We first called to find out what it would cost to install our water system in our garage with this company. We were shopping. Installing such a $2500 + system is not an immediate decision. There are many factors and so we wanted to gauge the pricing and their advice in the market before making a final decision on any company. A couple of weeks later we called to set a time and date for the instillation as we believed they were reasonably priced and were familiar with our system.

More importantly, the install would have to now be outside as our water main is located on the opposite side of our garage. The call was about the installation outside, a stable foundation to place it on, and the price of it all. Our call was met with the most rude, unprofessional, and low treatment from the "manager". This woman, this so called individual in a "manager" position chastised me on why we yet have not decided on them and that we already called a couple of weeks ago.

I in turn asked the plumber's number so my husband could contact him directly and discuss all of the details as there was no way I would continue speaking to this repulsive individual. She in the end did not give me the plumber's number who would be serving our home and ended up hanging up the phone on me. I asked my husband to call and settle this issue with the "manager" - the same person answered the phone. The second conversation was also met with unprofessionalism and also hung up.

Israel was really good. That answered right away, showed up on time, figure out the problem in no time, fixed it and affordable. It was our first time using their services and just called them for another job, after replacing carpet. He showed up, and told us what the problem was without charging us.

My mother who has Alzheimer decease toilet was loose from the foundation, leaking water and no functioning correct. I contacted Perez Plumbing, they quickly gave me an approximate phone quote, schedule an appointment and had my mother's toilet in excellent working condition in less than an hours. Izzy is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He spent time with me on the phone to ask questions about my plumbing issue (high water pressure) before even coming out, which was impressive. He was able to come out quickly and quoted a very fair price for the job and completed it quickly (but didn't rush). He explained everything he was doing as he worked so I never felt like I was in the dark or that he was doing anything unnecessary. I originally called Perez plumbing to change out the bidet. Miguel, a Perez team member recognize that my tank overflow was deteriorating quoted me a reasonable price and fix the tank replaced the parts and installed my new bidet all within and hour and hung around a few more minutes to make sure there was no leaking or any other problem that would occur. Miguel was courteous, professional and had a big smile on his face the whole time.

I would recommend Perez plumbing to all. The price was right the workmanship was superior, they came in and took care of what had to be done and more. They also left with a new client I will be having them install another bidet next month

I called Perez Plumbing because I was happy to see so many positive reviews for my specific community on Next Door and here at Google Reviews. We had a flooding problem under our kitchen sink. Having experienced it before, I wasn't sure if it was a 'fixed' problem that had reappeared or something new. I was dreading the call because the unknown cost was weighing on my thoughts.

When I called the office, I was greeted by a very polite young woman who answered each question I asked, even offering me some possible repair costs based on the description of my problem. So I had an idea what it could cost even though I didn't know the diagnosis. When Ray showed up promptly and looked at it, he knew in minutes the culprit was our garbage disposal, and sure enough the price she said on the phone if that turned out to be the cause was the same price he quoted me.

I immediately felt good about the company because that is one of the biggest fears of any homeowner - feeling taken advantage of. I authorized him to make the repair and within less than 90 minutes, he had completed the work neatly and professionally. I will definitely be keeping this company's number on my fridge for any future plumbing repairs and recommend them to others.

Perez Plumbing was recommended by a friend with great past experiences. I spoke with Izzy regarding an estimate to re-pipe our home, he came out promptly, the same day, explained exactly what had to be done, and provided the best quote of three different plumbers. I was hoping to use Izzy to complete the work, however being that it was part of an insurance claim, I was regretfully forced to utilize their preferred plumber.

After the poor experience I had with the "preferred vendor", I wish I fought harder for the work to be completed by Perez. I plan on using them in the future when I have a problem.

After reading all of the outstanding reviews about Perez Plumbing I decided to give them a call regarding a leak in our kitchen. Unfortunately and to my surprise, I didn't have even a semi-NICE experience with them. I called and left a message because of the holiday and expected a call back when the office reopened, which I never received. Instead, I had to call there and the woman that I spoke to wasn't at all interested in helping us.

When I told her that we were looking for a service visit on Thursday.she said, "Thursday?! You mean tomorrow?! Oh no I'm sorry we're totally booked".that's it.not at all willing to help me any further. Thanks for nothing. I would've taken another day had she offered but she didn't. So good for you for those that had a wonderful experience with Perez Plumbing. Luckily I found another company that was super friendly and they'll be here TOMORROW morning to help us.

I was very pleased to receive same day service. I liked dealing directly with Izzy and not having to go through a middle man. Pricing for the job completed was very reasonable. He completed the job promptly, he cleaned up and was very professional!

I called Perez Plumbing today and described my issue to the call taker. I was given a resonable estimte and I window for the serviceman's arrival. I received a call back from the plumber within the hour and he arrived and had my hot water in the guest bath shower fixed in a very short time. He was polite, friendly and I didn't have to ask him to remove his wet work shoes, (respectful). It isn't often that I take time to write about a repair experience, but I was very impressed.

My first experience with Perez Plumbing was wonderful. I had just came home from work and my sink was backed up. I thought I had a broken disposal or something. I was new to the area and called the first plumber I saw. I called Perez Plumbing and the girl was very friendly on the phone. She set up an appointment the same night. After checking my sink, I was expecting some sales pitch or an even higher bill than what I was quoted on the phone. Izzy was honest and told me I only had some suck noodles in my garbage disposal.

He fixed the sink, and didn't over charge me. His quality of work, professionalism, and honesty have kept me a loyal customer for over 10 years. I recommend them to everyone!

Perez Plumbing went out of their way for us. After speaking to the lady at the office about my sewer backing up she easily explained what could possibly be wrong and was quick to send someone to my house within an hour. When Mr. Perez arrived he checked our sewer and put a camera down the line and discovered tree roots had broken into my sewer pipes.

He explained to me what would need to be done to replace the broken sewer and gave me a price to do the job. To make a long story short he made the repair to the sewer, kept my lawn in tact as best as possible and charged me exactly what he said he would. Thanks to Mr. Perez for his honest and professional service. Will definately use again if and when needed. Highly reccomend!
