These guys are one of the best plumbers if not the best plumbers. I had a clogged up sink. These guys arrived at my door very respectful put on shoe covers moved my things out from under my sink. Unclogged the sink and put everything back nice and neat. The plumbers were in and out in 30 minutes. Great Job! I would use again.

I never thought I would actually want to hug a plumber! I had a toilet in my house that has been barely flushing for over 3 years. I have probably had ten master plumbers look at over that time frame, and none of them could confidently diagnose the problem. They guessed at expensive fixes ranging from replacing the toilet to replacing the sewer line. Miguel with Strutton Plumbing took the time to do some problem solving, and was able to identify a plug in the jet in the toilet bowl.

He cleared it out for me and I now have a functioning toilet for the first time in 3 years! It took him less than an hour. Best money I ever spent! If you have a challenging plumbing issue, I highly recommend Strutton Plumbing!

Strutton plumbing was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will never use another plumbing company as long as I'm in Houston, TX. They were incredible responsive, personable, and provided quality work at a fair price. Everything you would look for in a plumbing company! We've really tried giving this plumbing company a chance to show what type they were based on the reviews but they truly disappointed. They came to assess the problem and then never scheduled us to fix it. They had us waiting for more than a month using their weak promises and using their power as a company to control us to wait and wait. It almost felt like they were playing games and doing it on purpose.

When asked should we find another plumber they were never clear and thus kept us falsely hoping that they would come in to fix our problem. They seem to always find an excuse to not show up whenever we would remind them that we needed to get scheduled. It seemed to me like the discriminated against us. Anyways we found another plumbing company and they did a great job. Be careful with this company.

The guys who came out to help us with our water heater problem quickly diagnosed the issue. They were able to order the right parts and fix the problem timely. Professional service and a fair price.

I cannot say enough good things about Strutton Plumbing. We are blessed that our neighbors referred us to this stand-up company! We had an extremely challenging week in Houston, and we are still in the midst of recovering from the winter storm. I called Strutton Plumbing, and first of all -- they answered the phone! Don was very honest about their backlog, but he put me on the list.

I didn't expect a call back soon, but I did receive a call back within a day or so to schedule them coming out and repairing pipes in our attic. Don was completely open about their rates, and wow -- they are 100% honest. The crew showed up on-time, they did great work, they wore masks, and they were very efficient. I appreciate Strutton for being ethical and honest in the difficult time.

They charged regular weekend rates (work was done on a Saturday), and there was absolutely no attempt to even try to take advantage of the circumstances. Thank you so much. They fixed all the issues with the pipes, they checked the rest of the plumbing, and they left with a smile. I couldn't ask for more. Strutton completed a job for us yesterday. We are very happy with their services. The first appointment was an assessment of what was needed. The next time they came out, they installed 2 new faucets we purchased from the recommendations received on the initial call. The job was well done, professional service, timely manner and VERY clean. I was a little worried it would be a messy situation.

Not at all! They even took the old faucets with them, so we did not have any trash to deal with ourselves. Much appreciation for wearing a mask as suggested by the CDC guidelines.

First of all let me say that I usually use a small family-owned company for my plumbing needs, but yesterday I had an emergency and they weren't available. On a recommendation from a friend I phoned Strutton, and am glad I did. The whole process was smooth and everyone I dealt with was courteous. Not sure the minutiae is important to my review for them, but they were knowledgeable and found the source of our multi-apartment problem; they fixed it; they cleaned up afterwards, and were only ever respectful of and to the tenants. Yes, I will use them again. A big thanks to Guillermo and Omar.

These guys are the real deal. I called them on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so thankful they told me about Strutton. I received a bad quote from my prior plumber, so I brought Strutton in for a second opinion. I ended up having to replace all 3 of my toilets. I purchased the toilets through Strutton, which came with a 1 year warranty. Miguel and his partner arrived on time, and once they removed the original toilets, discovered more serious problems that we were previously unaware of.

They stayed over 6 hours to ensure the work was completed correctly. I cannot recommend their hard work and dedication enough! I will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.
