I've been working with John Del Monte for more than 15 years, first as we owned our house and later as we became landlords. He's the best out there: efficient and reliable. He's done emergency work for us like fixing broken and clogged pipes to more routine work like keeping the toilets running and replacing anode rod in the water heater every 3 years (it has been working more than 20 thanks to this practice recommended by John). John Del Monte knows what he's doing and we have always felt he was fair and performed work with our best interests in mind, saving money where possible, and ensuring that things are done right. It's always a pleasure to work with John, he is a dedicated craftsman and a nice guy.

John Del Monte is a great plumber and uses old tricks that some new plumbers may not know. He helped me put a new toilet that needed tile job. He went out of the way when tile guy walked off the job and got great tile guys who finished the job earlier. I 100% recommend John Del Monte. He showed up on a Saturday ( the day he was celebrating his grandson's birthday. Happy Birthday to his grandson) to get the toilet going. Thank you John!

John Del Monte has been our 'go to' plumber since we moved into our condo in Ashland two years ago. All the work that he does is guaranteed and as another reviewer said, he knows tricks to get things done that newer plumbers might not. Thus far, he's installed an expansion tank and replaced all of our toilets and we've never had a problem. His rates are reasonable and we would highly recommend him to those clients who are looking for a first rate plumber.

John has been my go-to plumber for over 10 years. He's very knowledgeable, works very fast and very clean, and explains things thoroughly. Nothing that he has fixed or installed has ever failed, and I have had him come to fix installs made by other plumbers who were brought in by general contractors. He's a master plumber and he has the experience to have seen it all. John's prices are fair. Call him if your want things fixed well, and never want to think about them again.
