To order a service call or request an exact proposal please complete and submit the information requested below. We will view this information Monday through Saturday at 8:00 A.M., 12:00 and 4:00 P.M. and call you to schedule an appointment. Our service hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Saturday. If a call comes in after these hours we will return your call the next business day.

I've been using this plumber service ever since I lived here as original owner, some 20 years ago. Overall I'm happy. The tech was professional and timely. My only issue was that the supplier (pls note: NOT the plumber, but their supplier) gave us the wrong part so the plumber had to go back out to get the right one, and I ended up paying for that time in transit.
The best part of my experience though, honestly, was Connie who handled the phone. She got me an appointment, texted me to confirm, reconfirm, and to provide ETA. Further, after installation I found a leak but thank god Connie helped me big time in getting the plumber to come back quickly to fix it. To me, she was/is a gem. Look, I understand people's issues through the reviews.
I'm pretty sure no matter which plumber you use you'd have an issue unfortunately. Curley has been around for a long time and they do stand behind their work. So yes I'd recommend them!

We consulted John regarding a recurrent major plumbing issue that involved our house and our village and required a creative solution. John met us several times to review the situation and make a plan. He was professional, respectful and responsive. He performed the job with his crew in an expert manner, mapping out all gas and water lines to the house and excavating in a focused manner to minimize damage.
He got this major job done in essentially one day prior to the major storm we had. We suffered minimal damage in no small part due to John's work. We are grateful to him and I am already recommending him to colleagues and acquaintances as unfortunately there are many issues with our drainage systems in this area. We are fortunate to have placed our trust in him and his company because as a local business owner he knows all of the idiosyncrasies and history of the plumbing systems in this area.
We will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs as the integrity and professionalism witnessed first-hand is notable and more and more uncommon to find these days.

Critical: Responsiveness They send workers into my home that took some of my personal belongings. Customers be aware. I called John Curley to let him know what happened and the secretary or receptionist was so rude that it made me think that she might be behind it too, John never returned my call not even to ask me what happened or what was stolen.

If you want to deal with Cruel Crooks, than Thomas Curley is the right company for you! We had a dripping faucet in our bathtub that we called them to fix. Their rate was $175/hour which I agreed to beforehand. The plumber named Eric came to our house and was extremely rude to my wife and was yelling at her. My wife stayed on the phone with me the entire time he was at our house because she was scared for her life from this guy.
As customers, we have never been so scared of someone that we hired to do a job. Anyways, he looks at the leak for a few minutes and says he will be right back. He disappears for about 40 minutes to get a Delta Cartridge and charges me $85 for the part even though the same part is available on Amazon for $30. I later asked for their receipt and indeed they got the part for much less than $85. Anyways, there was no way for me to know where he went for those 40 minutes.he could've went out to lunch for all I know (it was around 1PM).
When he finally arrives back to our house, he replaces the part, but still left our house about 4-5 more times to go back to his truck (even after the job was complete). My wife asked him why he keeps going back to his truck and he would get nasty and aggressive with her. He was stalling to charge for more time. He goes back to his truck one last time for about another 5-10 minutes to write an invoice for nearly $400!
He charged us for an hour and a half of labor even though he was probably in our house for less than half hour (we have cameras in our house as well). When my wife and I asked him why he charged for an hour and a half he got nasty again and said they charge from the moment they show up to your house to the moment they finish writing the invoice.but this guy was stalling big time just to charge us more.
He could've gone home, taken a nap for an hour, come back and charged us for it and there would be absolutely nothing I could do about it. We called Thomas Curley from our house to complain, but they weren't helpful at all.in fact, the owner John Curley sent me a "Demand Letter" ONLY 2 DAYS AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED threatening to bring a lawsuit to me and take me to court!
Keep in mind I have a near perfect credit score and never had a dispute with any company for hire. I called Thomas Curley several times and asked to speak to the owner and they refused. For that reason, I have chosen to write this review. I have paid the charge in full, but I will definitely not use this company ever again and will definitely not refer anyone to them.

Curley Plumbing saved my Thanksgiving! As I was preparing for everyone to come over my kitchen drain got clogged! UGH! I panicked and went on Yelp to see who to use as a local plumber and who could get here immediately! My family was on their way over and I couldnt use my sink! When they got here it took less than an hour to fix & they gave me the best price for Holiday rates! Thank you Curley Plumbing for saving our Thanksgiving!

We hired Curley plumbing to install an Instant hot They charged us 400 for the heater plus 400 for installation Three months later they refused to to install the broken heater the company replaced They wanted an additional 400 plus installation fee of 400 We called the company and they replaced the heater for free and our nephew installed it in 15 minutes CURLEY PLUMBING ARE RIP OFFS AND SHOULD NEVERE BE USED NY ANYONE IN THE GREAT NECK COMMUNITY We were a loyal customer for 31 years We now know they have been ripping us off all of that time

They picked up a half done kitchen project for us, great communication throughout, and kept us informed every step of the way everyone on the team was professional and courteous. I had a baseboard pipe burst & I was looking for someone to come fix it same day as weather was very cold and needed the heat to be running. When I called Thomas Curley Plumbing, I disclosed what problem I have with my plumbing and the very first thing I asked is if estimate is free and lady on the phone said YES. Few hours later they sent someone over who took a look and said he needs another guy with him to do the job as he can't do it himself, he didn't even give me a price.
I called the office and this lady on the phone named Prima said they won't be able to do it till another two days since they are busy. I told them that I need the heat to be running and I can't wait that long without heat. I called another plumbing company who came same day and fixed the plumbing and got the heat running. A few weeks later, even when I was told by thomas curley plumbing there is no charge for estimate and for having the guys come out; I get a bill in the mail for service fee. I initially hesitated to write a bad review but I keep getting harassing calls, bills in mail, next I will file a complain to BBB if these harassment continue.

DISGUSTING SERVICE! Never Showed up twice! I called them both times and the secretary that answered was disgusting a rude! I took off work both times on a Friday and a Tuesday for them. Her excuse was she called in the morning to change the time, but since no one answered it's our fault! Other people have other errands to do during the day, our day doesn't revolve around when is convenient for them! Don't waste your time with this plumbing service, they are literally the most unprofessional plumbing service I've ever used! NEVER AGAIN.
