I have had to replace 2 water heaters in less than 7 years it's been 7 years the 1st one barely made it under warranty the 2nd 1 was 6 weeks outside of warranty and they refused to do anything about it nor participate in any fashion was told directly by the contractor that bread for white has research their water heaters to the point where they almost always need to be replaced within 6 to 7 years was just outside of their current warranty. I've given this company $3200 neither Of their water heaters lasted at least 7 years.

HR plays it up like the company wants happy employees. Truth is you'll work 6 days a week, 99% chance those days will be 10 hour days. You will have no life and wont be happy. You'll never see or hear from HR either. Pay is good and health insurance is great no doubt. Good job if you dont have a family or don't like doing anything with your free time.

Truck entrance is 9025 w crane road. Pull up to guard shack. Arrived 1 hour late loaded within 1.5 hour.

I worked here for one week. During my hiring process I had to take a physical in which I told the doctor who preformed my physical that lifting heavy objects for long periods of times is rough for me due to a screw in my wrist from a fracture. I told my supervisors about it and they threw me on a position that is nothing but heavy lifting above your head for 10 hours.

I emailed a member of hr about it and got no response, I then went to a supervisor explaining again how I can't perform that job and safely lift without hurting my wrist which can't support the weight that long, and he said if it was true I wouldn't have been hired and when I showed him the scar he just said "I'm not a doctor but production has to be done no one else can take that spot" (I guarantee they found someone ASAP after I walked out) but okay I'll see what I can do, waited for hr to leave to then tell me I have to talk to hr and threw me right back into that spot and started making snide comments to my coworkers and laughing.

Be warned until your probation period is up you will be treated terribly, discriminated against and even have any weaknesses of yours used against you. They have people with asthma that's also allergic to fiber glass working with fiber glass for 10 hours and refuses to move them. I'm surprised no one has gotten injured and sued this company yet.

Constant issues with RG140T6X Gave had it for 5 years, nothing but problems. Spoke with Bradford White customer service and told us to replace some parts, still wasn't it. Had more problems it seemed like. Eric in customer service wasn't helpful kept on going back to same questions after I had answered them already. Got Kurt Supervisor on the phone and still nothing. I don't understand why not just send there replace or give credit. Customer service is really bad and definitely not happy with the end product

I had a 50 gallon tank that just failed after 3 years. Unfortunately for us it is $400 for the labor to replace it with a new heater. How can this company truly stand behind their product while under warranty if they don't cover the costs associated for the replacement? I wish I could have replaced with a different brand as I do not want to have the same issue again in 3 years and then have to pay additional labor again to get my new heater. Think twice about buying this brand.

The pay is great compared to anyone else around Hastings. Works easy, the people on the other hand are a hit and a miss. It all depends on what department you get in. I love my department and my shift.

It can be rough in the beginning because of some jobs that are physically demanding and constantly being moved from job to job. But overall better than many of the jobs I've had in the past. There will be something anyone can do as long as you're willing to give effort and persistence.

As a consumer I had a great experience with this company honoring warranty for a hybrid heat pump water heater previously made by GE (they bought the division). I dealt with Krista Bies in Aerotherm warranty area and she was extremely knowledgeable. I see some other negative reviews, no company or person is perfect, however, my interactions with this company show they train and hire good people and take pride in making products in the USA.

I had a GE geospring water heater that recently failed on me after a year of use. I spoke with Bradford White Corporation on the phone to discuss the repair and parts that I am in need of. They were extremely nice, honored the warranty, and were able to send the parts over right away. They also have great technical support group for assistance if need be.

Long overdue review. We contacted A-1 Plumbing and Heating on 07/30/2016 for an emergency service when our air conditioning kept stopping after running for a few minutes. The weather that particular weekend was in the 100's and we had a newborn and young toddler in our home so we desperately needed the air conditioning fixed. Scott/Scotty arrived and advised us that our A/C unit's fan was spinning the wrong direction and thus the air flow as blowing the wrong direction.

He spoke of his numerous years of fixing A/C's and claims he immediately recognized the issue. He then advised that we needed a new 1/4 HP motor which will cost around $800+. He didn't have part with him, but said he will return after I make another appointment with their office. He then charged us the $95.00 fee and left. We contacted another A/C service.

They took a look at our unit and advised that there's nothing wrong with the motor and the fan is NOT spinning the wrong direction. It's the stock motor that came with the unit and it was working fine. The issue was with the capacitor. He changed out the capacitor and the A/C unit has been working perfectly since. With that said, this technician named Scott/ Scotty is either inexperienced and an amateur at his job and thus lied about his job experience or he is highly incompetent and should require supervision while on the job at all times. A-1 provided extremely poor service, inaccurate and misleading diagnosis and no follow-ups. Their technician, Scott/ Scotty, is either inexperienced or incompetent at diagnosing what seemed like a simple and easily recognizable problem to other A/C technicians.

Did a Google search. Was given a schedule between 11 am to 1pm. Shawn called and was right on time. Very professional and did a great job working on my kitchen sink issues. Will be using this company again in the future.

After reading all of the reviews, I've come to a conclusion that at least this particular company is ripping customer off. How do they come with cost of the repair plus parts. I had this company replace an ignitor that cost roughly 40 bucks. I was charged 277.00 bucks to replace it. Didn't take the guy no more then a half an hour. After the ignitor was replaced the guys tells me the heater has other issues.

He said the fan sensor needed to be replaced. I asked how much is it going to cost. He said 200 bucks. He also said the vent pipe needed to replace also because it was install incorrectly and was building condensation that could damage the heater. This would cost 300 bucks to fix. To make long story short. The heater didn't get fix because the repairman didn't have the so call fan heater sensor.

I know it's a pain in the butt to investigate company's butt I'll do what it takes to find why these company's charge so much for simple service call. They are suppose to give customer detail hand written estimates. Here's a guy yesterday verbally telling how much it's going to cost to fix the other issues with my furnace. Here's a picture a the work order.

As you can see it's perfectly filled out with all of the detail work that was performed. NOT! Didn't even spell my name correctly, no last name. What does this say about this company. Stay tuned ripped off customer, I will do a follow up review after I do my investigating.

Terrible service poor follow up. Called this company late night, weekend and they charged $900 for a cartridge replacement for a discontinued part. It started leaking again 5 months later and after 4 calls they came out to see it again. The outfit seems to use sub contracted plumbers who use the cover of a licensed plumbing company. The plumber was arrogant blaming the victim. They stripped the access screws and never got back to us. I would never use their services and suggest using a reputable company like Courtesy Plumbing.

Called-out this company to work on my heating and air conditioner they replaced a pressure switch for $408 the employee that came out had no idea how my high efficiency furnace was supposed to work I highly recommend you do not use this company they are thieves and do not know what they're doing. They even offered to replace my unit and give me credit towards a new unit.

I was able to open the unit and find the phone number for the original company that installed the unit they came out and also had to replace a board which was the initial problem and they let me know that my unit is actually the Cadillacs of home furnace and air conditioners. It was very disheartening to hear from the second technician that came out when I told him what I paid for a pressure switch and he told me that pressure switches are less than $30.
