The service was performed professionally. We had a pool heater installed. They ran a gas line from our basement to the heater. We also had them run a gas line to our bbq grill They also moved our water faucet outside. They company sent out 2 people that could not have been any nicer. We would DEFINITELY use this company again. Do not think twice about there abilities to get the job done. Thank you again for all of your help.

Great company. Very detailed and honest in pricing and best products. Brian the salesperson was very attentive to what I needed and my budget for my combo unit. Pawal the instillation engineer, was very respectful along with hard working. He informed me of each step in the process, and left the work area spotless. Highly recommend to anyone who wants honesty and quality work.

AWS is amazing. I have been using them for over 20 years for both heating and AC as well as all plumbing and other services. They have done full installations, new builds and service/maintenance. My experience with AWS could not have been better! I had an lethal emergency situation with my heating system. When I called for help(after being shunned by many other companies) I was completely taken back by how friendly and professional they were, showing genuine concern for my desperate situation. Even though I called during the busiest time of year, and late in the day, they worked tirelessly to help me.
When the technician (Vinny) arrived, he was very polite and knowledgeable, and went straight to the task at hand, wasting no time. He repaired my problem faster then I expected. Their pricing was so very fair, especially considering the circumstances (all others were far higher). My only regret, was that I didn't contact them first! I very highly recommend this company, and will be using them for all my heating needs from now on.

AWS is an amazing company. I lost heat in the middle of the winter. they went above and beyond to help me! the part I needed had to come from California and only arrived on Friday night. Yonita, who was my contact on the phone was so nice and so patient with me! Vince the technician was at my house first thing in the morning on Saturday morning. changed the broken part and didn't leave until he had checked that everything was working well! I definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future

We had a very good experience with AWS plumbing. This was not an emergency - only a slow leak - so they came in a timely manner and repaired the problem. The repair didn't 'take' at first and we had to call them back. The staff in the office were extremely polite and considerate. They dispatched a secondary pair of plumbers who made the correct repairs.
They even phoned to say that they were coming a little earlier than planned and happily there was no charge for any rework. The office staff were very savvy with email, sending both invoices and repair summaries as email attachments. Great company

On Thanksgiving day our high efficiency boiler quit working. After 3 weeks of incompetent work by the first plumbing company I hired, I contacted AWS. What a difference! The plumbers came when they said they would (something that never happened with the other company), and the AWS plumber discovered that the previous company had ordered the wrong part--a $600 expense! AWS fixed our boiler. The company's plumbers were excellent in identifying and fixing our boiler. Wonderfully professional.

Our boiler broke about a year ago and we were having a very difficult time finding a company to come out and replace it. Every company that came out went straight to the boiler room looked at the boiler for 2-5 min and said ok we know what you need we'll email you an estimate. It wasn't very convincing that they knew exactly what we needed by just taking a quick look at our old set up. AWS was the 6th company we had come out to our house.
The minute the gentleman walked in he looked at our system and began to measure all the radiators in the house, the size of the property and a bunch of other things. Estimate came back within 24 hours and the job started right away. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and customer service given to us by everyone at AWS. We now have a brand new boiler that was installed in a day and heating the house perfectly. Thanks AWS!

AWS was great, I was not able to be at my residence for the needed repairs and AWS (Katelyn) was able to arrange to give me an appointment when my neighbor would be available to give access. The tech appeared within the time window given and performed the necessary plumbing and heating repairs. Shortly after he left I received a detailed service report of the work performed. I have used AWS several times before and would not hesitate to use them again.
