AHA installed a new Hydro air system + new duct work and did a fantastic job! I applied for the heat loan through Mass Saves right when the program was implementing some major changes and Bryan helped make sure I was in the loop. He explained everything each step of the way, he was straightforward and honest. Great quality, workmanship and people. I would recommend AHA for anyone looking to get a new system installed.

Bryan TWICE canceled on me last minute! and not even a reasonable excuse. Very unprofessional. If you want to waste your time waiting for him, go ahead but my time is more precious and there are lots of other more professional plumbers out there. I mentioned to him that I am going to indicate this in my review and here is what he wrote to me (see attached from sms)

This company just saved Christmas for me! We haven't had heat and I was quoted 7 times the cost by another company for unnecessary work. Affordable Heat picked up the phone and got someone to my house within the hour, I have a working furnace and money in my pocket! Highly recommend! Service: Heating system repair

Brian and Jimmy did an amazing job on my house. They replaced the oil heater with a natural gas heater and the job they did was nothing short of stellar. The Service Person was very Courteous and Helpful. He answered all my questions and went beyond expectations to satisfy my concerns with the amount of ventilation in one of the bedrooms. He checked the airflow and return airflow and showed me the results, and was very professional. I would highly recommend Affordable Heat & Air. I had a very tricky ductless AC / Heat Pump installed in a stone house built in 1902. Flawless, creative, and clean work. We just bought our house in July and had an issue where the heat suddenly came on in the middle of the night without anybody touching the thermostat. We called Affordable Heat & Air the next morning to see if someone could come to look at what might have caused the problem. They were out the same day and were able to diagnose the issue immediately and fix it for a reasonable cost! We will definitely use them again for any of our HVAC needs!

Affordable Heat & Air did an excellent job putting in our new HVAC system. It was on an emergency basis, and they did everything in their power to ensure that we had AC before the heatwave that was starting later that day. They did neat work and were able to get a more efficient system, as well, and they helped us obtain rebates from the gas company. We will be using them again should any HVAC or plumbing situations arise.

Bryan and his team did an exceptional job installing a new Combi for my homes hot water and space heating. When Bryan stopped by to discuss the contract work for the first time, he was prompt and did a great job explaining all the stages to complete the install. The whole process was great and will definitely use them again in the future. His team was prompt when showing up each day, polite, patient when explaining details to someone going through this install for the first time, and kept the work tidy.
I truly appreciate them taking a little bit of extra time to organize all wires and piping to create a clean look. Lastly, the boiler is running great and I'm looking forward to saving some money each year in heating expenses. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I met Bryan by chance. His company was working on a neighbor's AC system. One of my units went out two days prior. I had called another place I had used in the past, but they didn't get back to me. After seeing Bryan's company working next door, I called the number on the truck. He returned my call within 30 min and said he would stop over when he was done.
He came by and had my AC up and running quickly on the same day I called. His price was VERY reasonable. Overall, I was impressed with the way Bryan ran his operation. I will certainly be calling them in the future with any of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend Affordable Heat & Air. Thank you!
