Had no heat freezing temperatures called Lynbrook Plumbing and Heating. They said they would get there in the afternoon. Got a call an hour later that they were there! Within an hour had Heat! I retained Lynbrook Plumbing to install a new gas line from the gas meter that was moved to the exterior of my house. The company worked with National Grid throughout the day to ensure that no leaks existed and heating systems were operable. The work was done in the winter and it was quite important that I had heat by the end of the day. The staff worked diligently and efficiently to ensure the work was completed on time. Importantly, the team was neat very skilled at their work.
In addition, they took the time to leave my house neat and clean although much work was done in several different areas. Also, one of the owners was personally on site most of the day. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing work.

I was very Surprised how fast and professional they were. My pipes were making strange noses for weeks. They came in and with in minutes they were fixing the problem. It would have cost me thousands of dollars if they didn't fix it as quick as they did. They were polite and Very Handsome Workers! : it was a pleasure! Thanks Again Guys! Had a much better experience than I had with Cox Plumbing (see my review there). Craig came and assessed the issue and told me exactly what had to be fixed in the shower and the pipe that had to be changed in the basement. Craig and Ralph came back the following day with all the parts needed and without any hesitation, got right to work. They are reasonably priced and work was efficient. They have our business as long as we are in this house. Job well done!

Lynbrook Plumbing and Heating This is a well-run family business and we really enjoyed working with them. They are honest and well-experienced in plumbing repair. They give you a very reasonable price and the owner, Phil Ragusa, comes to check up on all the work himself. Greg and Steve fixed a number of challenging problems at our house: replacing a cast-iron vertical waste pipe--which had a significant hole--with PVC; installing a single-lever shower valve; replacing a fitting that did not meet code on another toilet waste pipe.
They also have a contractor, Gary, with whom they work regularly, who does the tile work and sheetrock repairs that may be necessary after the plumbing work, which makes the process efficient and convenient. We knew very little about plumbing, but they educated us and directed us to equipment models to examine online. They really work with you. Follow-up was great: they showed up on time; returned when needed; rescheduled when we requested it; and completed the work in timely fashion. Combining all the above of what I liked about this company. Highly recommend to anyone who needs special attention to any of their plumbing needs in their home, apartment or commercial facility. From Phil, the Owner with his vast knowledge of any problems that may develop, his staff in the office, as well as his qualified and caring workman, Greg, my experiences were very good. Greg, made the work happen and explaining what I needed to know about usage was terrific, as a Senior Citizen. They have a compassion for what they do and it shows thoroughly. Thank you.

What an amazing company. I damaged my unit at 4pm Saturday afternoon. By 6:30 the SAME evening, the problem was rectified and my family did not have to suffer in the heatwave. The team was so courteous, thorough in explaining the problem and solution, clean and respectful. I wouldn't use anyone else! Port washington family.
