called they never mailed me one either.

I called to have an estimate for a tankless water heater and this guy by the name of Sam came out and gave me a price. I asked if he could write up a proposal and email it to me. He said yes. I have not heard from him since that day. I called their office four times on different days asking for the estimate and was told their computers were not working.

After the fourth call I was told that an estimate would be emailed the next day. Today is the next day and I still have no estimate. I don't know if the guy is too busy to do the work or just did not want to write up a proposal. I guess I will never find out I am going to hire someone else. I was recommended to this company and told that their work is excellent and their prices are reasonable. I guess I will just call someone else.

I called SOS this morning for a clogged kitchen sink. They sent out David Robinson he arrived inside of one hour and was very professional and pleasant. He had our sink working again in no time and charge us for a minimum of $65.00 on holiday this was more than fair. I will use them for all my plumbing needs and refer them to all my friends and family.

Why call Angie's List and pay a $45.00 for REFERRAL FEE when you can call SOS plumbing located in Azusa, CA and keep the $45.00 in your pocket. SOS plumber's were polite, clean, fast honest workers and they gave me a remarkable price of only $85.00. I used SOS March 29th and I'm completely satisfied - and I will call SOS again should I need future repair work.

Hi! My friend had referred me to Sos plumbing when all the water in my house (including shower water!) was VERY cold! Anyways, I took his word for it and made a phone call to speak with them about having a plumber come out to my location. The lady was super kind over the phone and got my information right away. I asked her when they will come out to me and she quickly responded saying in about an hour which was great!

If I had to wait more than an hour, it would've been too long (considering my water has been cold for 3 days now). Anyways, the plumber came and fixed my problem in no time! He had all of his tools and equipment which was great too! Other companies have to go out to a local supply store and purchase the tools and return which extends the finishing time even longer!

So I recommend Sos plumbing because they get the job done right away with kind staff who really are there to help your every need. Also, Sos plumbing has been around for such a long time that I consider them to be professionals in this field! No regrets!

Stay away from this place. They advertise "free estimates" but in reality, it isn't free. So when I made the appointment, they told me they do free estimates. Then when the technician shows up, he says the call was $85.00. I had a shower leak from the upstairs shower in the ceiling. So he told me that to find out what was causing the leak, I would have to pay the 85 dollars. Agreed to that and then after taking the faceplate off and looking behind that, he didn't see a leak and put back all the parts.

I realized he was wrapping up because he put caulk where he removed the plate. Then he proceeded to gather his things and says well, "there isn't a leak anywhere.and it's probably a part in the wall." Then he said it was going to be an extra $150.00. So what did he do for $85.00?!? Spent 15 mins removing the faceplate and caulking? Seriously? I'm not push over.

So then I called the office and the lady said that they initially try to do the least damage to the house. So I told them what's the point in any type of inspection if he couldn't find the source of the problem? Don't waste your time and money.

BEWARE.This company is the WORST. They give you a warranty, then they don't honor it! First off they CHARGE DOUBLE PRICE and give you a three year warranty. Second, 10 months after "fixing" the problem, I called them to come out because I was having the same issue. The plumber didn't even take a look at the problem, the guy starts yelling and threatening me. What's the use of having a warranty if they don't want to honor it? Instead they intimidate you with threats. I didn't realize that was part of the warranty.

My house needed new cooper pipes to be installed throughout the house. I was given an estimate by a technician who went throughout the house to get an idea of what needed to be done. Then I chose him to do the job because I felt comfortable that( He) would do a good job. The day the job was to commence, the different technicians showed up and didn't have a clue about where the new pipping needed to be done since they had never been to my house.

After speaking with them, they evaluated the house and determined only 2 of the 3 bathrooms needed to be fitted with new copper pipes, even though in the estimate, I was being charged with 3 bathrooms. After the work was completed, there was a mix up with the payment because I sent the check to the address provided my one of the technicians business cards.

Their office was not very cordial in understanding that their incorrect business card information was the reason for the mix up. After that mess was straightened out, I voiced my concerns about the inaccurate estimate that I was charged for and thought I overpaid because I was charged for an extra bathroom. The front desk lady said she would get back to me but has never followed up since. I'm sure they are happy to have been paid for work that was never done.
