They came to set up the automatic timer on my sprinkler. $85 for that. Right off the bat the work man walked in with an attitude. I get it. Some folks are not morning people. He identified that there was no power to the unit and seemed to almost literally go into a panic to the point that I had to tell him to relax that I would get another cord to find another power source.

He then identified that the unit needed a new transformer. He said that they charged $85 for the transformer for what looked like an old beat up second hand transformer. I told him that I wanted to check the price online quick. He said that he wasn't gonna stand there while I did that with such a nasty tone and attitude. I told him to leave. I understand why he didn't want to stand there because the unit is actually $20.

These folks will rip you off blind. They even prepare you on the phone before they even get to your home letting you know that if they "find other things wrong with your system", they will have to charge you. What a peculiar thing to say. Of course they will have to charge you, you don't expect them to work for free. Stay away.

I have been using County Irrigation since the company was called "Lee Hanson Sprinklers". They did the entire sprinkler system installation at my home and since then I have used them for occasional maintenance and the annual Backflow test. Their team from the dispatcher through their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. I strongly recommend County Irrigation for all of your irrigation needs.

Unfortunately, the work could not be done until next week, through no fault of anyone. They were very quick to make my new appointment and I might add they called ahead of my scheduled appointment and asked if I wanted them to come earlier and I agreed. Very helpful and courteous. The technician told me he was done yet the job was not complete. He did not run all of the zones adequately. did not check the heads for proper adjustment, to make sure there were no air in the lines. Didn't check for leaks and didn't properly the timer. This is recorded. basically the tech just turned on the water line. I now have to call another irrigation company to be sure that the system is working properly.

They arrived and did the work quickly and they were friendly yet professional.

Mike came today and within an hour and a half the job was completed. They were professional and fixed multiple sprinkler heads, added a couple and moved a few. They were prompt and courteous.

Expensive and untrustworthy. Yes you did I had to wait 10 days for service. You also did close to a thousand dollars of repairs and sprinkler head changes after I paid I was suddenly hit with another 59 dollar charge still not sure what it was for. I had another cracked line the new company came the next day fixed it changed a sprinkler head total bill 70 dollars

Well I used this company for my backwash inspection. They were the cheapest place on the list that the town sends. They go under the name Falcetta on that list. I needed to cap some sprinkler heads so I called around for pricing and again they were the cheapest. I was suspect of it so a few days later I called back asking specific pricing questions and yet again I was told the same price $80 for the service call plus the cost of parts.

To cap the sprinkler heads the parts were a couple of dollars. I asked for the worst case quote to cap 5 heads and they said about $125. They get here and show me two sprinkler heads was not working so I asked the cost of that and they were $55 each. Made sense to do it now to avoid another service call. So I'm like what are we talking $250 max? Yup.

Okay at the end I get a $400 bill. Guy wouldn't leave without payment. I called the office and they now mention it's also $150 a hour. Not to mention the worker was doing nothing for the first half hour. Again guy wouldn't leave without payment. My newborn son was hungry and irritable and I just couldn't fight anymore. The woman at the office said she would review the bill and get back to me the next day. I asked to not cash the check until the first. Of course I never got a call and the check was cashed within a couple of days.

Rude & nasty people that answer the phone at County Irrigation. Made an appointment over two weeks ago and the technicians were supposed to show up between 8-11. I called at 8:27 am to verify they were still coming and I was told I was the next stop. At 10:52 am County Irrigation was still a no show. I called to try and get an ETA and was told by the woman who answered the phone she would call the technician and call me back.

At 11:12 am, no call back and still a no show. When I call back, I get a rude and nasty treatment from the same woman who answered the phone. At this point I wasted half a day for a company who I made an appointment with over two weeks ago, and I get a no call and no show by the company. Then when I try to get an updated ETA, I get an extremely belligerent attitude from the company I have been a customer with for 7 years.

Real nice! The manager did call me back and did politely explain that the technician who was supposed to come to my house was knee deep in mud and couldn't respond to calls from him or the office. I get that and understand. However, your company lost a long term customer not because of the no call, no show. Your company lost a long term customer because of the nasty attitude of your office staff.

And from reading some of the recent reviews on here I see that I am not the only one who received nasty treatment from your office staff. When customers call your office we hear a message that "calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes". Maybe management might want to listen to some of these calls.

My neighbor uses COUNTY for many years. I needed repair and update, so I got an estimate from COUNTY. The price was good. The communication with the office was good. They arrived exactly on time with a big, experienced crew, the right gear and well supervised by English speaker. They executed Whole job done in 2 hrs. Totally professional. A+
