Same day service for a disposal replacement. Technician Curtis was personable, professional and did a great job and clean up. Will definitely call Rudy's Plumbing again for service.

I was referred to Rudy's by the team up at Aquor so that I could have a few hose bibs installed. They did an excellent job on the bibs, the hybrid water heater and a new water line for the fridge. Thanks Curtis!

I had a toilet/stoppage issue and they came out and fixed. Great straight forward service of which I appreciate. Would use them again in the future and I try to support local businesses first where possible.

I have used Rudy's for years. Not only as a subcontractor but also on my own home. For everything from rough in to finish. They get the job done right the first time, prices are very fair and their people are friendly. Can't say enough good stuff about them. The only negative is they can be a little hard to nail down but they are worth it. So if they don't return your call the first time give them a couple chances, it's worth your time.

Rudy's Plumbing has been 100% dependable. I am very happy to have found them in Monrovia a few years ago. Appointments are kept. Communication is excellent. Bills are never shocking. The work they do gets the problems fixed the first time. I just wish they also did electrical and everything else I need from time to time.

We had a leaky sink which needed to be fixed. We received an estimate from another plumber to fix the issue. They quoted us a price of $1050. We called Rudy's Plumbing to get a second quote. They fixed the issue in 20 minutes and charged us a $175 fee. He even showed us how to fix the issue in the future, should we experience a leak in a different sink. Our technician was Victor. Very nice and efficient. Highly recommended.

If I could give this plumbing company a 0 I would! They don't know what they're doing and will leave you hanging for weeks! They've come several times to my mom's place tried to fix something blamed my mom and put parts that were broken but refused to come out and fix it until. Yeah it's still NOT fixed! Why not? The diagnosis was WRONG so now there more than one thing wrong. Save your time and money! This company SUCKS!

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

If I could I would give Rudy's Plumbing 10 stars. Rudy's plumbers go out of the way to make the tenants happy. I have had nothing but compliments from tenants regarding their plumber's work, promptness and their ability to communicate the plumbing issues with the tenants. Rico sent Victor out tonight after hours. He was prompt, knows the property like the back of his hand and conducted himself professionally as usual.

He also missed tonight's World Series to help me out. Rudy's Plumbing is our only plumber for this property due to their dedication to providing exceptional work at the fairest prices. Recommended without exception!

I have used these guys for years without any problems whatsoever. Rudy is retired, the founder of the company but his son and the other guys are pro's and nice, honest people in my opinion. They never attempted to cheat us at all as far as I could tell. :

This plumbing outfit is great. They've fixed whatever needs to be done at an affordable price, in good time and on time. Victor is polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. I've used another local service whose "technicians" tried to up sell a $100 job into a $1200 one. Victor told me how to get the parts from Delta for free and came back for the install.

The office was in it, no problem, though some time had passed as I'd been outta town. Other repairs have been done with the same easy, reliable results. A number I won't lose!

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

So happy. We had a leak in one of our showers. They asked me to send photos to make sure they brought the right parts (love this). Rico Jr was very nice, efficient and the price was less than what was quoted in advance. What can I say, but im so happy with the service and the opportunity to review.

I trust Rudy's plumbing to do things right, make wise decisions, and price their services fairly. I rent to two sets of tenants in Monrovia and they are authorized to call Rudy's if there's a plumbing emergency and they can't scare me up. I don't have to approve the work in advance if Rudy's is going to do it. In contrast, I've received some shocking bills from other plumbers, like the one whose workers spent hours driving across town to buy a $200 part for a discontinued power-flush toilet which, when working as designed, roared alarmingly every time it was flushed, which anyone who'd used it even once gained a conditioned fear of, exhibiting what behaviorists call "one-trial learning." They billed me almost $900, when a call to me would have turned them towards Home Depot, two miles away, to buy a $129 American Standard and install that instead.

That company also billed $135 to fix a broken PVC irrigation pipe that didn't even require a shovel to reach, and when it leaked again 3 weeks later, because they hadn't done a good job, fixed it.and sent another bill for $135. The worst was the Monrovia plumber who told me, sight unseen, that to fix a bathtub faucet that could not be turned off, he would have to rip up my slab foundation and replumb the entire house, when it turned out the problem was that the former tenant had attempted sabotage by opening all the taps and stealing the set screws that held handles to valves, hoping that the water would be turned back on while the house was still vacant or at least making it necessary to close the shutoff valve on the back of the house to stop the massive waste of water.

She also cut off both ends of [her own] garden hoses and left them in the yard like some demented Mafiosa warning. Herson slashed the tires on the car of my handyman. That hardworking man supports a wife and two children, one with special needs who frequently undergoes surgeries that are gradually correcting deformities in his legs and feet so he might one day get around on his feet instead of a tiny wheelchair.

He got to buy a set of tires, all because the former tenants' son wrongly accused him of stealing the tough guy's potted plants. And I hadn't even evicted her Landlords of Monrovia and Glendale: DM me). In conclusion: Rudy's office staff (one person, I think) is helpful and good-natured, Rudy's work to date has been accomplished swiftly and flawlessly, and at reasonable cost, and therefore Rudy's Plumbing is that stroke of good luck every homeowner dreams of.

I've used Rudy's several times now and each time they have knocked the ball out of the park. They are the best.

Called Rudy's Plumbing to take care of some fixes that I needed around the house per my housing inspection. The visit to provide the estimate was very informative and I felt like I learned a lot about how everything worked and what was necessary / what I could live with, even if ultimately I didn't go with them. In the end, I thought that their estimate was fair and they were very courteous, so I booked them for the work.

A different person came to do the work (Rico), but he was just as patient and willing to explain everything as the first person (Rudy). They arrived within the arrival window and completed the work quickly. We are working through another estimate for work and I'm sure that will go smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Wow these guys are the best. Whatever your plumbing needs, they are the ones to get it done. Honesty, integrity, quick, smooth. I have nothing bad to say about them. We had them do gas meter valve auto shut offs ( 9 of them) required by City of L.A. They pulled permits and had them done in one day. No issues.handled perfectly. At my friend's house, they pulled permits and replaced the main water and main gas lines from the sidewalk to the house. Great work, speedy service and everyone is SUPER nice. I won't recommend anyone else for all your plumbing needs. Go ahead, give Rudy's a try. I'm glad I did.

Great Plumbing service! From first call to service they were very professional. The plumber Rico was scheduled from 3-5 pm and showed up at 3:03! Did all the work I needed and for a fair price. Am very pleased. Definitely would have Rudy's Plumbing come back!

RUDY'S IS THE BEST THAT WE HAVE EVER USED! I was given a price to fix both of my units without a service call fee! That was a first for me. AND because the guy was already fixing one unit, he gave me a little break on the other. Thank you, we have 14 other units, you will be our 1st call. Alec

UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well. Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in.

They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now. There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

After a bad experience last time with a different plumbing company, Pinky Plumbing, looking at you: This was a breath of fresh air. Super professional folks - Ryan and Curtis were amazing, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, scheduled it really quickly and had it replaced. Would not hesitate to ever use them if any plumbing needs came along in the future. Highly recommend.

Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine.

They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had, and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Rico. It was a reasonably simple job which he completed quickly. Very professional attitude. I'll be calling Rudy's again for my next plumbing need. Thanks for arriving early within the 2 hour window

I had a really bad toilet clog. Mike Diamond plumbing couldn't clear and wanted a huge amount to pull my toilet and run a snake. Juan Jr. and Juan Sr. from Rudy's to the rescue! They came out quickly and cleared the clog in about 15 minutes. I will always call them first in the future. The guys were super nice and took care keep my bathroom clean. I highly recommend supporting this local business!

Excellent plumbing service, they are very good about communication and I found their prices very reasonable. They were quick to come and troubleshoot my shower problems and gave me a quote for the work and parts that same day. They send links for the specific parts they are buying too so you see how much everything costs and what is going towards labor as well, so there are no surprises. I highly recommend using their services if you live in the area.

The pilot light in my water heater would not stay lit. I called another local plumber, they came out and immediately said the water heater needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of $2900-3200! Really?! I said thanks, paid the $90 for the service call and called Rudy's. Rico and Juan came out almost immediately and, as rain began to fall, Rico pulled out the burner assembly and said that he might have a replacement burner at the shop.

They left and came back with a replacement unit. As the rain got worse, Rico installed it and said that it should last another year (maybe more) but if it fails, next step is replacement. The hot water started to flow within the hour! How much did that cost? $211! I appreciated that as inclement weather approached, Rico thought of another option, made modifications, installed the burner and saved me a ton of money. When the water heater needs to be replaced, there is only one call I'll make. Rudy's Plumbing! Thanks!
