Ray and Matt did an awesome job installing our new heater, adding new ducts and adding A/C to our home. Jermy, Christian and John did a great job removing the corroded copper pipes and adding new pipes. We definitely recommend Peter Levi for all their work on our home. They kept us informed on the schedule of the crew. We are very pleased with their work and attention to detail!

Our downstairs bathroom toilet was not working, I called Peter Levy Plumbing and Kellen made the repairs. Kellen offered me a couple of options, replacement of the toilet was the best choice for me. Our new toilet is more efficient and it's quieter! The installation was smooth and quick. Thanks, Kellen!

Technician arrived on time as scheduled. Assessed my clogged bathroom sink and reported possible problems. He was kind and wore a mask and shoe guards. He fixed the clog, then inspected under the house as part of an estimate and DIDN'T try to push any non-critical repairs, while at the same time made me aware of potential future issues and their cause. I cannot say enough good things about Peter Levi. We had major sewer lateral issues. Logan came out same day and was amazing. Fixed the immediate emergency. Jason came out the next day to do a free estimate/assessment as to the root cause of our repeated issues. He was upfront and thorough and even helped me fight my home warranty provider, who was trying to cover as little as possible. Jason gave me options.

We decided to replace the whole sewer lateral. They gave different payment options. We signed the contract and they got the whole project started (way quicker than other providers said that they could). They handled all permits and kept me in the know the whole way through. And of the ten (or so) employees that worked the project were great (and great with the neighborhood kids). No one wants to spend $22k on a home that they just bought, by Peter Levi made it painless.

I just had Peter Levi's two technicians servicing my furnace and water heater. I found them both knowledgable, courteous and efficient. Had a furnace filter installed to help purify the interior which was done at the of service. With smoke undoubtedly headed our way, I see this becoming a necessity. James Simon, the water heater tech, drained any sediment and said that an aging appliance needed nothing more. Relieved and he replaced to hose bibs that were broken. Fair price and PL will be my neighborhood plumber in the future. Excellent service and good guys. PL hires well

Everything was ok until I asked about a veterans or senior discount. Of course, the bill was paid upfront before work was done. When asked about the senior OR veterans discount right after paying I was basically told I was SOL since I already paid. That's professionalism right there. Plus I'm a previous customer. This turned me away from calling them again in the future. I'm not going to use a company that doesn't appreciate Veterans OR Seniors. Thank you for that Peter Levi.

Clogged kitchen sink: We were told that someone would be here between 8-10am. Received a text that the technician was on his way and he arrived at 8:40am.pleased about that. Kellen went to the sink, examined the trouble and explained what was needed to be done. We agreed on a plan and he went to work. Clog is fixed and we are happy. Kellen is professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I would recommend Peter Levi Plumbing and ask for Kellen! Thank you!

This was a terrible experience through and through. They greeted me with "how can I make you smile", promised to have someone there the next day (I was going out of town and the situation was urgent), and told me they would have the parts needed with them when they arrived. I sent them a photograph so they would know what to bring. The next day (the day before my departure on an extended trip) I get a call saying they won't make it because they're short on people.

I say that's not OK. Finally they found someone they could send. It was a very nice young man who had no idea how to fix my problem. He explained to me that he was new to plumbing and they would have to bring in a more senior person, but don't worry I wouldn't be charged. Of course this was impossible because I was leaving the next day. But there was no other choice.

He also said that he had never received the photograph I sent of the fixtures needed, even though I called to double check twice. He then charged me $49 for nothing and promised I would be contacted and another plumber would show up and do the work. To this day I have never been contacted. A complete waste of money.

Shout out to Corey Cruz who did an exceptional job! I don't normally write reviews, but thought it was well deserved. We had hot water leaking in our garage, and we ended up getting a misdiagnosis from a different company (which led to unnecessarily replacing the water heater). Since the issue was not resolved, I decided to call a different company, and I'm glad I came across Peter Levi Plumbing.

They were able to get someone out to take a look that same day. Corey was thorough in his inspection, and was able to correctly diagnosed the issue, which ended up being a slab leak. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, honest, and I appreciate how he really took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. He did an excellent job repiping the hot water. One thing that stood out was that he seemed very passionate about working in this field, which shows through his work. Highly recommend!
