I've worked with Gramman plumbing twice and both experiences have been wonderful. The first was a situation in which carbon monoxide was spilling into my home due to a lack of draft in the chimney. I had reached out to several plumbing companies and chimney companies, none of which could give me a definitive answer or solution. Enter Bobby. He took the time to trouble shoot several potential solutions, ran calculations to make sure there was enough air for combustion and ultimately found the right solution, which was switching from an automatic electric start to a standing pilot light, which was enough to keep the flue warm and establish a proper draft.

When I sold that house and bought a house that we were going to gut renovate, there was only one option for our plumber. I told my GC that Gramman needed to be the plumber, and they were brought on to do the job. They plumbed the entire house (3 bathrooms, new kitchen, new boiler, new hot water heater, new pipes throughout, and several zones of radiant). Bobby and his team were prompt and professional throughout, in addition to being perfectionists, which I love.

They even built me a manifold that allows me to shut off water to any part of the house, so I never need to shut off water for the whole house. They went above and beyond and as a result, I will never use another plumber. In my opinion, truly the best in the business.

Gramman Plumbing installed a brand new gas heating system & hot water heater. The work crew did an impeccable job and was courteous and considerate. We are very happy with the service provided by the Gramman team. We noticed that water wasn't as hot or even warm enough, so called Gramman (was evening, and after-hours). Nick suggested that he would have someone take a look next day, and suggested few things like unplugging electricity from water heater and turning off water into the heater. Next day got a call little before 8am from them, and they arranged for a technician to have a look within the hour. Keith, the tech, stopped by as advised by their phone rep. Maria, and gave us a quote after inspecting the problem and speaking with their office.

I also spoke to Bobby (who runs the biz I believe) that afternoon, who assured to get the specific water heater 'Bradford White' asap and set expectations (which I really liked) on possible extra day delay in the event they received the heater late in the day. Keith was here the next morning with the new heater and had it up and running. Thanks to Nick, Keith and Bobby, we had the water heater installed within a day's time after first inspection. Definitely recommend them.

Our heating boiler died out the week before Christmas; Bob Gramman and his team of professionals had a brand new boiler installed and running the day before Christmas. In addition under new Village codes the new boiler had to be externally vented which created a problem in our finished basement. Bob's team of expert plumbers skillfully figured out. a way to vent the system to the outside with minimal disruption to our finished basement.

I believe Bob and his team are reputable and conscientious. In addition I found his back office staff to be considerate, courteous, and always very helpful. I recommend Bob Gramman for his skilled knowledge and would certainly call upon him again.

We recently had an oil to gas conversion performed by Gramman Plumbing. It was a pleasure to have a team, led by Pat, come into our home. They practically laid down a red carpet treating our house like a million-dollar home. The team worked in less than ideal conditions, maneuvering around our crowded dusty basement and leaving it cleaner than. they found it.

They left no trace of the old oil boiler and oil tank, and they deftly removed everything without leaving a scrap of anything inside or outside our home. In particular, they respected our neighbor's newly paved driveway, which is located by the door through which all equipment was moved in and out. Looking at the new gas boiler and water heater, it is impossible to ignore the high quality of the work.

Everything looks neat and clean. The price of the job was reasonable and comparable to other quotes we received, but we cannot imagine any company going the extra mile, as Gramman did, unless they cloned Pat and his team. We highly recommend their services. Thank you, The Sorensens

I did an oil to gas conversion after my oil boiler gave out. Grumman's plumber Rob and Nick were very punctual and clean and friendly. The installation of the new gas boiler and indirect water heater was very professional and neat and orderly. It took three day for them to complete the project and we are thrilled with the outcome. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing related work.
