I reached out to MJ Eisenhauer plumbing regarding a toilet replacement. They are super nice, extremely responsive and very flexible as far as scheduling. I felt that they were extremely knowledgeable about their products and provided me with invaluable information to help me make an informed decision about my service. The tech that came out was very respectful and professional and made sure that the job was done right and walked me through everything he was doing and why. Highly recommend.

Mike came right out within 24 hours of my call. He was prompt, courteous, clear and transparent. He provided no-nonsense service for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I really appreciated the way Mike discussed the options and prices with me up front. He also noted that we were about to replace the bathroom floor tile and took that into consideration when advising us as to what to do going forward. I greatly appreciated that as it will save us time and expense.

Our kitchen sink was clogged yet again so we called Eisenhauer to get us back up and running. We got a quick call back from our initial call as well as a prompt appointment time. I looked out the window at the appointed hour and the truck was pulling into our driveway. (When does that happen!?) After about 2 hours of work I am back up and running in the kitchen. Mike explained what he needed to do, did it and cleaned up carefully and quickly. Highly recommend!

I was surprised to hear back from Mike the next day, usually its hard to get a plumber then I spoke with him arranged a meeting in the next two days, thought everything was fine, showed up at the location (not living there just yet) and he never showed I waited about 20 min called dispatch, he called me 15 min later saying hes at his afternoon meeting.

I replied with no you are not because you are supposed to be here, are you planning on coming, he said he would call back to figure out what happened, never did and I called and left couple voicemail. I mean who am i to force a job on someone who clearly does not want to work. Awful Service, and I am desperate for a plumber at the moment so I did not really care if they had manners or not, just need the work done. Go anywhere else but them.

We experienced an emergency situation at our residence the weekend of May 21st, 2015 -- and Mike Sr. promptly answered our call for help. We were extremely pleased with his professionalism, courteous approach, and expert knowledge on how to fix the issue we experienced -- all for a fair price.
