I had my home water supply re-piped by Llona Plumbing. They gave me one of the best price quotes. They were reliable and got the job done quickly. And I like dealing with a family-owned company with an involved owner.

We received excellent service from our plumber. He was very personable and explained everything very clearly. He completed the work quickly and showed up in the window we were given. This is a great company and we will continue to use them for our plumbing needs.

I can't say enough about how great Llona Plumbing has been. We had a literal s*** show in the new building we bought and were in a living nightmare. These guys were so professional and rolled with the punches (that kept coming). Llona was able to fix all of the existing problems and the problems created by other contractors and got everything done quickly and right. I won't ever call another plumber. If you need something fixed or need new fixtures they're the crew.

Llona Plumbing has done great work for us at our previous home in Seminole Heights (complete house re-pipe, toilet issue fix, faucet fix). When we moved into our more modern home this month, previous owners had done DIY bathroom work that was not up-to-par. Llona Plumbing to the rescue again! Great service, quality work and they don't overcharge. Trustworthy, professional services are what they deliver!

Buyer beware. Both the company and the technician that showed were professional. I do blame myself for miscommunication and not asking prices before work started. My husband called because our toilet tank kept draining. I was not at home at the time he called. I knew where it was leaking but did not realize the entire seal came off. Llona Plumbing was able to accommodate the appointment quickly and fix the seal within a minute.

Buyer beware. When it came time to be billed you could tell the technician was uncomfortable. He informed that there was a flat of $150 for them to show up and $17 for the seal (approx $4 - 5 dollars). He also said that this was explained to my husband at the time my husband made the call. Since I could not dispute that my husband had been informed, and the repair was done, I paid the bill.

I was not happy when I questioned my husband later only to find out that he was never informed of the $150 rate to show up. I would have not had Llona come out at the rate. I do blame myself for not asking about the repair rate. I will not be a repeat customer.

Called Llona on a Sunday morning when an old galvanized metal pipe broke and we had to shut off water to our house. Daniel was out within 2 hours and fixed the pipe in less than half an hour. He was polite and courteous and cleaned up after himself. We are so grateful to Llona for saving our Sunday!

We really could not be more pleased with the work they did at our home (repiped for water and sewer). Everything from the original estimate appointment happened in a timely manner and they were wonderful confirming appointments and letting us know they were on the way. We had a minor hiccup at the end due to dirt in the pipes and they came back out right away and stayed until we were satisfied. The price was fair and the work was done well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Quick, friendly, and professional service. I spoke directly with the owner, who was reassuring and very helpful and scheduled our service immediately. Chip arrived within the estimated time frame (under 2 hours on a Saturday! Awesome!) He cleared out roots that were blocking our pipes under the house, and took time to free a broken drain snake piece that was lodged in the pipe (from a DIY by my husband before we called the pros). Very kind, patient and hard working. Thank you, Chip! We appreciate you! Would definitely recommend! We won't be calling any other plumber but Llona.

Used Llona after reading the great reviews and had a wonderful experience. A big thanks to Rodger for figuring out what was going on with my shower and being honest about the fact it wasn't a leaky shower pan or plumbing issue. I will definitely call Llona next time I need a plumber. Quick and honest service!

From the kind young lady that scheduled my appointment to the experienced and very patient plumber that came to our home to complete the job, I was nothing but impressed! Thank you Llona Plumbing! I have used Llona three times at two different properties and had nothing but a GREAT experience each time --- totally break the contractor sterotype. The first time I had a leaky valve at the day of closing for a property I was selling -- they came out and got it fix just as they said they would. Although they knew I was desperate, they didnt take advantage of the situation.

Most recently, they did the piping for our addition and remodel -- which included replacing all of the cast iron and copper piping on the 'old' side of the house. They did great work cutting up all of the slab and, through some clever expertise, managed to save our main bathroom that was recently remodeled before we purchased the house -- saving us thousands of dollars.

In fact, our GC was so impressed he said he is using LLona as his default going forward. Genuinely. couldn't recommend a better plumber and all of the person I have interfaced with have simply been great!

Fast, professional service on a Sunday afternoon--greatly appreciated! They answered the phone right away and called to confirm a time window and again when the plumber was on the way. Fair prices and speedy, professional service to unclog the main drain line!

Great service and good price. This company was recommended in the South Tampa Dads group. I called another top rated plumber and didn't get what I needed. Llona came out within a week and installed two new toilets that I picked out, got rid of my old ones and cleaned everything up. Everyone was very responsive and professional.

I had a great first experience with this company! Roger was prompt and very friendly. He quickly assessed my leak and told me it was the AC and not a pipe, then proceeded to fix the AC problem by cleaning out a leak! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Quick and great service by Llona plumbing. Called in early in the morning to see if i could get same day service for our leaking kitchen sink, but they told me their schedule for the day usually filled up by the night before, so i was scheduled to be the first one on the next day. no big deal for our situation. The plumber came promptly at 9 am, complete with shoe cover too keep your house clean and diagnosed the problem. turned out i blew my garbage disposal, and needed a new one, pretty easy. an hour later everything is back up and running again. their price is $120/hour + whatever parts you need.

This is an outstanding plumbing company! They are above and beyond in service in plumbing, customer service, and workmanship! We have worked with Llona Plumbing for five years, and they are the best in Tampa!

Can't say enough about this company. I was flying out of the country for a relative's funeral the day the main waterline into my house from the street burst. I was, needless to say, freaking out with the stress of leaving town along with it being a Saturday. I found Llona via a Google search and the rating was pretty good. I called and spoke to the answering service and the owner of the company called me back within 5 minutes.

When I explained the situation to him, he said he'd have someone to my place within 30 minutes and they lived up to that promise. The plumber who came out was able to diagnose where the leak was coming from and had it repaired within 30 minutes. To top it off the price for the fix was much much lower than I thought it would be, despite an afterhours/weekend call. I wouldn't hesitate to use Llona for any future plumbing needs as they are quick to act and perform great work.

I called when they opened at 8am and was able to secure an afternoon appointment, although I had to take the time frame of 3pm - 5pm, which of course meant I had to take off of work. I loved that they called half an hour before arrival, exactly like they told me they would. However, it was a bit aggravating when the guy looks at the leak under my sink, tells me it's the plastic dishwasher hose, yet HAS NO plastic dishwasher hose on his truck to replace it with. "I went through my 15 feet earlier today".

Which is understandable, except for the fact that when I called in the problem initially, I said that it was either my garbage disposal or dishwasher that was leaking! The technician went to his truck and came back with some metal hose which he said would work. Fine. All in all, the technician was there for exactly half an hour. I was charged $114 - because that is their hourly rate, and they charge by the full hour.

The part (hose) was $25. Fortunately, I had a 10% off coupon which helped a little, but it was still painful. They came highly recommended, yet I'm still on the fence about them.

Our water heater sprung a baby leak. Before it became a deluge we knew we needed to replace. We called a dozen places for estimates. All were at the $1200-$1400 range. These guys were just over a grand. They also talked us through the estimate, what was included and even allowed us to choose the replacement brand. We went with Rheem after doing research online and talking to them.

They showed up perfectly on time (with a call in advance letting us know they were on the way). They said it would take about two hours. In two hours they were done. They even added a pan even though we technically didn't need because the unit was in the garage. Delighted with them. I highly recommend.

I've been very happy with their team. They show up when they say they will. They give free quotes. They are reasonable in their pricing. I've used them With all of my real estate clients and no one has had a bad experience. I love Jose and everyone at the office.
