Manny called ahead of time and showed up in the promised timeslot. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully, the company will come up with a competitive bid and I can hire them to install a new tankless water heater.

Upon arriving our objective was to renovate and remodel the home. During the remodeling process we decided to replace the Hot Water Tank for a Tankless Water Heater. Due to unforeseeable circumstances I neglected to have the Unit maintained and serviced.

Several days ago I began to notice that the unit wasn't providing hot water that we were accustomed to. I conducted a search via the internet and found Western Rooter and based on previous reviews and customer comments I called yesterday afternoon. I spoked with a young lady that was very polite and professional that took down my information, understood my dilemma and scheduled a service call for next day (06/28/2022) between the hours of 9 to 12 noon.

True to her word I received a call from the service provider that he would be arriving at my home in 10 minutes. I met Mr. Ryan Huey who was very professional, highly informative and explained everything in detail as to what he would be doing to ensure that the unit would provide the hot water that we were accustomed to. I asked to be place on a regularly scheduled program to maintain the life of the Tankless Water Heater for years to come. I would like to thank everyone at Western Rooter.

I have a one man plumbing company in the 626 area code in the San Gabriel Valley. Had a drain clogged in my kitchen and was able to book an appointment right away. Technician (Albert) came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it so the problem wouldn't come back in future. He explained exactly what he was going to do and went straight to it! I've used Western Rooter for years and they've been consistently fantastic to work with. The company is very professional and responsive. I gave it 5 stars for that. However, the latest visit for mandatory back flow testing did not alert us of the high pressure on the yard watering (sprinklers and irrigation tubes) line. During the past year we had over 10 pipe bursts that I personally repaired. Recommendation: what is the maximum pressure allowed for watering? When testing back-flow, is it required to test incoming line pressures?

So John reached out to me and came out to double check the work was done right. I was defensive at first because of the previous unpleasant experience. John didn't argue with me but instead he showed me what he can do to make me satisfied with the service. I have no doubt that they are professionals in plumbing although I do wish they could communicate better with me initially then none of these hassles would happen. I appreciate John's efforts and hope they keep on doing good jobs in helping people who need plumbing services.

I called Western Rooter at 1:30pm on a Friday and Carlos and his son had fixed 2 rather large issues for me by 4pm that same day. Fantastic attitude, easy communication and just dead simple. All while being fairly priced (especially considering the ease and the speed of the entire thing). Can't recommend enough.

A big thanks to Richie for giving me a fair assessment of a PEX pipe leak behind my water heater in my garage. He was able to find the leak and give me my options on the repair. We ended up extending my copper piping to ensure longevity and he even gave me a contact for the drywall repair. Thanks Western Rooter and Richie for the great work!

Justin and Diego were able to clear a clogged laundry drain pipe in no time! They called to let me know they were ok the way and arrived right on and resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes. I hired another plumbing company to do a big job running a drain line around my house and when that company messed up I was super frustrated and didn't know what to do. I can't rave about Western enough. I found these guys about 4 years ago, and my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. As a professional property manager I rely heavily on my contractors. What I require from all of my contractors is that they respond quickly, explain the problem to me, explain how to fix it, and do the work that was quoted.

I am a property manager, so I have to use excellent workers, but not priced over the moon. Western Rooter in Arcadia always does a great job for me. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. This last time, I needed them to change out an old reverse osmosis filter system from Costco, and to put in a modern system. Please try them, if you haven't before.

Had faucets of washing machine replaced because they were frozen shut and they were not possible to shut off. Work was done in good time and professionally. They came to give a free quote and since they had the parts in the truck, were able to do the job on the spot. Good service. Price is a little higher than my regular handyman but he wasn't available. Overall good experience.

I have never been so offended by a lack of work ethic than I was this weekend. At 8:30 Sat night the 1st call came in from an apartment that the tub was backing up and toilets wouldn't flush. One by one to a total of what ended up being 7 units went down with zero bathroom plumbing available. Allow me to save you valuable time and a hard learned lesson from this weekend.

The amount of falsely advertised 24/7 service amongst plumbers, in particular, is horrifying. Plumber 1 said they could mosey on over on Monday. #2 said they could show up the next afternoon. #3 accepted the job and ghosted. All praise and glory goes to Western Rooter who professionally called me back in a timely fashion and identified the issue over the phone with what actually resembled joy in her heart.

I then received a call from Arnold who had an indepth conversation with me to get even more information and an idea of what to expect. Arnold and Chuck obliged me by actually showing up very soon after and getting to work being incredibly thorough AND friendly AND happy to help. Not only were they friendly with me but also the residents that had been dealing with this.

John came to our place to give us an estimate and was super friendly and knowledgeable and was super honest about what needed replacing and what was fine as is. We were scheduled an appointment very quickly after. The team that came to our place, Leo And Tony were incredibly friendly and professional. They did a great job getting everything replaced and fixed up real fast. Would love to work more with those two and this business in the future on other projects!

I've been extremely impressed with the quality of products used on installing a bypass valve and angle stops underneath my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Equally impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and the cost was competitive with other plumbing companies. Furthermore, they returned the following day to help my 86 year old mother to turn on one of the bypass valves. I'm extremely particular but would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat. I returned home from a trip and found water all over my downstairs bathroom and adjoining shed. It was late afternoon and I called Western Rooter who agreed to come out first thing the next day, I had a pretty sleepless night. Rene showed up the next day and assessed the situation and started clean up. Tony soon joined him and the two worked all day until after dark and helped me with cleanup and putting things right. They explained to me what they were doing and why along the way. I felt they charged a fair price. I am so grateful for their service and highly recommend Western Rooter.

Albert arrived exactly when Arlene of Western Rooter stated the plumber would arrive. He was friendly, efficient, & very thorough. Albert brought all the necessary tools to complete the project. I'm fairly handy and I decided to do a "simple" stem replacement in our master shower. long story short, nothing the tenant we had living here previously touched is "simple". I ended up putting too much elbow grease into loosening it and bent the inside copper. Fortunately I got it to a point where I could get the water back on but I knew it was time to call Vinny.

Back Story: A friend had previously recommended Western Rooster for a slow leak in our tankless and Vinny did great work, he was friendly, punctual, and I didn't feel like he was sales-y. Anywho, I called the 24/7 number spoke to someone super friendly and requested Vinny. The rep contacted him and scheduled him for the next day! Vinny was early (called first to make sure it would be ok).

Just like the last time, he was friendly, explained everything, reviewed a few other issues we had on the ticket, and it's important to note he's never talked to me like I'm an idiot (being a DIY female it happens sometimes). in fact he even tried to make me feel better about going hulk and bending it by saying "it happens pretty often!" The shower works great and we will continue to use Western Rooter for all our plumbing needs!

On New Year's day, my kitchen sink was plugged up. The company promised to arrive between 12 & 2 pm. Richie Ortiz arrived shortly after 1:30. Richie was pleasant, polite and masked. He quickly determined the issue was between the sink and the outside drain cleanout. He did his rooter thing and the sink was emptied. By 2:05 he was gone. I highly recommend Richie as a technician and Western Rooter.

When I have called in, the office has always been great & got plumbers out right away who have always been friendly and got the problem resolved.

Had a good experience, plumbing services are always expensive, charged me $250 to replace and install my garbage disposal and check my pipes which were clogged. Would recommend again. Loved my plumber he was so nice and informative. Will use again.

Justin was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to clear my clog quickly. He was also very considerate to ensure my toilet was not scratched and used another tool to clear the clog. Lastly he inspected my other toilets and calibrated them and they're all now running very smoothly.

Pablo came out next day and on time to fix our clogged kitchen sink, great service and really nice guy. He was careful not to make a mess and let me know the cost up front. Cost was reasonable/average but it came with a 30 day guarantee which was reassuring. I would call them again.

Be careful. Mitch from Western Rooter charged over $750 for less than 2 hours of work. He had a 2nd man come and help him for the 2nd hour which he gave as a reason for raising the cost. He said that high cost was due to the fact that he does excellent work. I have used Western Rooter several times in the past and I was always pleased with their work. I will never use them again. Be careful.

We repiped the full house about 3 months ago with Western Rooter & Plumbing. It took Vinny and his team 4 days to complete the work. They planned the process so well that we always had at least one bathroom available except for 2 hours on the last day. High quality work, super organized, and easy communication.
