Very knowledgeable and professional. Very trustworthy. Fast, excellent service. Patiently answered many questions and helped us get the hot water heater that was right for our home and family. Also promptly fixed a separate plumbing issue at our office.

Critical: Professionalism Driver needs to seriously slow his role and stay in his lane. Its Ridiculous i have to leave a review about one of your drivers flicking people off, tailgating people and not using their blinkers and cutting people off almost hitting them. His negativity put a sour taste in your name.

Friend recommended I give Independent Plumbers a call, as had a stubborn clog in upstairs tub and sink. Michelle took my call, was very pleasant and actually very knowledgeable about what my clog issue could be, she scheduled Ramsey to come out SAME DAY! She even gave me a courtesy call stating Ramsey was on his way over! Needless to say, Ramsey fixed the problem.

He too, knew his stuff, was excellent at his craft, worked hard to fix the issue. Then, after over 90 minutes (he looked at and addressed couple other plumbing issues we were having) came the bill. I had no idea what he would charge me, couldn't believe the total, as was WAY below what I thought it might be, feel like I got a very good deal! All I can say is it's nice to know that there are Companies like Independent Plumbers that aren't always looking to stick it to you.

I would highly recommend you trust them for any plumbing issues you might be having, I'm a very satisfied customer, told Ramsey gonna have him back out to replace our worn out water heater next.

Great Customer Service. Plumber was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix was as quick. Great pricing and they've been in business a Looooooongtime. I know why too.

Called this place to have a toilet reinstalled after having my floors done. Made an appointment and they gave me a call and hour before the scheduled appointment time and said they couldn't come out for another three days. The office staff was not very friendly but then again what do you expect from a plumber. I took my business elsewhere. My recommendation look up a larger company that has better customer service because you will not find that at Independent plumbing

Horrible company to deal with. Every time I call, the one plumber they have is never available. I called for an emergency today and they told me that they couldn't come out until Friday at the earliest. It's always excuses with them when I call. I am through dealing with these clowns. I am using Channelside Plumbing and I suggest you do yourselves a favor and use them too. They are ALWAYS available within the hour and are honest as the day is long. I have taken Independent Plumbing off of my vender call list and deleted them from my phone.

I have called them several times over the last couple months to come make repairs to several items in our rentals and they came out the same day, not expecting them to, but they did and took care of our leaking water and sewer issues. One of Tampa's finest family owned and ran business's. Will definitely use them from here on out. Thank you to Independent Plumbing and Scott, keep up the great work.

Scheduling was very easy. Michelle was very efficient and sweet. She called 20 minutes prior to let me know that Doug was on his way. Doug was very friendly. Did a great job installing two wall hung commercial grade toilets. Very clean. One toilet had a terrible clog that we have been battling for a long time. Hoped the new toilet would solve the problem. But didn't. Doug was able to clear the clog in the line. I will definitely use them again. Price was very reasonable.

These guys have no desire to work with your schedule at all. They have the usual M-F 8-3 hours. Their first morning booking is always taken. So you wait and plan not to show up until your job until noon. and even then they will show up 1-3 hours late and not call you. Their dispatcher never calls you to let you know they're going to be late, and seems really annoyed whenever you call.

I had two things done by these jokers. The first time they ordered the wrong parts. The second time I had to call them back because they screwed something up, and again had to wait with all the usual lateness. The third time I called for something they were again going to be at least 2 hours late, as usual waiting for us to call them to tell us, so we just cancelled. Quoted hourly prices are lower than some other guys, but the final prices are still pretty high so I wonder if you save anything. With the bad service, I won't be calling again.
