You'll never know when your home or business may suddenly be in need of a plumber. In Marin County, houses are a variety of ages, pipes and fixtures are made of many different materials, and the varying terrain of the area can cause settling over time. All of these factors affect the health of your plumbing systems.
Both homes and businesses are susceptible to clogged pipes and in need of rooter service to clear them. While rooter service generally refers to any clearing of clogged drains, it gets its name from the clearing of tree roots out of old (typically clay) pipes that had broken and become blocked. We may use manual tools, snakes, or more advanced techniques to fix the clogged pipes.
Commercial drain blockages are most often caused by things like grease, sludge and other other debris. High-pressure water jetting can clear these blockages by breaking up larger chunks of debris, penetrating and emulsifying grease, and flushing out the entire system. Jetting uses high-pressure water, which is environmentally friendly, efficient, and economical.

They came recommended from a friend. We had just run our first load of laundry in our new washing machine and the area flooded -- the outflow drain was clogged. We have a newborn and do a lot washing. These guys sent out someone the next morning. Kevin was fantastic! Super professional, really nice guy, and got the job done in an hour or so! And we are back to washing! Will be calling them again.

If you are searching for an honest, professional, and knowledgeable sewer lateral company.look no further than Marin H2O! Kenny gave me a quote for our sewer lateral that was very fair and even informed me that I could apply for a Ross Valley grant that would save me money. He took care of all of the permits and filled out the grant for me. The first day of the project we learned that we shared a sewer lateral with our neighbor which was not disclosed to us when we bought our home. Kenny was so professional and took the time to explain to our neighbor where the sewer line crossed his property and even measured it out for both of us to see on a map. Kenny and his team were on time every day and were very polite and professional. I will definitely be using Marin H20 for all future projects! A++ service!

Marin H2O is highly responsive. Our job was scheduled immediately. The staff showed up promptly, completed the installation quickly and neatly. We just got the bill and it was a fraction of what another plumbing company wanted to charge us for the same work. Could not be more satisfied--this is our third experience with the company and it's very consistent.

The team replaced our sewer lateral 18 Months ago. Very professional and competent (and hard working) team. Also very responsive via email/calls for follow up questions. Def 5 stars. Thank you Ken and team! Update 5/14/20: 18 months after the sewer work, Ken helped me mark out the sewer and water lines for my retaining wall. Extra effort very much appreciated Ken. I could not be happier with Marin H2O. They showed up when they said they would and really put the time in to repair my broken toilet. It had not been working satisfactorily for years. I had called previously another company who had first done half the job and then were unable to make the time to come back. This was not the case with H2O. They showed up and made this commode work better than it had for the last 23 years that I have rented this space.
They then went to my parents house, repaired a fairly complicated sink issue and fixed another issue that wasn't even on their books that a previous plumber had not installed properly. The technician who did this work, Kevin, seems to be a perfectionist, and it shows in his high quality of work. I don't see myself ever hiring a different company than Marin H2O. Thank you for the great work.

We had a challenging bathroom drain issue that caused a back-up into our sink after running the faucet for a short period. We called Marin H20 and they responded immediately. Kevin was the plumber assigned and he did a fantastic job. Kevin was patient, hard-working and committed to resolving the issue - and it was resolved. We are so thankful to Kevin and Marin H20 and will consult with them should we need plumbing services in the future.
