Hubby bought a (turned out to defective) fan motor from Amazon. He began putting it on Saturday morning Labor Day weekend. When we still didn't have air by 3 p.m., we called Air-Care Southeast, and Carl even tried talking the hubby through everything! How incredible! Who does that? Since the motor was defective, there was nothing that could be done. Rick came out at 7:30 p.m. and put in a new motor for us. Lifesaver! Very reasonable price as well. Highly, highly, recommend. They will be doing all of our A/C work from now on. THANK YOU!

I've waited awhile to make this post bc I was worn out from An overheating AC debacle. My Murphy pup is a tad hefty and it took less than an hour for her to pant so heavily, I thought she might pass out or worse. Special thanks to Carl Highfill and Air Care Southeast for doing their best to find out why fan problems persist with this unit they. installed. Carl called the company and determined the problem.
Since this was a repeat of the problem, he gave this old retired school teacher a good deal. I highly recommend Air Care and Carl! I was introduced to Carl and his company through my vet and hero, Dr. Philip Petersen! Air Care Southeast does more than AC- THE BEST!

I used Air Care Southeast to replace all the plumbing in my house a few years ago and last month I had them replace my a/c and furnace. During both jobs they were very professional and provided fair bids. The workers were courteous, respectful of my home and cleaned up everything. Before I purchased the new a/c they were able to keep the old one working whenever I had issues with it. I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing or a/c needs.

Air Care Southeast replaced my entire AC and Heat unit and I couldn't be happier with their work. They replaced more ducting than was estimated without increasing the cost of the job. Their workers were on time and worked hard to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all of the trash away, which has been an issue with other contractors. I appreciate all the work that was done and an so happy to be sitting in my air conditioned house.

The entire process, from quote to installation to follow-up, was punctual and fairly-priced. Carl arrived exactly when he said he would, worked around my schedule, and the system replacement also took exactly as long as I was quoted. Although I found a company offering a cheaper price, the timeliness and professionalism of Air-Care Southeast outweighed that. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Thanks to Carl and his installation crew for the great price and work done to replace our a/c and heating system last week! We recently purchased a home with an original a/c unit that was killing us on kilowatt usage. New unit has been in for a week and our daily usage has already decreased! We were very pleased with Air Care Southeast. The men who put in our a/c and heater were very professional. They did a great job and cleaned up everything when they were done. They always have good prices and when we have called them, they are able to come and get problems fixed. Great group of people from office to the ones who come out to fix whatever is broke.
