Electrician crew was professional on time polite and friendly. They retired our entire house bringing it up to code, installed outside lights and cable and fixed every outlet and dimmer existing dimmer switch. They had recessed led lighting in our living room. All the work was very high quality and we are pleased with the results. Weston Fling was the lead electrician along w/ Jeff and John. Excellent work and great guys. We are very happy with their work.

Excellent service. Installed a new heat pump, removed the old oil tank, added new ducts and installed a new thermostat. I called at 10:00 pm because we had no hot water. I got a call back immediately, and two really nice technicians were here by early afternoon the next day. Our hot water had restored itself, but they took the time to give the system a review and uncovered some easily fixed issues to prevent it from happening again. I am so impressed by the customer service for this visit and the great work they did to install the new system for us last year.

I used Rodenhiser to remodel my basement bathroom. I was very pleased with everyone that I dealt with on this job. Mark Roberts and Chuck Hogan did a great job planning the project and keeping it progressing. Renee Jolly did an excellent job keeping me informed about the next day's activities via text and email. All of the tradesmen were knowledgeable, personable, on time, did great work, and left the area clean when they left each day. Jamie's plumbing and Dave Fuller's carpentry work were both standouts in my mind.

They were both so meticulous. The biggest compliment that I can give them is that I felt like they were both working on their own houses. I have used Rodenhiser before to do a boiler replacement and A/C work. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Great service. Great people. We have had a bunch of new issues with our new house and these guys always get to us right away! The most recent issue, we had no Power due to high winds knocking out the power from the street into our house. It required a whole bunch of work because our panel was also shot! They were great. Very impressed.

Nick and his crew at Rodenhiser installed a whole house mini-split heating/AC system. They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. It was a challenging installation, and they did a great job! Nick took time to explain everything they were doing and demonstrated how everything worked when they were finished. Very prompt and professional! We have used them for several small plumbing projects as well as two new furnaces (one in our very old farm house and one in our in-law cottage). My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the new installations and the thoroughness of the diagnostic/repairs done in our bathroom and kitchen. It was refreshing to call and set up an appointment and actually have someone not only show up on time, but also complete the job in a reasonable time at the price quoted. We definitely will use them for any future home projects and repairs!

We have a heating contract with them and got priority service. On a busy Sunday they were here soon after calling which was great. Technician that came was professional and knew his stuff. We have used Rodeniser Home Services on numerous occasions and have always been very satisfied with their work. For this visit, the appointment was easy to schedule and they followed up with reminders. The electricians showed up exactly on time and were very professional in assessing the problem, the communicating what work needed to be done and the estimated cost involved.

The actual work was done timely and professionally. COVID safety precautions were also important to the electricians. I will continue to use Rodenhiser and would recommend them highly.

Unfortunately I don't have anything positive to say with Rodenhiser's customer service. I intended on having Rodenhiser do some work and requested a quote which was promised and never delivered. They continued to promise me a quote over and over again each time I called when I had to follow up but still never received one. I gave them a break at first during this pandemic, but all I was asking for was a quote.

I called them one last time to inform them how disappointed I was without a follow up and was promised a call back, now going on a week on top of the months of being ignored. I have been in touch with Papalia and so far I have been impressed with their customer service and service of work.

We found ourselves in the midst of a pandemic and on lock down only to be met with a complete septic tank failure! Bill and his team were at our home to evaluate quickly, efficiently and present economically sound options. From the beginning to the end, we were continually updated, the crew was respectful of our home and our neighbors, the job site was always as clean as possible, and when completed we were walked through the entire process and how to manage our new system.

The job was very challenging given the landscape and access to the areas that were involved in the project and we were never delayed by Rodenhiser. Rodenhiser also has good working relationships with our Town's inspectors so we were able to move through that process very smoothly. The most important thing was the company's trustworthiness and honesty every step of the way. If there was an additional cost, it was detailed and explained. We couldn't be anymore grateful for the job done and would recommend Rodenhiser to everyone!

So I finally succumbed to calling these guys after seeing numerous (and I mean tons) of TV ads on NESN and Boston tv channels. When I called, I was immediately channeled into a holding queue, and held for 7 mins, after which I took the option for a call-back. Two hours later, still no call back. I called them back then, only to once again be put into a hold queue. so far, for customer service, this outfit is rating a ZERO. Finally, after five minutes on hold, a nice person answered.

When I told her about the call not being returned, she had no reply and there was awkward silence. Therefore, I went into my request for service for my furnace. She then read me a scripted reply outlining their services and a mandatory $69 trip charge. I said ok to this and then described the furnace issue again. Then, just to be sure, I asked, you guys do cover Boston, correct?

To which she replied, "ohhh, sorry, no. We're out in Holliston." And all that time and effort a complete waste. You'd think these guys would clearly state they serve "Metro West Only" on all their advertising instead of giving the impression they're a large, established company covering New England. So caution - if you live in Boston or around Boston, don't waste your time with these guys.

Bill, Jay and Mike, were knowledgeable, creative, and professional. Not only was Bill completely efficient, but went over and above to create a beautiful backyard for us. Bill had better ideas about what to do with our yard than we did. He really knows what he is doing. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. We have highly recommended him to all our family and friends.

For almost 15 years, Rhodenhiser has been one of the best service providers we've worked with. From regular cess-pool clean outs to a few emergency type calls, they are responsive, professional, and really nice people. Most recently, they fit us in on a day's notice, sending out a specially equipped truck to open a massive clog in the pipes leading directly into the cess-pool. They take the pain out of dealing with a septic system.

I had a wonderful experience after a small glitch on service, the office did everything they could and more to accommodate us, the work was quick and efficient and I cannot thank the Rodenhiser team enough. The whole organization was exemplary. Beth K

Bill and crew did an excellent job! Fair price and fast service. Our house is located 25 feet down grade with several 60 to 80 feet pine trees in the way. The town of Taunton demands that we connected to city sewer, after our septic system not passing title 5. We had many local contractors back out after giving a bid. Rodenheiser excavating completed the job extremely well.

Rodenhiser Plumbing and Rodenhiser Excavating both did a terrific job of helping us out of the worst situation we've had as homeowners: our main sewer line in our front yard failed, and there was a flood and sewage back-up into the basement. On a Saturday morning, Rodenhiser Plumbing's dispatcher listened very patiently and thought about us when she had a cancellation later that morning, and she booked a plumber to come out by 12:30. I'm so grateful! Rodenhiser Plumbing saw that we needed work in our main line out front, and the courteous, thorough plumber called Rodenhiser Excavating.

Bill from Rodenhiser Excavating booked an appointment for the following Monday, and he spent a lot of time on the phone explaining what was happening with our main sewage line -- and what we could expect on Monday. It was so reassuring -- on a Saturday with a major crisis happening with our basement and with our plumbing -- to know that a team would be out to the house on Monday. I'm so grateful!

On Monday, Bill's team arrived right on time. The job took part of the next morning because a pump was needed to complete the job. We were thrilled that within 72 hours of finding the basement flooding, this catastrophe was resolved -- due to the quick work, skillful know-how, excellent project management and immediate responsiveness of Rodenhiser Excavating.

Bill explained our options and choices for the job very well along the way, and he was always very available via phone. His crew was courteous, skilled, focused and hard-working. They also patiently answered questions -- which continued to make us feel better during a very upsetting time. When Rodenhiser Excavating left our home, the job had been done professionally and extremely quickly.

The logistics were seamless, and the communication was great. We now have a new section of pipe, and we can use our showers, sinks, and toilets again! The work site was left clean and intact. Bill advised us on how to do preventive maintenance on the main line, and he suggested options for making sure the problem doesn't happen again in the future. Rodenhiser Plumbing and Rodenhiser Excavating have left us as 100% satisfied customers.

I recently had a septic backup in my basement on a Sunday morning. It was a bit of an emergency, so I called multiple plumbers and septic companies to see who could come first. Rodenhiser was the first septic company to return my call. I spoke to the on-call person, who was extremely helpful. Turns out, I needed a plumber first. Monday morning, I called back because I was told I needed to wait until the water level in my back yard went down to have my tank emptied.

Someone came within an hour to empty my tank. He was friendly, answered all my questions and I think the price was very fair. I will use Rodenhiser next time I need septic service.

Job was done quickly. Job was done right. They cleaned up after they were done. Not sure you can expect more from a contractor. The best experience I've had with any contractor I've worked with.
