Everyone from Sword Plumbing provides excellent service. They are the most honest, dependable, and professional plumbing company. I have always trusted them with any plumbing issues. They fix the problem the first time and always give me the best recommendations. If I have a plumbing issue I don't even consider contacting any other company, Sword Plumbing is my first phone call. Thank you, Chris, for being so incredible on your recent service call to my townhome!

Christine was great at keeping me updated with my status during the recent freeze/pipe bursting week. Chris and Doug came late at night and stayed until the pipe repair was done. They also fixed a toilet that just so happened to leak into my downstairs. I cannot thank them enough for their great service and advice. I have used them in the past and highly recommend them. They are very honest and do a great job.

Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation. Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us. Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.

In the middle of the day on a Tuesday, they have the answering service taking calls. Answering service tells me they will pass the message and to expect a call within the hour with service availability. No call for an hour and a half so I call back only to be told that they are not in today and that they will not be back in the office until tomorrow. Basically, the first answering service employee lied to me and I sat at home with a running water leak for 90 minutes for nothing. They never returned our call during the freeze earlier this year but I chocked that up to a one time crisis they(and others) were in. I'm disappointed to say the least.

Mr. Sword is disabled unfriendly, inappropriate, comes out and promises something and has no honor nor integrity in keeping his word. When called, emailed and texted he and Christine refuse to get back to you and then when asked what is going on he refuses to take a call or take a job at any price at all. Inappropriate to knowingly strand one in a wheelchair with zero options. Christine will also hang up on you when politely calling. Use him at your own peril. I have all documented and would be happy to share.

Ripping people off. Take advantage of the situation where home owner doesn't know much about the issue. The water heater unit was working perfectly, then we had to shut down the gas line due to some work outside of the house. When the gas line turned back on, we couldn't able to lit on the gas on the water heater. I was away for business, wife called this riff off company and the technician came by and said the ignition fuse box has to be replaced, cost about $300 or so.

After the replacing the part, the guy said the total cost is $952 for the job. What the heck? I could replace the entire unit including the water tank for $1000 or less. We have no choice but to pay for it because the work has already completed. Btw, they charge you $130/hr. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They said they in business since 1974, but that was just a horse shhhitttt.

Sword Plumbing is my go to plumber. They have always been able to get the job done correctly and efficiently. They are always on time too. Very experienced plumbers, I highly recommend.

These guys were great! That were able to come out and figure out the leak the same day. Didn't waste any time getting things fixed up. Very respectful of our space (clean) and time. I would use Sword again for any of my plumbing needs.

This company is the most honest plumbing company I have ever worked with. Everyone else was telling us we needed a full shower pan replacement which would have cost $$$$. Sword Plumbing came over and was honest - ran tests instead of assuming what needed to be done - and verified and proved that we had no shower leak whatsoever. The fix we do need is simple and should not be very expensive. I'm very pleased with the service they delivered!

I've been using Sword Plumbing since 2013 and have been very happy with their services. Their customer service rep (Kelly) is always super helpful and friendly. So when it came time to upgrade all the bathroom and kitchen faucets in my house (and there were a lot), I gave them a call. The job was completed as expected, the faucets look great I was very happy with how everything turned out. The plumbers cleaned up very well after the job.
