Peter has over 20 years of experience in the plumbing and heating industry and is the 4th generation plumber in his family. TRAVIS came to repair a leak under our sink and when he saw the RSO gave the excuse my home warranty does not cover it and said it would be a separate service fee of 125$ to repair with a plumbers tape. Then said won't proceed until I pay the warranty service call fee. When I handed him the cash and advised to repair the leak he said never mind keep your money I'm out. Very unprofessional will never do business or refer PipeMaster to anyone.

I operate seven restaurants on Long Island and have very busy locations open seven days a week. Pipe masters is one of the only few that can maintain the service needed to operate.
