G&C Plumbing & Heating

G&C are great to work with! They scheduled me for an appointment within 24 hours from when I called. They asked if it was ok to come early (it was!). The technician clearly explained the process and any fees that could arise so that I wouldn't be surprised. I felt that he listened to me describe the problems and my concerns. They are definitely going to be my go-to plumbing team from now on!

We first used G & C Plumbing back in 2017 for a bathroom renovation when they were a smaller company. The quality, care and service has remained excellent throughout the years, despite the company's growth. We highly recommend them! Greg and Brandon, and most recently, Chris M and Shawn, were professional, polite and experts in their field.

Shawn and Tony were great! They arrived on time and were very professional. Both were polite and cleaned up after the installation was complete. Shawn took the time to show me how to change out my filter. I especially appreciated that they were able to take my old water heater out - it was very heavy and I never heard a sound as they navigated the stairs at my condo (3rd floor). Highly recommend and will use again!

We woke up this morning to find the bathroom flooded. I called G&C at 7:43 AM, before they were supposed to open and was greeted by a very friendly person. She was able to send someone out very quickly and Casey and Tony quickly determined the cause to be a blocked sewer line between the house and the tank. Although it was a difficult blockage, they were able to clear the line and all is well. I highly recommend this company and Casey and Tony.

I have called on G&C's plumbing services a few times now and they have become my trusted plumbing service. Most recently Brandon and Dave replaced an old leaky valve and capped a natural gas line we no longer needed. What I appreciate most about G&C is their professional and friendly attitude. They take the time to make me feel like my job is their most important job.

They are not rushing through the work to get on to something else and are taking the time and care to do things right and explain things along the way. Capping the gas line ended up being a more involved job than originally expected, but they talked me through options and ideas to come up with a good solution. They had to cut some ceiling drywall to access the pipe and made careful clean cuts so that the drywall repair would be as easy as possible.

Often with contractors I feel like I don't know what to expect and the experience is a dice-roll. With G&C I feel like I am talking and working with a neighbor and I really value that.

Not just the water heater, Casey was the lead for G&C as they responded to the breakdown of my 30 year old furnace and replacement of my deteriorating water heater. In three days they removed the defunct system, acquired the new equipment and efficiently and courteously installed the new combo system. Whenever there was a question on my part Casey was very patient with his explanations and any follow up I had. All in all dealing with G&C and Casey and his team was a very positive experience. I highly recommend them both.

Chris Barry and Chris Sully provided the best plumbing experience I've had to date. They were very efficient in their duties and did a great job taking the least invasive measures when investigating a leak coming from my bathroom through my kitchen ceiling. Even though I required a second visit from them, they made themselves available to come by a little ahead of schedule. I felt reassured that they were eager to finish the job they started in a timely manner and that my expectations were met.

Great company, very quick to respond and came out the next day! Barry and Sully were great! They were right on time, talked me through everything that was going on with my water heater replacement and gave me options to choose from which helped a lot. They answered all of my questions and even offered to look at my shower that wasn't getting as hot as it should. Great service, 10/10 professionalism and would absolutely use these two again for any plumbing needs in my home. Highly recommend.

Excellent responsiveness. I called late afternoon for a water heater replacement, got a response within less than a hour, and the guys were able to come the very next morning and install a new water heater. Brandon and his crew were extremely professional, respectful to our home, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone in the Franklin and surrounding areas.

G&C plumbing was professional and friendly. They came out the next morning after I called. They fixed and installed my new faucet in the same visit. They also fixed our toilet. They even helped take care of other small issues around the house! Took the time to answer questions about our shower and both team members were very helpful. Definitely recommend!
